Fantastic experience: Since moving to LakeRidge Apartments in February, my experience has been great. the level of care from the leasing office and maintenance team truly stands out. When I initially moved in I brought up a lingering smell from past tenants Pets. I tried a few things, but they responded quickly—replacing all the flooring and even the water heater pan. I also asked for a new toilet seat because it was too small and the maintenance went above and beyond to install a taller one for comfort. They’ve consistently made efforts to make my stay comfortable, and I really appreciate that kind of service!

Negative experience: Los apartamentos se ven muy limpios y las áreas comunes de igual forma, doy una sola estrella por la atención tan nefasta por parte de la señora Cynthia no entiendo cómo pueden tener una persona con una actitud tan grosera para que atiendan a los futuros residentes! The apartments look very clean and the common areas in the same way, I give a single star for the terrible attention from Mrs. Cynthia I don’t understand how they can have a person with such a rude attitude to attend to future residents!

Fantastic experience: I took a vacation last week, while I was gone the maintenance noticed my AC unit had gone out, when I came home they had given me a temporary one. When I asked when my AC was fixed they said Monday , sure enough when I came home from work my AC was blowing cold , but it was leaking bad, today I went to the office and they immediately fixed it! Valerie and Cynthia are awesome and very professional

Negative experience: Fui en busca el día de hoy por un apartamento pregunté si hablaban español por qué es mi primer idioma nos atendió una señorita de cabello rojo la cual fue muy grotesca y descortés no nos brindó información ni asesoría ni interés por explicarnos los requisitos o beneficios. Se quedó afuera del apartamento viendo su teléfono sin darle importancia y nos aclaró dudas. Al regreso a la oficina sólo nos dio nuestras identificaciones y se sentó y ni nos miró a los ojos ni preguntó si todo bien. Pésima atención.

Fantastic experience: The Lakeridge apts brings satisfaction when living here, the staff is great in the office, the maintenance is always on time when I do a request and mostly the overall atmosphere is great here at Lakeridge and I would refer anyone to come and live in the best quiet apt that anyone could imagine. Negative experience: I was living there they are scam and the lady went inside my apartment, she don’t ask me anything, and I tell her, she say in tx she don’t need too tell me anything

Negative experience: Horrible on-site staff. Towed my registered car, then threatened my lease after proving car was registered. Said they had no control over car registration, then threatened to delete any future registration for said car. Literal robbery

She worked with us and was very patient every time we changed our minds about our move in date. We are very pleased with our 2 bedroom and the management team as a whole.

Lakeridge tends to be nice and quiet and we love that. They have events as well for holidays to get the residents together and that speaks to my upbringing with seniors. Thank you will be renewing

Fantastic experience: The staff is very nice and I love that they jumped on my app because I needed to move asap. The building I am in is very quiet. I really love the fact that I have my own cover parking. And they pick up my trash mon - Thurs. Yeah I'm lazy lol The area is close by the freeway and airport. I wasn't excited to move back to irving but I'm glad I found these apts. Very clean and worth the money. They keep it clean and I love that the area is quiet.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia fue horrible,si eres hispano no te rentes en ese lugar son muy rasistas,el personal de servicio son muy malas personas,la administradora la peor persona que se puede imaginar,yo estuve viviendo ahí por 9 meses por su mal trabajo jamáse agregaron al contrato cosa que hice todo el trámite pertinente de mi parte,ellos nos hecharon fuera de ahí y ni siquiera tuvieron la delicadeza de agregarme algo tan sencillo,ahora me mandan una multa muy alta y el depósito jamás me lo devolvieron cosa que ese apartamento se entregó impecable

Negative experience: Ya tengo un mes viviendo en este lugar, considero que el condominio es muy bonito y siempre mantienen las áreas comunes limpias; en cuanto a la atención considero que la señorita Magali es muy profesional en su trabajo siempre se ah dirigido a mi persona con muchísima educación y respeto en cuanto a la asistente de la Mananger lastimosamente no puedo decir lo mismo ya que en lo particular es una mujer que me ha demostrado arrogancia y falta de profesionalismo es una persona que no sabe cómo dirigirse al público, lleve a una persona que deseaba rentar y ella fue muy grosera y se negó ayudar a correr la aplicación lo cual la persona no quiso seguir adelante con el proceso de arrendamiento. En cuanto a la piscina las reglas son algo duras y arbitrarias sin embargo rompí una regla sin saberlo y la asistente no supo manejar la situación y llegó a formar un escándalo en la piscina frente a todas las personas que estaban allí fue algo bochornoso y vergonzoso se le nota lo poco profesional que es porque hay medios y maneras de abordar un incumplimiento de las reglas y/o normas por tal motivo el condominio merece la calificación dada por no asegurar el buen trato de sus empleados para sus residentes y futuros residentes

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars I would. Where to start? I lived here for three years. In those three years we were broken into and robbed , our car (that we registered) got towed over night and they turned our water off for days at a time, but magically our water bill never changed. Do you want landlords who gossip about you to other tenants? This is the place for you! They have absolutely no problem telling other residents where you work, or just straight up lying on your name. Privacy? Never hear of it! The office manager had zero problems peeking into your back windows! They will also attempt to enter your apartmen frequently. The dumpster us quite literally always over flowing, into the main streets so if you love rats, this is the place for you! Do you want to enjoy the things you pay for in rent? Good luck! The pool was open , once for a couple months one of the three summers we lived there , and it reeked of beer! If you want to light your money on fire, be treated like a criminal in your own home, and fear for your safety than this place has it all! All for way too much!

Fantastic experience: This property is extremely beautiful and well maintained, I was nervous because this was first time viewing apartments however the office staff helped and walked me through the whole process. Magali went above and beyond taking her time making sure I understood everything 10/10 would recommend

Negative experience: The flux of most recent positive reviews is just damage control. Dont beleive the hype, this apartment complex is in the trenches. Please look around for better options, this place is not worth it

Negative experience: Sort these reviews by most recent to get an idea of how terrible this place really is. The office/management is worse than you can imagine. I moved out in the middle of September and they tried to charge me for the full month. I had to pester them weekly to correct their mistake. If someone in the office tells you they will do something about a problem you have, GET IT IN WRITING. Multiple times I was told they would solve my issue once their manager got back later that day, only for the problem to not get fixed until I bothered them again. They also tried to charge me renters insurance premium for a whole year even though I had renters insurance on file. I had to fight them on this for months, resending proof of insurance I had already sent them before. I had to get out a calculator and do the math FOR THEM on how much of a refund the owed me. The management is either incompetent or straight up trying to fleece their residents out of extra money. I saw residents cars get towed about every day. There will be roaches in your apartment. Your AC will stop working in the summer and they will tell you nothing can be done. If your trash is to heavy thats a $50 fine. You have to pay $25 for a card to use their dinky gym with 4 pieces of workout equipment, 1 of which is broken. Your amazon packages will get stolen. Your car will get broken into. Save yourself the stress and don’t live here.

Positive experience: My first move-in was horrendous. I filed at least 10 maintenance requests on my first day. My apartment was smelly, roach/bug, and needed repairs. It was a hassle to get Nikkita and Tamara to switch me to another unit that was cleaner. I'm glad they did, and they tried their best to make my stay here comfortable. But it was weird receiving sloppy treatment upon arrival. The maintenance crew here does a great job of keeping everything cleaned and fixing problems with haste. These apartments are manageable.

Negative experience: We had a very bad experience living in this apartment. After the end of our lease agreement and moving out, we got a mail in our new home from this apartment with unexpectedly high and unnecessary charged bills. They charged a hefty and unfair bills saying deodorizing fees. We never had any pets, never smoked and also we used to rarely cook food in our apartment. But they still charged hefty bills saying there was bad smell.They also charged bills saying kitchen tops fines. We had cleaned everything and left the apartment in a very neat condition before handing over the keys. There we also so many unnecessary and unfair bills. After that, we tried calling them almost everyday to discuss them. But these peoples never picked up the phones. Even after leaving so many voice mails, they just neglected and never bothered to give us the call back. Such an unprofessional and negligent management. What a SHAME!! We later visited their office after no contact over the phone. They said that they cannot do anything and never even bothered to listen to our queries and concern. We lived in this apartment for almost 4 years as our home and they treated us this way after leaving. It is such a shame that this big business is such unprofessional and negligent. They never listen to their tenants problems. They are just other money minded peoples that don’t care about their tenants and their concerns. There was this unprofessional woman named Veronica who worked there. We asked if we can see the invoices of the charges. But this lady was so mean and rude. She even said they don’t care and its non of their business to show us the invoices!! We had never seen such an unprofessional, rude and attitude women who had zero knowledge about customer service. If you are thinking of moving here, think 100 times before moving. These people only care about money and money, thats it. This place used to be a good place before a year. But after this new management took over, they have gone downhill every single day. Please check their latest (newest)reviews before moving here and you will know why I am saying this.Most of this apartment complex is also infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. If you still think of moving here, you will most definitely regret your decision!

Negative experience: Awful management here! DONT MOVE HERE. They could care less about this community. In fact, management and ratings have gotten so terrible that this place is bringing in more unsavory characters every day it seems. This is very bad for business. Because you are no longer going to be able to jack up the prices every year, and since money is all people care about these days…. My question is, when is somebody going to do something about it? I see that on every review, a generic response shows up, advising these people to call a phone number and get their issues resolved. The phone number leads you right back to the leasing office! We are expected to resolve this with the very person we have issues with? This is no longer a place we feel safe. This public forum is being used as a cry for help. And the response is, call the management office that sucks so bad and they will resolve all of your issues. Come on now.

Negative experience: If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. I was visiting my SO over the weekend and had my car towed for being “parked in resident parking.” I was parked in an unmarked spot that was NOT indicated for resident use only. Nor have I EVER parked in the KNOWN resident parking spots. No one has ever informed my SO or I that there are parking spots located in the back of the apartment complex for visitors only. I also had an active visitor permit. It seems more like this apartment complex and towing company are more interested in making money off of people than protecting the residents and the guests that they have visiting them. Even if I had parked my car in the “visitor” spots that we were NEVER made aware of, my car probably would’ve been broken into, as there are REGULAR vehicle break ins at this complex due to the lack of security. It is absolutely despicable to me that an apartment complex would have unmarked spots *supposedly* intended for residents and have someone towed over it. How is anyone supposed to know that the spot is for residents only if there is no indication showing so!? How am I supposed to know where to park if no one has ever informed my SO of where visitors should park?! Why would I want to park my car somewhere I am unable to monitor it to make sure it’s not broken into because there’s NO SECURITY protecting vehicles here!? $330 down the drain thanks to horrible apartment management and a towing company that preys on the apartments visitors.

Negative experience: Like other reviews said, the apartment has absolutely no security and cars are regularly broken into. But rest assured, if your guest forgets to register their vehicle even briefly, expect it to be towed promptly. Maybe the ever-prowling tow truck can be promoted to a security guard. Only kidding, your car having windows the next day doesn't bring them quite as much revenue as towing fees. Rest assured they'll also sell your data to solicitors, so you can look forward to them banging on your door near-weekly. If management tries to use the pool as a selling point, ask them why it isn't open, now that it is mid summer and other complexes have opened theirs for tenants. They like to open the pool around Memorial Day (whoops, missed that one didn't we?) and close it around Labor Day. A solid 3 months (less than 2 this year, I assume due to their poor planning) and the rest of the year you get the privilege of seeing it through a locked gate. If management chooses to address the issues above, I'll happily update this to reflect those actions. They won't.

Negative experience: I have been in the apartments for 2 years; at first the administration was very good. But now with the change of administration it is the worst I have ever had. It has no security, since it can steal your car or receive a shot damage to the car. the space of the apartments are very small but you pay a lot. the heating system are old, and they are consuming more electricity. Garbage collection is very bad, they only collect garbage bags, if they leave a box they don't take it away and then in the morning they fine you.

Negative experience: Currently a resident and new to the area I highly don’t recommend staying here first moved into the apartment with roaches half of the outlets weren’t working nor was the ceiling fan and now management is by far the worst

Negative experience: It seems we are all going through the exact same issues with this apartment complex. I will say, the only thing that has impressed me about this management team is that they’ve managed to get the rating from a 4.9, a couple of years ago to a 3.8. Lol. THAT takes commitment. Get the pool opened, summer is almost over,( and you’ve completely ruined mine). Quit towing everybody’s vehicles, essentially isolating your current and loyal residents from their friends and family, answer the phone and sound happy every once in a while, learn a bit of compassion and professionalism, and I bet we can get this rating up. The fact that they pay for a towing company rather than a security guard says everything. This means they are more interested in ruining somebody’s day, than improving it!!! And if you do feel the need to have this vehicle policy, you must put a sign on EVERY parking spot, indicating the vehicle registry is required. Currently, there are random signs throughout the parking lot. Which is nothing more than entrapment. It’s a money making scheme because we are all helpless, and need our vehicles back. Also, take care of the pest control issue that is invading the entire complex. I never had issues with roaches in my life until I moved in here. This used to be one of the nicer places, and now the only thing that sets it aside from one of these East Arlington “no credit, no problem” complexes is the price.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new place to call home. So I drove several properties to look at them before I would go into the office. I didn't want to waste my time or anyone else's time and I figured this would be a good way. I noticed the grounds of this complex were very well kept. No broken down cars or junk near the dumpster. I drove the property 3 separate times; during the day, at night and on the weekend. All 3 times, it was very quiet. I could get used to this! I noticed the creek on the property and thought it would be nice to picnic there. So, I went to the office and the woman there was very nice and helpful with all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or talked down to. I would like to point out, also, that while I was there, a tenant came in and the woman handled the tenant's question and introduced me to her. It was nice, as I didn't feel neglected and both of us had a chance to chat about the property. To hear good things from another tenant was very helpful. I didn't fill out any paperwork or tour because the unit I wanted was unavailable at this time and I had another appointment to get to. I did take a brochure, and I will call back in a few months when my current lease is up. This is a very convenient location to 161, 360 & 183. The airport is about 1 mile away. And any kind of shopping or restaurants are within 2 miles. I will be back!

Negative experience: Was moved in for a month and somone tried to steal one of my trucks and cost me 1200 in damages then my other truck got broken into the 3rd month and I paid cash full to brake my lease and they don’t want to give me my deposit back and charged me 800 for apartment damages that they already had everything was braking down there and Tamra lied to use and all the other staff members to lol

Positive experience: I thank God for Nikki and Tamra,They have been such a blessing to me, Very kind hearted, loving, compassionate towards my needs, they’re going to make sure my needs get met, I can count on them, they make it so easy to go to them because of their character, they are very mild spoken women that shows that they really love their job, Tamra puts the icing on the cake. I remember one day not to long ago, I went into the office and I said to her I know I have gotten big this is ( Rona weight) Tamra said you look fine but in a nice way she gave me some seed to put in my drink to lose weight, and then she got on the floor and showed me how to do this certain exercise to help me to lose weight, I thought that was sweet and caring, I can go on but I will stop here, I love my Lakeridge Family, God bless you all...Karon Simon

Fantastic experience: Lakeridge Apartments are in a VERY convenient locatlion - with a small shopping complex right across the street. No rowdy tenants, loud music, or shady characters. The swimming pool is great - and the staff is wonderful - especially Tamara St. Clair!!! She will do whatever it takes to work with you, and to help you out. Well maintained grounds, and excellent maintenance crew!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a clean, nice and affordable place to live then don’t hesitate on looking for renting options at lakeridge in Irving Texas, staff are always helpful if you have any questions or concerns. What I love about this place is that you can walk around at any time of day or night feeling safe, parking lot is always clean.

Fantastic experience: I been living at Lakeridge for the past 7 years. Tamara was who helped me get an apartment. Since day one, I was very happy with how the process was done and how helpful and resourceful she was. Recently I had problems with my AC and was fixed within an hour of me calling( a Saturday evening). The maintenance person who assisted me was very nice and always kept me informed of what the problem was and what was needed. Sunday morning Tamera called me to make sure my issue was resolved. I love how when I visit the office I'm greeted with respect or if they see you around the parking lot,Tamera always stops to say hi . 2 weeks ago my son dropped his wallet outside in the parking lot,and one of the maintenance guys brought it to him. They truly get to know their tenants. Thank you Lakeridge staff.

Fantastic experience: I currently reside at Lakeridge apartments. Let me tell you about the staff here including the maintenance guys. They are all very helpful. The very first time I walked into the office. I was impressed by the staff they were so polite , well spoken and very professional. One lady stood out the most was Tamara. My rental history wasn’t the best she told me what to do I did it . She has the heart of gold. She has the same heart warming spirit today. She’s always smiling when you walk into the office, anything that she can help she willing to do. If more properties will have someone like her on their staff it’s a win win for their property . Thanks Tam for making Lakeridge a home away from home!!
