Negative experience: I have stayed at this apartment for 4 years and never in my life have I seen a team that is so lazy.The property manager Mari has a bad attitude and gets mad when you tell her about things wrong in your apartment she is a liar just as well as her staff member Luz.By the grace of God I was able to move out but only after ahe was mad because I did not sign another lease and charged me an extra $500 saying that she sent paperwork to my apartment.I had rats bad roaches and even a leaking bathroom ceiling Now that I am gone I'm exposing them.This place is only good if your new to Texas like how I was and to get on your feet.Otherwise be prepared for bad plumbing,my apartment flooded over 5 times every other month my toilet would back up and leak all on the floor and through the apartment.The landlord never comes out to talk to the renters Also the people there who have underage kids just let their kids do whatever breaking glass bottles hitting cars all type of stuff the worst apartment I have ever lived in.Also I have called the City of Arlington on them more than I would say 10 times and all they do is rig the problem so it works for a certain amount of time then the problem is worst.Mari the property manager even made a comment to me saying "Well if you would stop calling the City on us".All because I said they don't do their jobs and have not came out to fix anything in my apartment.Mari has an excuse for everything.Her associate Luz tried to talk slick to me because she took an extra $200 and something dollars out of my account and when asked about it she denied it.When she's the one responsible for the processing of the rent.They also lied and said I did not have renters insurance which I did and the man at Toggle told me that when you update your insurance they let the property know.So my thing is how y'all do not see my insurance because no one does their jobs.The maintenance men just ride on the golf carts all day fronting like they working when their not.Oh yeah and Mari also had her associates send out an email saying to not talk to maintenance about problems in your apartment.But see what they failed to realize is I take pictures and videos of everything.The pics that I posted on the reviews aren't half of the videos and pics that I have.

Fantastic experience: You don't understand the problem here. First: My house has security cameras, and on that day, at that time, they said the delivery was at my house. When I checked the cameras, there was no footage. Second: The document they showed me, which I photographed and am holding, has the wrong address. **As for whether they were nice, I don't care.**

Negative experience: Hello, my opinion on this is that if I could give it a zero, I would give it. I want to tell people who want to come rent here not to do it. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to fix my door and they still haven't done it. I've also been living here for 7 months and they've never fumigated my apartment. It's mandatory that you pay for that.

Negative experience: Definitely will be leaving after lease ends. Been dealing with health issues because of a mold issue that has been going on since last year I have pictures of the date from 2024 and this year.

Fantastic experience: This is a good community to live in. This is the 3rd apt I've lived in, in this complex. The 1st apt got hit by a tornado aprox. 6 years ago. The 2nd apt I lived in, there was a fire upstairs from mine, but I had to leave for my safety. I've been in this apt for about 2yesrs. I keep coming back because I like the complex. My neighbors are quiet. The people in the office are friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: Alot of Hispanic people

Negative experience: Awful experience, they unlawfully evicted after missing one payment and my family was put out the week before Christmas. The area is awful, gunshots heard constantly, theft is always happening, gang related issues, and they tow unjustly and there’s nothing you can do. Worst experience I’ve ever had

Negative experience: Vivir en esos apartamentos fue un desastre gracias a las plagas de cucarachas y arañas me vi afectada del estómago hasta el punto de dejar de comer x completo, nos aburrimos de ir a la oficina a pedir q nos llegaran a poner algo para las cucarachas y siempre decían q si pero no llegaban, siempre tienen una excusa cualquiera para decir q es culpa del inquilino que tengan las plagas de cucarachas en los apartamentos tengo fotos y videos de todo lo q hay ahí e incluso digas de agua en los baños y las tuberías de la cocina

Negative experience: Como inquilinos cumplimos con toda la política del complejo pero quedemos muy disgustados por la respuesta que recibimos con la devolución de el fondo que no fue devuelto justamente cuando entregamos el apto en perfecto estado y limpieza extrema nos cobraron por dos meses de agua 184.84 dólares por un apto de una habitación y con el pretexto de que no habíamos pagado aseguranza cuando no es real llamamos en varias oportunidades y siempre nos evadían hasta que por fin la mala respuesta a lo dicho anterior

Negative experience: Quedé súper decepcionada con el trato de manager que no sé su nombre su trato pésimo los aptos súper infestados de cucarachas cuando ya te mueves que cumples tu contrato no te devuelven tu fondo como se debe en mi caso me cobraron de agua 184.84 dólares por dos meses por un apto de una habitación cuyo apto lo dejé en muy buenas condiciones y muy limpio la explicación no fue la justa porque en mi transcurso solo yo pagaba 50 dólares por mes de agua no es posible que por dos meses yo pagué esa exasperada suma ME SIENTO ESTAFADA por mi parte el peor lugar para vivir no se los recomiendo

The maintenance crew always comes through with any issues we have I just love Martha , and Los, the maintenance crew are really great reliable staff I can always come to them anytime I have a need or issue they always come through and fix it with grace and urgency keep up the good work!!!

Negative experience: This is going to be long so bare with me - there’a a lot to say To be totally honest , If you want to live in a good place - THIS IS NOT IT. It’s absolutely horrible - all the sounds , you literally can hear everything that is going on outside - YOU HEAR ALL THE SOUNDS there is NO peace. The laundry room takes the cake though , people constantly hanging out - people have even brought chairs to sit in there & smoke , yes I said SMOKE as if it’s a damn lounge area. Right after you take out your freshly dried clothes it will instantly have the smell of cigarette stuck to it. Seriously it’s bad enough the area is constantly an absolute mess. Not to mention your laundry could have JUST finished and someone has already helped themselves to touching your personal items so they can have the washer because most of the washers are literally out of order all the time. Even when your clothes aren’t done they’ll touch your things - people will even steal your damn clothes basket. Also the washers are 1.75 sometimes literally $3 depending how your app is feeling that day all to not even properly wash your clothes… Maintenance does absolutely nothing , only time we seen them is when we literally had to beg for them to come look at something - even then nothing got done. We had a bad leak in our living room ceiling that got worse every time it rained they only took a picture of the spot and we never seen them again. The water spot just kept growing and leaking… The garbage is always full with people & their children literally digging through it almost every day. People also leave their trash outside their doors , these apartments send emails all the time to not do that but you bet you’ll still see it every day! You pay for pest control and they only came ONE TIME the whole year we resided there. Thank God we never had a roach issue like other residents have had. Just want to include this as my last point , there should NOT be a “convenience fee” of $45 when paying rent online. That’s ridiculous for A complex that’s already charging way more than these apartments are worth.. We really are simple understanding people but this place constantly , I mean CONSTANTLY was a disappointment every time we turned our heads. After moving in here I kept checking reviews for WaterDance & I can confidently say even reviews from 5 years ago is still very much true about this place today. if you do decide to sign here , I wish you good luck because you will seriously hate every minute of being there..We moved out Friday 7/05/24 , was supposed to be 6/30/2024 but we unfortunately turned in our notice 15 days late so we had to pay for the 15 days of July. That amount came out to $600 something which was fine but we were one day late & they said we had until the 8th to move out and have to pay $1,500? They literally took 3 days to post the amount we had to pay but when we’re one day late paying we get charged $300 more than what our monthly rent was. What sense does that make Lol. Thank God we moved out Friday. Place is a JOKE.

Negative experience: The apartment quality is poor. It's like u r in hood at night. The dishwasher doesn't work and it has bad odor. I wouldn't recommend it. They're cheaper and cleaner apartments in the area.

Negative experience: If you enjoy hot water out of every spout, toilet tanks hot enough to brew tea, if you enjoy no one fixing anyrhing for 12+ months, this is the place for you. Buy the bell & howell sonic bug zaps to keep the roaches away, and go to Ace Hardware for the Harris bed bug spray so nothing chews on you at night. Gunshots in the parking lots and skimmers on the washing machines are the norm. Addendum: They tried to evict me a month after I moved outt. SMH

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful two years experience at Waterdance Apartments! Martha is such a compassionate and understanding person. She listens and always tries to sort out any issue I may be having! So thankful to have her in the office; anything I asked for, needed or wanted - she provided. She sold me on the complex the first time I went to the office with her welcoming demeanor, not to mention the amenities and the maintenance guys! Thank y’all!!

Negative experience: This place is good if you just wanna have a roof to sleep sometimes. If you want to live in a good place, THIS IS NOT! Ive been here for two years, thank God we will move out in one week. This places is horrible, all the sounds, i repeat, YOU HEAR ALL THE SOUNDS in every apartment. Maintenance do NOTHING, we had a lot of problems in the bathroom, doors and maintenance never comes. The garbage is always full, you pay for pest control and they NEVER show or do something about. Really we aren’t people that get mad about simple things but this apartments are the worst. Please think about before to sign up here. * see the images and videos please*

I recently purchased a new vehicle and decided to give my son the other car but was told I had to pay for parking that’s not even assigned and told to park in visitor parking which the car can only be registered 3 days! Why pay for parking that’s not assigned! I work late nights and come home and have to walk around the building just to park

Negative experience: Trying to move in here was such an awful experience for me. DO NOT SIGN ANY LEASE UNTIL YOU VIEW YOUR ACTUAL UNIT! When I moved in there were 100s (actually 100s) of roaches EVERYWHERE. I could not comfortably move any of my things in without the fear of roaches climbing in everything. The response was I could wait a week for pest control, or pick a different unit (which was $200 more than my original unit). When I opted for the different unit, I was told I could move in right away. But I actually couldn't because they hadn't gotten the city to inspect the apartment (and of course I can't move in to an uninspected unit). Messing with Waterdance, I was HOMELESS for a week. Martha was the only good thing at this complex. I wish I had contacted corporate before it was too late, but I was scrambling to find a place to live. Don't live here unless you know what you are getting into.

Negative experience: Do NOT move here! I cannot emphasize this enough. I just moved out of this place as soon as my lease was up last Saturday (9/30/2023). I had to get rid of A LOT of my furniture because of the major roach issues. A colony of roaches were in my coffee table drawer, we couldn't use the secondary bathroom shower because the AC condensation kept dripping into the tub leaving a puddle of rust in the tub, the foundation isn't leveled, especially in the master bedroom. I felt like I was walking in a fun house where there's an incline on one side and the master bathroom, the shower head and drain were on the incline side so after a shower, the water pools on the opposite side of the drain. The water temp in the shower is not regulated very well. When you set the shower at a preferred temperature, it'll shoot color scalding hot water in the middle of your shower routine. They seem to nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING and it's not worth the pennies you spend with the condition it's in. They vamped the lobby/office area up to lure in prospective tenants but don't buy into the flare. The washers in the laundry room don't always work. In the middle of your wash, it'll say it's out of order. I had sent several work orders to fix stuff but only to find out a day or two later, the work order says it's completed when they never set foot into my apartment. The only pro is the staff. I never really had an issue with the front office staff.

Negative experience: Can't get much worse, I can't summarize how many issues this apartment is having. Plumbing leaks, electrical and roaches roaches roaches. The foundation and actual buildings are falling apart, it is in desperate need for demo and replacement. But it's easy money for property owner and management. I suggest you all go anywhere else but here.

Negative experience: Don't move here at all unless you really have no other choice. Roach are the worse here. They take forever to fix stuff and you have to remind them all the time. They will charge you extra money for nonsense. Got charged for 3 extra days after my move out. My moved out was on AUG 28TH and got charged extra for 29th to 31st

Negative experience: Maria(manager) is not great with managing or talking to people. It’s not just me who she was aggressive with, I witnessed her tearing into many people. She shouldn’t be in management if she is going to be rude and abhorrent.

Negative experience: To whom it may concern, I am writing this email in frustration and proof of how poorly this community complex management has had communication to their residents living here. There is no sign or business hours of what time the laundry rooms are open and closed, no paperwork stating those hours either when first signed a contract with the property. I had placed my laundry (9:40pm) Saturday, August 12th, 2023 thinking they are open 24 hours. I then came back to place my laundry in the dryer at (10:05 pm) and a maintenance man with no form of ID or uniform told us that he is locking the laundry room and will reopen the next day at 10am Sunday. It is now Sunday, August 13th, 2023 (11:40am) and doors are still locked. This is a major issue because now I am late for work with no clean clothes and could possibly loose my job to this. This is UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE! I will continue to place calls to the office and maintenance leaving voicemails that the doors need to be open ASAP. -Michel Cisneros

Maria Diaz was the manager who helped me and she is amazing at what she does. Her professionalism is awesome. I have no doubt that the other management is amazing as well.
