Fantastic experience: I came down from New York during a hectic month, trying to find a place in Miami that actually felt right. After about 10 showings that just weren’t it, I connected with Alex, Dasha, and Galina. Alex ran point for the team, and honestly, from the start, they just got it. They listened, didn’t waste time, and kept things fun while still being laser focused. I showed the team a place I was interested in and asked Alex to put in an offer of $4K which was originally listed at $4,600. He actually took it to them (and apparently got yelled at by the other broker). A few days later, we adjusted to $4,200. I walked into the showing and immediately knew this was the place. I told Alex, “Close at $4,200,” and somehow he did it. But what really blew me away was what happened after. The condo association approval process in Miami can easily drag out 3-4 weeks, sometimes longer. I had to move fast because I was starting a new position, and these three went above and beyond to make it happen. They got the whole thing approved in just one week. I picked up my keys literally today, one day before I start my new job. Their communication, negotiation skills, and ability to move things forward smoothly under pressure were next level. They kept me updated, advocated for me every step of the way, and still made the whole process feel easy and fun. Professional, efficient, personable and just genuinely good people. If you’re looking for agents who actually fight for your deal, handle everything behind the scenes, and still make you laugh through the stress- Alex, Dasha, and Galina are the ones. Positive experience: I would take the rankings on Miami Condo Investments' website with a grain of salt. While much of the data is helpful/accurate, the overall rankings are provided by the realty group itself, without external feedback, namely owners or residents. In many cases the "Health" score is extremely inaccurate/misleading. They do not account for the turmoil within the building, poor governance, poor management, or financial distress. Having owned several condos in Miami, I can compare the "Health" score against reality, and the score has been inaccurate. If they validated their scoring, this website would be invaluable to those seeking properties in Miami.

Nina went with me to 2 different locations, I fell in love with one and she did not rush me at all to make a decision. She asked me to sleep on it to be sure it’s what I wanted which I did and then within 1 day I was approved!!! That’s how fast she worked. She is incredible she was so sweet available at all times of the day to answer my questions and I had a lot of questions. During the key exchange she looked through every single detail in the property to make sure the owner fixed any minor things that needed fixing and things I would have never noticed myself until it was probably too late to get them repaired. Even after the key exchange she still followed up with me to make sure I was comfortable and everything was going well. She is an ANGEL !!!!
