Negative experience: Absolutely horrible to rent an apartment, I reported a leak and mold in my bathroom. Nobody has responded back to me, please don’t rent from this management. Stay far away they are slumlords, you have been warned. Don’t let them fool you into renting an apartment with them. Just stay far away.

Negative experience: Nadlan Management is a horrible company that doesn't care about their tenants, just collecting their money. The maintenance take forever to fix stuff Including the oven and the refrigerator. The food in the freezer and the refrigerator should not be going bad. When I just brought it a couple days . And etc Nadlan needs to do better. Treat people how you want to be treated. The building needs new a mailboxes. For everyone in the building. They are so messed up. When people call the office to file a complaint to fix stuff . The office do not answer the phone at all. When someone picks up the phone they act like someone is irritating them.

Negative experience: Nadlan Management has been the most unprofessional property management I’ve ever dealt with, specifically Adam and Stephanie. They failed to address serious mold issues, illegally removed my AC unit without consent nor explanation, and even skipped a scheduled technician appointment with no notice or follow-up. Throughout the process, communication was dismissive, inconsistent, and a lot of times nonexistent. I would have to take time off work to go in person just to speak with someone. Tenants should never have to beg for basic habitability or chase down management for accountability. The lack of urgency and responsibility is unacceptable and has left me with no choice but to pursue legal action. Which Nadlan is still refusing to provide further information in order for me to escalate. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding Nadlan Management. Seriously don't do it.

Negative experience: Both Lily and Estefani were really helpful in showing me the apartments Update. I was charged a double deposit plus first month’s rent at move-in, confirmed in writing by Nadlan. At move-out, I was refunded only half, and management later tried to call their own confirmation a “typo.” On top of this, the building was unsafe — packages stolen, doors broken, brown water, and sewage leaks. Document everything if you rent here, because they will backtrack when convenient.

What I really respect is they treat you like a person, not just a rent check. They actually listen. If I got a concern or need something explained, they take the time. They keep the building clean, they stay on top of everything, and they don’t let things slide. You can tell they got pride in what they do, and that makes a difference for everybody living here. I feel safe, I feel heard, and I feel like I finally got a place that’s taken care of right. That’s rare around here. So yeah, five stars easy. If Nadlan’s managing your building, you’re in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Over the last few years , Adam and the rest of the crew at Nadlan Mgmt. have turned our family apartment complex around & in a very positive direction. Our tenants are much better and our quality of life here at our in our units is so much better also. They have been responsive to our maintenance concerns or needs and always seem to have the resources to take care of virtually any issue. They are consistently updating our building too and they keep us in the loop on what improvements are being made and when they will take place. It's pretty nice to know that If I ever have a question or concern, I can pick up the phone and talk to somebody and get it resolved in reasonable time frame. Bottom line, they appear to be about as good as I have seen in my years of owning.

Fantastic experience: I've had good encounters with Nadlan. No beating around the bush with they will get back to me. Spoke to a woman named Stephanie who kept things simple for me and that's what this world needs more of.

Negative experience: The issue is communication. Stephanie is a very rude staff at Nadlan Management. She was dishonest, argumentative and hung up the phone twice. Adam who is Stephanie’s supervisor promised to call back to look into issue but never did, where another employee of his said “Adam is nastier than Stephanie”. Overall, my issue was not resolved and will get a hold of Adam’s supervisor or owner of apartment to notify the bad experience and treatment of staff and management. This comment will be deleted when I get a hold of the appropriate people, address my issue and have it resolved.

Fantastic experience: My experience with nadlan was great the whole year I was with them whenever something was wrong someone was out to fix it,not to mention Lisa and Stephanie they were awesome they were always so nice and kind to me and they made sure I got my whole deposit back not a dime short.

Negative experience: This company is the worst. There is black mold in a building they manage and they refused to do anything about it. There were mushrooms growing out of the floor! They have had ceilings cave in from mold and water damage. They just paint over the mold. They also didn't return our security deposit and will not take our phone calls.
