Ten Twelve West

Negative experience: Not once have they come to my daughter's apartment and come to spray for Roches!! Place always infested with Nats, out of nowhere there flying in the kitchen. They are quick to ask for the rent but when residents need attention to thier apartment they are quick to forget to send pest control. They lucky they got 1 start I wouldn't even have rate them.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, love Yoselin she is great the process was wonderful and she has very great customer service.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love living at ten-twelve west apts , the community is diverse, quiet, and everyone keeps to themself! There are always activities planned by the front office for the kids & adults to come together as neighbors & have a good time! I haven’t had any issues with anything in my unit besides some minor mishaps at move in and they were handled quickly! The maintenance is on sight everyday & you can tell they work hard. The office staff is incredible! Jocyln is really sweet & very great at her job while Ms Juanita the manager is the best and a god sent! She manages the property well and both ladies care about their residents , Ms. Juanita will work with you to ensure you have the best outcome!! Parking is critical, not many spots are available but you have the option to pay and reserve a designated spot. I’m glad I chose this community for my son and I, I feel safe & welcomed ..

Me atendió juanita y fue super amable conmigo me ayudó a realizar los pasos para la renovación de contrato !! Y con esta nueva administración los apartamentos han tenido un cambio muy bueno la piscina está limpia todo el área muy bien decorada y el ambiente ahora es super bueno me alegra mucho que sigan mejorando

Negative experience: Llevo más de 15 días diciendo que vengan a fumigar contra las cucarachas pero, siempre me dicen que vienen al otro día créeme el peor servicio y fuera de eso se demora uno un día para pagar la renta de inmediato lo están notificando así como ellos le exigen a uno uno también exige q que fumige

Negative experience: It's a hard to me, cause I usually don't do bad reviews, but staying in this complex of apartments, was like a nightmare to us and I really was Glad to move from there, we make work orders on a lot stuff to be fixed but they were unresponsive and we just glad to move from there

Negative experience: This staff doesn't know what they're doing. I wanted to rent, but the general manager, named Juanita, has a terrible attitude. I arrived and was on the phone for 15 minutes. She gave me the wrong prices and told me with an attitude that she didn't have a unit available. She looked me up and down. They definitely lost a person who could recommend more people to live in this community. The owners should take the jobs away from these types of people who drive their clients away.

Negative experience: Si no quieren ser estafados no se renten en estos Apartamentos desde octubre te quitan el aire acondicionado y solo ponen la calefacción hasta marzo.Las personas k ellos rentan no tienen respeto hacen sus necesidades atrás de los latones de la basura sabiendo k hay hasta niños y las cámaras están por gusto nunca tienes parqueos viviendo tu en estos apartamentos Nunca viene la grua y todos los alrededores están sucios con latas de cerveza y muchas cosas más que no me alcanza El tiempo para decirlo todo

Fantastic experience: Tengo 1 año 5 meses viviendo en la propiedad de apartamentos y han sido unos muy cómodos buen servicio y atención por parte del personal de oficina a como los de mantenimiento,las instalaciones muy limpias mejor lugar para vivir no pude elegir la verdad buen ambiente entre la comunidad de residentes. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Las manajers de la oficina son muy comprencibas y buenas personas han pasado muchas por aquí pero ningunas como ellas las otras no duraban por despotas y no te ayudaban en nada casi cada mes cambiaban de manajers pero desde que esta norma rodriguez todo es muy bueno tiene buena actitud y siempre está para lo que uno necesita y los apartamentos se encuentran limpios siempre ellas siempre están para ayudarte en lo que necesites

Fantastic experience: Ten Twelve west es el lugar ideal si buscas un complejo de apartamentos con amplias comodidades, un personal amable y un equipo de mantenimiento rápido y no podrías pedir nada más, especialmente estar cerca del estadio AT&T y todos los restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. He estado en varias administraciones se ha visto el cambio, gracias Manager Norma!!

Negative experience: My mother is a tenant here and we have had nothing but issues the past three years. There have been multiple leaks, plumbing issues where she has had to be moved to a different building. The kids in the neighborhood have no supervision and have broken her window without reporting it to anyone. My father, mother, and myself vehicles have been towed several times. They will not negotiate a discount and have changed owners but have not seen a change.

Negative experience: My dad is a resident here and this place is one of the worst places he has lived and he has lived here going on 7 years. The staff are rude, maintenance only speaks Spanish and does not do their job correctly or at all and also they park in residence reserved parking spots. The office is hardly ever open when you have a problem or have questions, the answring machineis always full and can hardly ever get anyone on the phone. The ac is controlled by the office not the residents. When a problem is reported they always have excuses as to not having anough staff to fix any problems that need fixing. The parents of children never watch their kids and the parents never punish the kids for destroying property or staying out pass curfew. Pest control is a joke because the huge amount of roach infestation is a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: I have lived here over 3 years now and I have seen a lot of improvement since the new owners took over. I see reviews and it's sad that people tend to give false statements regarding management. As a tenant here we have pest control come when requested. As far as the ac central I seen yesterday we had someone out looking at it and the office staff is always very informative. Thank you Alex and Norma for all you do for our community.

Positive experience: The only reason I give it 4 stars is because they are not open on Saturday and Sunday. Besides that I have enjoyed living here. The office staff is super friendly. The maintenance gets any issues resolved in a timely matter. People that complain honestly are just spoiled since the longest they take to get to fixing your issue is a day or two. I have never waited longer than 3 days as I know they only have two maintenance. They update you why they haven't gone so I love the fact that they communicate as much as they can. I sad to leave but just bought a house. Thank you ten twelve west staff..

Negative experience: Reporte desde el viernes que me arreglaran la estufa i nunca yegaron paso el sábado y domingo lunes y nunca yegaron tengo las campuras de las llamas y nunca yegaron esperare para el martes aver que pasa espero no esperar más sino me iré de aquí y somos dos apartamento para desalojar o le voy ablar ala ciudad que me haga un reporte tengo un contrato o los yevare a corte
