Negative experience: I really never do this but I have to say that I felt that the agent did not have my best interest. I was buying the house long distance , and she had extended the sellers stay till a week after the closing. So, I was not able to do a final walkthrough , and I am not sure where she found the Home Inspector but I would stay away from both of them... I know the bottom line is my fault but I was hoping to have someone who was looking out for me and she was not that person....
