Negative experience: This has to be the worst platform for this - they take forever to list then they use non english speaking support who is HORRIBLE. very incompetent do not recommend update - someone called me and ASSURED me in 30 mins the listing would be live - 1 hour later - nothing - call number back - no answer- live chat - no response..... Still not listed 36 hours plus later

Negative experience: Extremely Frustrating Experience – Poor Technology & Zero Follow-Through I had a very disappointing experience with Beycome. Their technology is clunky, confusing, and constantly glitching. I called customer support six times over the course of 2–3 days, and every single time I was told someone would follow up — no one ever did. Not once. No call back. No resolution. What made it worse is that they have an app, but support actually told me not to use it, which defeats the purpose of having one in the first place. If your own staff doesn’t trust the platform, that says a lot. I was trying to list a property and needed help with basic functionality. Instead, I wasted hours being passed around with no one capable of fixing the issue. If you value your time, I’d seriously think twice before using this company. The concept is good, but the execution and customer support are terrible. When I finally asked for a refund they hung up on me. It has been an entire week wasted trying to list my property!!!

I’m truly sorry for the frustration and poor experience you went through. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I genuinely regret that you felt disappointed.
That said, I would like to clarify a few points, not to minimize your experience, but to provide accurate context. On January 9, 2026, you were in contact with our team twice for a total of 9 minutes, and once on January 8, 2026, for 23 minutes. We also attempted to return your call but were unable to reach you.
Regarding the refund requested on January 9, I do not see any record of a call being disconnected, and the refund has already been processed.
As for the changes you described as “basic,” I understand why they may seem simple from your perspective. However, changing the owner’s last name, and an email address after a listing agreement has already been executed is not a minor adjustment for us, as it involves compliance and contractual requirements.
I’m sincerely sorry that this experience did not reflect the positive one you had with us two years ago when you successfully closed your property at 2610 Lakeland. I truly hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future, and I wish you all the best moving forward and a smooth, successful real estate journey.
Fantastic experience: I wish there was a little more guidance for first-time sellers, but overall the site works well. Customer support was kind and responsive. I still saved a lot of money.
Negative experience: Beycome was very disappointing. My experience was not great. It started pretty much as soon as the photos were taken. I called to confirm that my listing would not go on the market until my husband and I said to do so. That didn't happen and no apology given. They put the pictures in and then put it on the market. "somebody made a mistake" was all I got. We didn't want it to be live as we were trying to get 3 photos that I had specifically requested. Beycome told me they couldn't do anything so I reached out to the photographer and he agreed to send them to Beycome. Unfortunately the customer service was consistently terrible and Beycome decided they were not going to give me those pictures and actually denied having them. The photographer, who was much easier to communicate with, insisted they did have them. Ultimately, without the help of Beycome, I was able to get the pictures added to the listing. Next problem, I changed the price in the system. The information page kept showing the wrong price. I sent an email to the company and well, they sent it to me in the portal and that was never fixed. Heading into the next problem, an agent kept reaching out to Beycome that we were unaware of. They never were able to get thru and finally reached us. Several days later a jumbled message reached my portal from the agent. I couldn't make any sense of it and had to wonder, how many other agents tried to contact the company. This is all bad enough but the worst part was trying to communicate with customer service. They were very rude every time I contacted them. They didn't handle anything with any amount of professionalism. It's the holidays now so we pulled the listing and will absolutely not be relisting with them and would never recommend them. Trying to sell your home is challenging enough without feeling like the company assisting you is working against you. I will add one more thing, as I look deeper into their reviews, I see some people, you know the ones with the great reviews posting repeatedly. One lady reviewed a minimum of 5 times. Maybe she loves this company really that much or maybe the company or possibly something else? I can't say for certain but appears a tad fishy. ***** update ***** I spoke to Yaelyn in customer service today. She reached out and was very professional and apologetic for our experience. She acknowledged the communication and customer support issues. I appreciate that very much and hope they can improve so that everyone that decides to use Beycome has a better result than we did. As I told her, I do believe this company understands the direction real estate is headed and once the company can perfect this model, they can't help but to be successful. Positive experience: Update: They did resolve the realtor.com issue, and I'll preface the next part by saying my recent interactions have been very good. I still disagree with aspects of the response from Beycome on here. It was not a root cause issue on a third party, it was an issue with a selection Beycome made when setting up with my local MLS. I also had to do all the legwork to figure out the issue and supplied that information to Beycome multiple times. My customer experience was very negative while trying to get Beycome to take ownership of the issue. After about a week of unsatisfying customer experience, I requested a refund and was originally denied until I posted about my experience through varies public facing sites. I appreciate that they finally called me back and it was escalated to someone that took the issue seriously, but my customer journey to get to this point was painful. They did say that they let go a customer rep that may have been involved in my email exchange, and I genuinely think they understand that they messed up. I am updating my star rating to 4 stars based on my positive recent interaction and may consider using them again. Their website experience is slightly better than the competitor I relisted with. Original review: Be careful, they claim to post to realtor.com but after about a week of back and forth with them they have not been able to fulfill this marketing promise. I checked other listings under this broker and they also aren't posting. I inquired about a refund, and was denied. I also found the customer service less than adequate. It is very hard to get someone on the phone, they don't respond to emails in a timely manner, and once I got a hold of a person they broke their promise to call me back after looking into the issue.
Mr. Rubin, I completely understand your frustration with Realtor.com. As we’ve explained, this issue was on their side, not ours. Unfortunately, Beycome has no control over third-party websites, including Realtor.com, as stated in our listing agreement.
The issue was resolved yesterday, and you were already refunded on 09/23/2025. For this reason, we feel it’s unfair to receive negative reviews across different platforms for a problem caused by a third party—especially since you’ve already been refunded.

Negative experience: Horrible nightmare. After paying them you discover the whole system is automated and you will NEVER be able to speak to a live person. Buyers and agents told me they were unable to reach me and their auto system did not work. I also tested the system and and was told my property did not exist in their records! They say nothing about this on their website. Beware . Due to the number of bad reviews i will speak to a lawyer about a class action lawsuit.

Negative experience: Fraudulent listing I’m reaching out with concern regarding the listing at 1249 W 139th St, Gardena, CA 90247 (link). I submitted an offer through an individual named Allen, who claimed to be involved with the sale. He provided a counteroffer and stated that no agent is working with the seller, yet the listing behavior has been questionable: • The phone numbers listed on the ad do not answer any calls, but I receive vague text messages after calling from different numbers asking if I’m still interested.

Negative experience: I would not recommend using Beycome, there service is ok, They don't even put the right information on showtime app they make it hard for you to sell your home, then you withdraw, then they sell your information to other people trying to sell you a service or a try to scam you. 65 calls a day for 2 weeks. There are way better for sale by owner MlS out there. DO your research, The 2 stars mainly come from selling your information without authorization
Thank you for your review. We are trying to improve. We automatically and graciously setup ShowingTime for each property when local MLS support it.
We do not display homeowner phone number publicly like FSBO but we send you an email each time someone is requesting this information to send you and offer or request a showing. So most likely you don't receive calls from other services because of us.
Negative experience: I recently signed up with Beycome as a FSBO seller because they promised personal service and showings through ShowingTime. Both claims turned out to be false: they do not pay for ShowingTime scheduling in any area. It’s extremely difficult to get past their front-line receptionists, who simply take messages and promise to forward them—yet no one follows up or resolves anything. I’ve had to keep calling repeatedly with no real help or solutions.

Because we pay multiple memberships for numerous MLS board we actually pay this system multiple times. We do not offer the plus version to our client because non-licensed homeowner don't know what it is and because this third-party tool is not meant to be used that way.
In addition, couple of MLS have banned it since it's own by Zillow and some other have replaced it with other tool, especially in California, but we'll try to support them as well.
Negative experience: Horrible Horrible, Sent everything over and days later still not listed. They ask for multiple things after they take your money, You provide it and then more request. I followed up with everything they ask for and missed another weekend of possible showings and I get an email asking for copy of my title and deed. I sent them screen shots of the tax records showing the property in my name and they can look it up also but they still refuse to list my property after I paid already. Rose who I spoke to has been very nice, but I am sure she can only do so much. If you don't want all the hoops and complications I would suggest another company.
Sorry to hear that. In some cases like wholesale or inheritance we request additional proof of ownership because the initial document is fuzzy. Fortunately it rarely happen and our team is 7/7 to find a solution to allow you to list.
Negative experience: We listed our home on Beycome and hit a few snags with the initial process like having to submit documents several times as they weren’t showing up on their end. Took 3-4 days for listing to get “published”. Our home was active for over 3 weeks with 0 zero showings or inquiries. We wanted to offer incentives such as closing cost assistance but beycome would not allow it where every other listing around us in GA was offering them on their listing. We then revised the listing and found the “fine print” that beycome, on top of what you pay them upfront for listing will also take and additional 1% of buyers agent fee at closing (in our case equivalent to $5K) which will turn off buyers agents from wanting to show your property if they have to do all the work and someone else keeps 1/3 of their money. We decided to cancel listing with beycome and re-list elsewhere. We’ve used MLS listing services in FL several times in the past with success. Although, it’s now a buyer’s market now. This service just didn’t work for us and would allow us to be competitive with other listings. I found it very restrictive.

Anyhow we list within minutes, not days ... except when we have to wait for the photographer pictures or when there is a doubt on the property ownership.
When list with beycome our flat fee service starts at $99, no commission, no percentage, no catch. You can also cancel anytime if it's not working for you.
Beycome propose also couple of additional services with different cost like Concierge, Buyer program or Title in some areas.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved purchasing a home with minimal realtor interference and COST! Beycome is wonderful, everyone is easy to work with and our transaction was seamless!

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Beycome. They may be great for a seller but purchasing from them is lousy. Here's an example of the buying experience I had. We were digging through Zillow and found a home for $200,000. Plenty under our budget and it checked a lot of boxes. It was in need of all new flooring, paint and a roof but was a unique piece of property. We liked it and although we were going to have to pour some money into it it was still a great find so we put in a full asking price offer. No response. A day later they come back and say we've had multiple offers above the asking price so please put in your best offer and we'll make a decision within 24 hours. We knew the home was a bargain so we put in a bid of $245,000. 45k more than asking. No response the next day. Then they come back and tell us they'll accept our offer but only if we add 5k to the offer and make it $250,000 with no inspection as is. We felt bullied and this seemed unethical but we agreed to it. They then tell us the offer is accepted but we need to give them 6k in non refundable escrow immediately or they will move on to another buyer. We tell them we have to transfer the money and it will take 24 hours. They agree. We get them the money and they send an agreement and say we must have our mortgage company right up the agreement with a closing in less than a month....or you guessed it...they'll move on to the next offer. Y'know that excitement and fun of buying a new home? Yea me neither they destroyed that. My wife and I were talking that night and I said "You know how I feel after all of this?... and at the same time we both said "Dirty". It felt like a mugging and instead of being happy we were just glad it was over! This is the 7th home I've purchased in my life and by far the worst experience. There is a better way to do business. Even my realtor was shocked by how unprofessional and unethical the whole thing felt. I would caution anyone going into a transaction with these folks, especially from the buying side, to be ready because nothing is on the level or straightforward with Beycome. I wish I could leave negative stars.

Negative experience: Horrible experience where do I begin. The agent "Stephanie". Starting December 30th I reached out numerous times about the property even put in offers on the website. Unfortunately her phone goes to Google voice and she chooses to either contact you or not. February 10th after I forgot about it. She reaches out and provides me with some information on the property. By February 13th I provide her with my information and Im told my offer was accepted. Not a word from her until February 17 she states her coworker was supposed to send me the extra information where pay for it but I got nothing as usual. Then February 20th she says her co worker sold the land to someone else out of no where.

Negative experience: Made me pay extra for multiple MLS platforms, then they tell me they couldn't do that. Also they've put in a lot of misinformations about my property, including that it's a short sale which wasn't corrected till a week later, and another week for the MLS. And then they told me that my property is listed with a different agent already, I couldn't get an answer till 3 weeks later. No one ever answers the phone because it doesn't work!!!
Positive experience: Kevin Gutierrez, a Real Estate Supervisor at Beycome, is very helpful explaining services and is quickly responsive to all enquiries. Excellent service from him. My other experiences with Beycome also appear to be going great; I have just started working with them. The only reason one star is withheld is because not enough time has passed for evaluation and higher recommendation.
Negative experience: Had difficulties getting them to change some things - it took multiple times before they got it right. Twice over 4 months real-estate agents that saw my listing have told me they had trouble getting my information so they could contact me. Now, months later I see messages in the dashboard from people wanting to see my home that I was never notified about. I contacted them about this and it has not been delt with. I give up. I'm going to pay regular commissions and sell my home.
Negative experience: Stay away from this crooks, they are very nice to make you believe their platform is the greatest to sell your property but then the surprises start coming and no one solves your issues. Issue #1. I specifically told them I needed a Florida MLS where single family homes are listed. They put me in a national MLS that didn't syndicate with local listing. When I told them it wasn't what I was looking for and to issue a refund they said I had to wait 90 day or more. Now they're telling me because I waited more than 90 days I do not qualify for the refund
Another real estate agent. Issue #1: In Florida, it is prohibited to list a mobile home on a local MLS unless you own the land, as the home alone is not considered real estate. This rule was clearly explained to you multiple times. Specifically, by email on 09/25/2024 at 5:03 PM, we informed you of this regulation and requested your approval to list your mobile home on MyStateMLS instead of a local MLS. You accepted by email this on the same day at 5:07 PM. As a licensed real estate agent in California, you should be aware that real estate rules vary between states.
Issue #2: Our refund policy allows a $99 refund only if requested between 90 and 112 days after purchase, giving customers a two-week window—a policy that no competitor offers. You requested a refund after 137 days, which falls outside this timeframe. This policy is clearly stated in the listing agreement you signed and on multiple pages of our website.
I have to say it's extremely unfair to receive a bad review from a peer "real estate agent" simply because our refund policies didn’t meet your personal criteria, despite being clearly outlined in the guidelines you agreed to and signed from day one when you chose our services.

Negative experience: Have not received a human response in regards to a property listed. Just automated responses. They did make a change to the description after my first email. I mentioned its fraud about "non-paying" and that the person who lives in there has been under an executory contract and never defaulted. The first description was "Non-paying occupants, buyer must buy with tenants in there". They ended up deleting the non-paying occupant part. The property that is listed is under an executory contract (covered by chapter 5 of the texas property code), which was signed before the online listings. It also has been recorded with the county. I've tried all emails connected to the listing. The broker listed is Steven Koleno beycome brokerage realty llc. The Seller's representative Issac Yeboah. The emails sent were the notice of legal interest in property with the buyer in the contract. The buyer was not given any notice or consent to the listing. The "tenant" who lives in there is the buyer that's in the contract. The property is also listed way below value and cash sale. Not sure what's the game play. Please do your research before listing or buying a property.
