Negative experience: This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. My rental was managed by this company, and in the span of just one year, we had four different property managers. Communication was a nightmare. Any time we brought something up that a previous manager had told us, they’d say, “Oh, we never said that,” and then demand proof. This happened multiple times. Proof, proof, proof — every little thing. It was so frustrating. If you ever rent from them, keep track of every email, text, and voicemail, because they will try to act like conversations never happened. To top it off, after working with us for a full year and knowing we don’t speak Spanish, they sent us an official document entirely in Spanish — with no explanation or translation. Just another example of how little they actually pay attention to their tenants. Whenever something broke or needed fixing, they never believed us and constantly gave us the runaround instead of addressing the issues. For example, our dishwasher was broken for the first half of the year. A repairman came, told us he “fixed” it, but of course, it still didn’t work. It took ages before they finally replaced it. On top of that, everyone who came over would always comment on how freezing cold our house was, even though our thermostat read 75 degrees. We told the managers about this multiple times, but nothing was ever done — and, naturally, they charged us for this issue at the end of the lease. To make things worse, when it came time to move out, they tried to take every last dollar from our security deposit despite the fact that we were three responsible, clean, and organized tenants who left the house in almost perfect condition. The way they treated us was disrespectful and condescending, as if we were incapable of maintaining the property, despite clear evidence to the contrary. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re a UM student (or anyone, for that matter) looking for a rental, avoid this property and this management company at all costs.

Negative experience: If there is one strong message I can share it would be this. DO NOT USE AVANTI WAY REALTOR COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY NO MIAMI STUDENT SHOULD USE. DO NOT USE GREYHNI NARVAEZ. READ THE LEASE CAREFULLY. They make you responsible for what in every other lease is the responsibility of the landlord. Shame on us for not reading it more carefully. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. They also said that we weren’t returning the property the way it was delivered to us. However, this is how one particular example went. We were given a broken thermostat, they sent a repair person during the year, the repair person did not fix it, and it is now the end of the lease and they are charging us to replace the thermostat. There are so many more things I could say but I will leave you with luck.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You wont find a more reliable, knowledgeable and hardworking agents!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with an agent from Avanti Way Real Estate. The agent represented the seller in a recent property I purchased, and the entire process was filled with unnecessary challenges and unprofessional behavior. Communication was poor, timelines were not respected, and rather than facilitating a smooth transaction, the seller’s agent created delays and confusion at every step. The most unacceptable part happened after closing when the seller and their agent withheld the property keys and refused to provide access, even though ownership had officially transferred. This level of disregard for protocol and professionalism is inexcusable. I would not recommend working with this agency unless significant changes are made in how they train and oversee their agents. Buying a home is stressful enough and the agent should be a source of support, not added frustration. We closed on Thursday, July 3rd and today is Monday July 7th at 6:12pm and the seller's agent is unresponsive and still has not made any effort to give us the keys to the property we just purchased. UNACCEPTABLE and ILLEGAL.

Negative experience: Poor training! The trainings that happen weekly on the platform are only for people who can attend those training. They always start around 9 am and 11 am, so if you work mornings won't be possible for you to TRAIN. All of those trainings are recorded but NOT UPLOADED , which makes it more difficult for you to access some kind of training. It doesn't make sense their policies. We pay a fee , we are members but they don't want to share any type of material for people who work mornings. The only material you have access to are recordings that are 3 or 4 years old. UPDATED: the self paced recorded sessions are a plain lie. All the things mentioned down is a plain scam ... The material is not updated and branch leaders are not leaders at all, they are not responsive when you need them.

Negative experience: Be careful with these crooks. They make offers without seeing the home—on any property listed for under 10 days—to block the deal. Then, they wait until the end of the contingency period to negotiate. It’s a scammy, unfair, and unethical tactic to do business.

Negative experience: This feedback is not for Avanti but for an Avanti’s REALTOR. I had nothing but a HORRIBLE experience with the realtor ADELINA SIGMOMIN, I have evidence of the constant threats, emotionally-charged communication with unclear instructions, fault finding without solutions, defensiveness, constant mistakes, multiple contracts with erroneous information and even sending me other clients personal information via email. She has no regard for personal boundaries and inappropriately sought for personal family information that she was not privy to. She does not hold herself accountable for any of her actions, misinformation or mistakes. She is dishonest, disrespectful, unprepared, hostile, unprofessional, disorganized, incompetent, aggressive, she lacks emotional intelligence, personal accountability and integrity in her interpersonal dealings. Thankfully I got help from one of the Avanti’s manager, Cielo (her team lead), she was amazing. Big thanks to her for helping mediating and resolving the conflicts Adelina created.

Negative experience: I tried calling one of this company's agents to inquire about the status of a rental property. They answered their phone with a curt "allo", then when I proceeded to ask about the property, they just hung up on me. I tried calling back and they just sent me to voicemail. I'm assuming they probably didn't speak a word of English, but just hanging up on someone is extremely unprofessional. Avanti Way needs to do a better job of vetting their agents, or ensuring they adhere to standards of professional behavior. Also, forcing your employees to leave five star reviews that sound like cult brainwashing pamphlets is not exactly a good way to earn people's trust.

Negative experience: I was assigned to Marcelo Quiroga (avanti) to visit a house but he didn’t answer the phone. I probably lost the opportunity to buy it because of him. He doesn’t answer messages most of the time. Customer service really bad. To avoid at all cost if you want to close a deal.

Negative experience: Rating 2 stars for the simple fact that I believe in transparency. I went to real estate school myself and I’ve deal with multiple realtors in the Miami market. However, I believe is fair enough to inform clients prior to any showing that they will be charge a fee of $45 once they move in at a property rented by any of the agents from this company. Ramon took me and my husband to see 2 different units and we apply and were approved, once they approved us he decided to then mention we had to pay $45 to Avanti as a service fee when we all know each realtor gets a commission from the condo. Therefore I suggest to please advice your clients beforehand of such “fee”

Negative experience: One of their agents breaks their business relationship, stops serving a contract and also puts a purchase offer on the air with just one day made, they must serve as agents and not be so rude, but they have time to serve customers who They no longer have to become machines to attract customers and then not be able to serve them, a very bad way to grow, treating people like machines uno de sus agentes rompe su relacion comercial , deja de atender un contrato y ademas pone en el aire una oferta de compra apenas con un dia hecha , deben prestar servicio como agentes y no ser tan groseros , sino tienen tiempo para atender a los clientes que ya tienen no se vuelvan maquinas de captar clientes para luego no poder atenderlos , muy mala manera de crecer , tratando como maquinas a las personas
