Fantastic experience: I met with the asst. property manager, Fernando, today and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions about the property all while being super friendly and professional. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a well managed apartment complex.

Negative experience: Towed my car after 30 minutes. Couldn't even get my grandmother inside and settled before going home.

Fantastic experience: I lived here since 2023 & I have no complaints. Due to personal reasons I had to move but I enjoyed the 2 years living at The Hub. I appreciate the office staff for being welcoming & friendly (past & present). Maintenance workers were awesome. They came quick anytime I had an issue. Highly recommend living here. Positive experience: I lived at The Hub from 2024-2025, but had to move for personal reasons. I lived in building 2629 underneath some EXTREMELY loud and obnoxious neighbors. There were like 7 people in a 2 bedroom apartment including 3 little kids that screamed, stomped around, and acted like animals - no joke at all and I'm not a karen. The kids would literally ride bikes through the house. They drove me insane. I almost got into a fight with the people one day trying to get them to be quiet. I do college online so was home most of the time and had to put up with it. I had to headphones in my own house 90% of the time the neighbors were home. I really loved my apartment and the model of it though. Pros of The Hub: - Great leasing agents, very helpful and kind - Maintenance keeps the property well and is pretty quick in response to any emergency issues - most of the time. - Pretty nice for what you pay - Pretty pool area, was very chill at night over the summer except some weekends when kids would be out there till late. They would be maddd loud. Cons: - Growing roach issue... When I moved in I rarely ever saw roaches or bugs at all, which I was really happy about. Over the year of me staying there I started seeing them more and more. It had to have been due to my neighbors living dirty because I didn't have a dirty place. - Hot water gets shut off for maintenance quite often. Seems to be plumbing or some other water issues fairly often. - If your neighbors are obnoxiously loud the issue will be treated as if it is common and okay - since it's an apartment. They will contact the loud people but if nothing changes they won't issue lease violations unless you can "prove" their loud noise. - All visitors have to park on the outside perimeter of the apartments or they risk being towed. Overall I loved my apartment and the main issue for me was the growing roach problem and obnoxious neighbors, I rarely ever had quiet in my own home.

Negative experience: I've lived here for seven years. Maintenance is great. Very responsive and friendly. The complex has hot water problems periodically and roach problems that have progressively become worse. More concerning are the type people moving in. Smoking weed in public, drinking and partying in the parking lot at least 2 or 3 times a week until very late at night. Its getting ridiculous.

Negative experience: The most honest review you will ready, this place is not somewhere you want to live, my apt flooded due to busted pipes from my neighbor upstairs and the complex literally said you will have to figure out where to stay. I still have not gotten my deposit back after being forced to move out. When I asked to move into another unit in the complex they showed me a two bedroom that had been “cleaned”. Disgusting place to live and management couldn’t care less about what goes on. Also the place had a roach problem from the day of move in management in the office kept saying we’ll get someone out we’ll get someone out no one ever came to take care of it they just kept coming. This was a blessing that my apt flooded so I could get out of this HORRIBLE PLACE. The only good part about the place is the maintenance guys do a good job. Which is mainly the only reviews this

Negative experience: Horrible place to stay infested with mice !!!!! They are everywhere !! I’ve killed 2 but have seen multiple more inside of the unit !!! Runnnn ! Don’t waste your money here !! This is horrible I been trying to get help with this but they do not care about the problem. The rats have taken over I feel like I’m company in my own home. Everyone in the office is rude and trying to brush this off. It’s been over a month since I’ve killed the first rat an and the cracks in my apartment are still there !!!! Then look at what maintenance came and did !!!

Negative experience: If you like rooming with rats and roaches, this is the complex for you. I have never in my life heard of this many neighbors all complaining about mice. One of my neighbors killed four mice in one single day. Only to wake the next day to two more. So if you have a thing for mice or if you are fond of roaches, make the hub your home. otherwise run far away

Negative experience: DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They only want your money!!!! I finally moved out after counting down my days til my lease ends and got the final statement today saying I owe them $$$ for a carpet cleaning. After I requested a carpet cleaning for months prior to move out and they’ve never done it. They waited until I moved out to “clean the carpet” yet are still charging me hundreds to pay. If you are someone in the same situation as me, report them to FTC and TDHCA because what they are doing to me is very scam like.

Negative experience: DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved here in June 2024. I've been having an issue with WATER COMING UP FROM THE FLOOR since I moved in! I have had to submit the maintenance request multiple times for it to be looked at, but the maintenance department keeps closing out the work order and claiming that they repaired the issue. There is a HUGE lack of communication, and I'm scared for my health since there could possibly be mold growing under the floor.

Negative experience: I’ve been living here for two years and haven’t had any issues until new management. They’re enforcing a new rule and are TOWING their tenets vehicles. Towing cars from people who LIVE here and pay their rent! I deal with various issues living here ( like the water being cut off for days or not having hot water for days) but now I can’t even sleep at night because they want to tow my ONLY CAR. The ONLY way that I am able to go to work so that I can PAY RENT. I’ve reached out to corporate and the problem remains… I’m drained! It’s caused so much emotional distress, I’d never live here again! EVER AGAIN.

Fantastic experience: Thomas did a phenomenal job in our apartment. He was very thorough in his completion of each task and made sure that each job was done to our satisfaction. He handled all jobs quickly and efficiently. He handled the multiple work orders requested and went above and beyond in his service. Not only did he replace the fridge within an hour but also throughly cleaned the old one before removing it due to a bad smell. He redid the bathroom drawer, fixed the bathroom faucet water pressure, replaced the string on the blinds and replaced one of the loose wall outlets. Thomas has great customer service and is very knowledgeable in his work. I would recommend him expeditiously.

Negative experience: If you like having hot water, or water at all, don’t live here. 10 months of being here and the water has been shut off at least 20 times and I WISH I was exaggerating.

Negative experience: Apartments are over painted, they just throw a new coat of paint on and call it good, something is always going wrong, and the maintenance group never fixed any of the issues they were brought in to fix.

Negative experience: My Partner Moved into this place in July ‘23. First off the apartment doesn’t even match the floor plan shown for studios it’s basically missing a wall where the bedroom is. You can tell there was a rush job as the paint in the bathroom has splotches all over the cabinets and walls/ceiling. Shortly after moving in the Bathroom Tub clogged and wouldn’t drain, the sink broke and started leaking in the cabinet, the towel rack fell off the wall, the cabinet door in the bathroom fell off the wall. Then the A/C Broke no one came out to fix anything until October. He lived in this apartment for 3 months without a useable bathroom having to go other places to shower. They refused to give any kind of compensation or refund in anyway knowing they allowed a tenant to move into an apartment that they wouldn’t show him first but assured him everything was up to standard. Complete Lie. I had to go talk to them several times and even had someone tell me they would follow up only for them to never show up or call. The previous building manager said she would talk to the company and see about a compensation then ended up leaving and not doing anything. I’m not someone that leaves reviews but I figure they can’t ignore it anymore if it’s in their face telling them how atrocious this complex is and how horrible the experience is. Last but not least the Internet situation.. the internet is a universal site wide installation so everyone shares the same base internet and there is no way to call to get it fixed when it goes down or out because the company itself controls it. There is no individual passwords or routers to have your own internet and the connections/routers being used look like CRTV Tube age routers off white/burnt yellow.. by the way that too fell out of the wall. Final Note: To this day there are still some broken things in the apartment and some stuff is still breaking. Please, Please whatever you do, DO NOT rent here it’s not worth it you can get far better for the money you pay. This place and the management are terrible . EDIT: 3/12/24 - Had him place a work order to get some of the still broken things in the apartment fixed and there has been no response for about 2-3 weeks. This place has had 3 managers in less than a year. Was hoping the new management would be better but it’s still the same old story.

Fantastic experience: I've been at this property for 15mos and maintenance requests have taken up to 3mos to get processed. But now they have a new maintenance worker, Thomas, and he is great. He is quick to respond and he has been able to fix everything on my list. Now that my maintenance issues have been taken care of. I can rate The Hub with 5 Stars.

Negative experience: I've been a waiter for 14 years and a bartender for 5. I know the difference between good and bad service. My waitress greeted me 5 or 10 minutes after we sat down, which was okay. After bringing our drinks it was almost a whole hour before she came back. We had to flag her down twice. The 3rd time we flagged her I mentioned that she was ignoring our table. I said I tip well, but I demand service in return. Because I've been in the service industry so long, I was immediately ready to forgive and forget, but she was offended and her reaction was unacceptable. Not only did she ask the bartender to request for me to leave (he actually threatened to call the police) she also went to her other tables and complained - trying to get sympathy. I've taken may people there before, but they definitely lost a customer today.

Positive experience: Over 1 year resident, 2nd apt solo and looking to leave. Quieter than my last place but its been a little louder lately plus living by the pool. Old management left right after I came and rent went up. An odd amount of water outages and started the year off with a power cutoff without any warning I could find. Busy, hilly area. Pretty safe area

Negative experience: I moved in June, and every month there is a water shut off or something going with plumbing, this is ridiculous..Then today you give us an hour warning that the water will be shut off until the temperature is warmer…please don’t move here, they may be cheap, but you get what you paid for, under new management and the old crew that made sure everything was fixed is gone. You should have made Oscar in charge of these apartments…it will be worth breaking a lease living here…geesh

Negative experience: They charged an admid fee without me getting approved for the apartment. Please be aware of these type of people. I've been back and forth with bank and still they haven't released funds that was suppose to be refunded two months ago.

Fantastic experience: They try to work with anybody to get you a place to live and the staff I’ve encountered so far has been nice. Thomas the maintenance man is extremely helpful. If he comes whatever is broken he will fix it immediately and permanently. Very quick and he also explained what happened and any extra information needed.
