Fantastic experience: I knew right from our first meeting that Eric was going to be the person to get our house sold! Not only did he know the Pantego area well, he also was just a very friendly and down to earth realtor that didn't try to fluff anything; he was direct and honest which I appreciated. Fantastic experience: I decided to sell my Rental Property in Arlington but didn’t know where to find a realtor I could trust in the area. I searched Google and after reading many reviews, I found the best realtor, Eric Torres. My rent house was built in 1943; it was old, needed paint, repairs, etc. I figured I would never be able to sell it myself. My health was bad and I knew nothing about selling houses. That’s where Eric made it all happen. He made recommendations for some affordable repairs including, external paint, a new dishwasher & bathroom vanity. Before these tasks were all done, Eric already had people inquiring and scheduling showings. I had 2 viewings and offers within a few days. I live in Florida, my friend lives in Grand Prairie and he wanted to sell his house to move to Florida, I look on Google and I found Eric, first of all I look at his face and I could see that the is a honest person. I start looking at his reviews and I liked them. I called my friend and I said call Erick Torres he will sell your house, he was a little skeptical because he had a bad experience with another realtor before. When my friend met Eric he was happy to meet him. He told him I will sell your house and you can move to Florida. In less than two months Eric sold the house and he is moving to Florida. Eric was explaining and helping him in every step. Today I met Eric in person I was right he is good guy, and a very humble person. My friend is very happy he could not do it without Eric helping him. Always answer the phone and all the questions he had. He is the best realtor in Texas, very highly recommended. Fantastic experience: I found Eric through a google search. He has a lot of good reviews so I sent my contact request. He contacted me within 15 mins of my request. I just wanted to pay him to run some Comps for me since I already have a friend that is purchasing my house, but after our chat, he went through some of the contract and escrow process and I knew I needed a professional for that part. He offered a small fee to guide me and my friends through the buying/selling process. He is very knowledgeable and super helpful when it comes to answering questions. So far so good!!!
