Negative experience: I was a tenant at one of ClassicPM’s properties on Lindetree Lane, Fort Worth, Texas — and I would never recommend this company to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After moving out, I was charged a total of $415 in unjustified fees: $300 for carpet cleaning $75 for lawn care $30 for "debris cleanup" (despite the house being left in clean condition) $10 for a light bulb — even though I had replaced over a dozen bulbs myself when we moved in, because the majority were not working. They also falsely claimed I left behind personal items. In reality, we spent 7 months living around their leftover junk—paint cans, old wood, boxes, and expired air filters—without ever complaining. To make matters worse, the property manager asked me to vacate the home 3 days early, even though I was charged for the full month’s rent. I complied, without issue. Yet instead of professionalism or fairness, I was met with exaggerated and dishonest charges. It honestly feels like they’re trying to extort tenants on the way out. Their practices lack transparency, integrity, and basic decency. I've attached pictures of the clean condition in which I left the property to support my claim. I’ll also be posting this experience across multiple platforms so others can avoid going through what I did. Stay far away from ClassicPM.

If you call her she will help you in any way she can and she returns calls too. Millicent is a complete dream. She is efficient and cares about her tenants. I love having her as my property manager. She cares about her tenants above and beyond. I really appreciate that she cares so much. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, Millicent doesn't waste time getting it taken care of. I had a problem with the primary shower. It was fixed within two days. I didn't have to repeatedly call. As a matter of fact, Millicent called me to make sure it was done. If I could give her infinite stars, I would.

(10/1/2024) - worked with Millicent for about a month now. She is a professional. Her responsiveness, attention to details, and overall client services have been elevating my experiences with Classic Management. Over the course of the years they kept up with technology and making it easier for tenants to report their maintenance concerns or anny other issues. The only reason for leaving my property is to be closer to my job, but if it wasn’t for that, I still be leasing from them.

Fantastic experience: Alice was and continues to be so helpful and is a very positive and kind person! She made the application process less stressful, and she answered all of our questions quickly and professionally!

Negative experience: Horrible landlords/management hiding behind management company. Text at all times of night but doesn’t respond back in a timely manner. Wouldn’t confirm renter history unless I paid the next months rent early, and told us we could not leave anything on the curb while moving out for neighborhood to pick up. Investigate your property well and document all times they don’t send the monthly filters that they charge extra $25 on rent for. Money hungry people charged me extra when their site didn’t accept my bank and wouldn’t even acknowledge when I called to discuss this. Bad for business.

Fantastic experience: Classic Property Management is in a class of it's own.. They represent their clients with professionaism and ther renter's requests are handled quickly and efficiently. As a vendor, I would highly recommed CPM as a client. Their vendor portal is easy to use, their Property Managers are very responsive and they pay promptly (usually before payment is due). I wish all our customers were this attentive to business.

Negative experience: I've lived at one of their units on Morphy in Fort Worth since July 2023. It has been the most disappointing living experience of my adult life. Avoid these guys and their properties. They pay lip service to the problems but nothing ever changes.

Fantastic experience: I usually do not take the time to post reviews, but I just wanted to share my experience about Classic Realty. Alicia met us at the property and waited for us even though we were running a little late. She did not rush us through the viewing or steamroll us into moving forward on the property. She took the time to answer all of our questions. She was patient and allowed us the time to discuss the property amongst ourselves even though we were not sure we would quality. We decided to take a chance and submit an application for the property. Alice was also very patient with us and maintained communication throughout the whole entire process. When I text, she text back. When I emailed, she emailed back. I thought that our experience with Classic would be very automated like everything else, but this was not the case with Classic Property Management. We received professional and personal service that we were not expecting, and we ended up signing a lease. The app was very user friendly and had our terms and documents available for us to view or download. This was also where we made our deposit. We are looking forward to moving into our new home in a couple of weeks. I would definitely recommend Classic Property Management!

Fantastic experience: I've been in one of their properties and I've been very pleased. I'll be extending my lease for the 4th year. The Old Irving area in in is quiet and I can say that my neighbors and I very close and watch out for one another. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. This is the first place I've stayed at longer than a year.
