Negative experience: I do not recommend living at The Pavilion Apartments. Since moving in, we have dealt with multiple ongoing issues that have not been properly resolved. Before move-in, there were concerns with the front door. After moving in, we experienced a roach infestation, water intrusion into the apartment, and now mold. The most concerning situation was when water was actively leaking into our apartment and dripping into my daughter’s crib. This created a serious safety issue, and it was not handled with the urgency or care it deserved. We reported the mold issue on March 11, 2026, followed up again on April 15, 2026, and also submitted a maintenance request. Despite being told it would be addressed, there has been no proper inspection or resolution. These conditions have made the apartment unsafe for my family. The lack of timely response and accountability has been extremely disappointing. If you are considering living here, matter of fact, don’t consider this place. The staff is very rude as well.

Dear Breshell,

I apologize that you feel that we have not committed 100% to your maintenance issues. I will address the four work orders I have in the system.

Your move in date was on 02/21/2026 and the front door was replaced on 02/27/2026. On 02/29/2026 we received the move in inventory of which was thermostat and roaches. We completed the work order on March the 5th. The roaches were treated with gel on March 3/06/2026. On March 11th residents' washer leaked down into your unit. We had our carpet vendor go over and extracted the water and enzyme the carpet. On April the 15th you put another work order in for mold in the closet. My painter went over twice April 15th and 16th no one would answer and there was a large dog in the unit. It is my understanding that you would not be bringing a dog with you. I need you to contact me so that we can enter your unit to complete the work and discuss the pet in your unit.

There has been no notification of any other issues in your unit past the 15th of April or between March 11th and April 15th.

Regarding letting you out of your lease I cannot, however you can break your lease with a 30 day notice and cost of reletting 85% of one month's rent.
Please contact me today and decide with me to gain access to your unit.

Negative experience: My experience have been awful, when I first moved in I was told that my rent was paid due to the deposit I put down then a couple days later I had an eviction note on my door! The apartment was full of roaches, then the neighbor had a leak upstairs that molded up my apt not to mention they have yet to come fix this issue , I have a 2 month old baby the living conditions are horrendous, water all on my babies bassinet all on the floor through the ceilings ,then the neighbors upstairs had some dogs that bark all night long which isn’t the issue, the issue was that they peed on all my patio furniture which is disgusting! The office staff is rude and don’t have any communication what so ever, I’m so glad that my lease is almost up thank goodness I signed a 6 month lease. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, DO NOT LIVE HERE. The staff told my fiance that this is just apt living!

Fantastic experience: I had a backup in my kitchen sink. The workers came and quickly fixed the issue. They were very professional and polite and made sure everything worked before they left my apartment. They also cleaned up the area after they were finished.

Fantastic experience: I've lived here since 2016, and I don't know of any other apartment complex so quiet at night (may be my location) and the maintenance (I believe the head maintenance person specifically) has always been responsive and helpful. The pool has always been an annoyance, as it's rarely secured for residents only. Additionally, people put infants in diapers in the water, there's glass containers and alcohol everywhere, and it's basically a giant hazard more than an amenity imo. That's just my opinion, I don't use the pool so take that for what it's worth. If you have kids, I would just suggest leaving at dusk to avoid the adults acting like morons. I do wish the property managers would enforce the curbside trash rules, however. For ten years, I've never once seen the front of the stairs without trash every single day of the week. They have plenty of pickup days, so it's just rude/ill-mannered tenants that are to blame. But if the lease rules were actually enforced and not just warnings, I believe it would stop. I've never had any roaches, bedbugs, etc. I will add that I HAVE seen a roach or two ONLY, and mainly when someone moves in or out around my apartment. Cleanliness and pre-emptive measures are all that's needed to prevent bugs, ppl!

Negative experience: My mom is asking me to put a bad complaint for her, and granted, she has been going through a lot ever since she moved there with my brother. They've been living there for a couple of years, and it's always a HASSLE to get ANYTHING fixed. The maintenance guys hit on my mom, more worried about getting in her panties than getting the issues fixed. Most of the time, they do a half job and move on, only to have to return and work on it again. They always do the bare minimum. Now my moms been without water for a week and they still haven't come out to fix ANYTHING. This place is the worst!

We received a work order for the kitchen sink no water on Saturday January 31st. The pipe are frozen and has to thaw out so we will be there today. There are pets inside so its my understanding someone needs to be there. Please allow my maintenance staff in to check on the pipes. Negative experience: Scheduled a viewing and didn't have anything to the unit I wanted available for tour. But pushed for me to apply for that unit when its not available. The Manager Lily, was not nice or seemed to care about the situation other than to make a quick buck.

Negative experience: Unreasonably stupid requirements I called in to get a room but after I paid the applications fee and she told me it all was good she called me a day later and said since you haven’t had the current job for over a year I couldn’t get it anymore I literally offered to pay the lease in full to show her we could pay it even though I’ve only had this job for six months

Negative experience: The office people are rude and do not even try to contact you after you submit an application. They did not ask for any additional information, not even pay stubs and took the application fee and sent an automatic denial response a few minutes after submitting the application. Would not explain any reasoning for the denial when called. I wouldn't bother applying here.

Negative experience: 0 STARS!! Units are BAD condition and office staff is a joke! Jamiliah the property manger is unprofessional and RUDE!!! You’re better off catching the staff outside smoking instead of being inside the office HELPING residents. Office staff is untrained and doesn’t know information half the time. Called to speak with alleged property manager isn’t available half the time or “walking the property” meaning she’s outside gossiping with maintenance or on her 8th smoke break. Trash is everywhere especially near the gym facility and place FLOODs when it rains. POOLS DIRTY ALL THE TIME. Smells like SMOKE every day. UNITS have roaches!! HIDDEN FEES EVERY MONTH!! BREAK INTO CARS NO CAMERAS !! DONT WASTE your time here. Unless you wanna see Arlingtons circus act with ring master JAMILIAH!

Positive experience: Awesome place to live. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years. I had the best neighbors! Where I lived there is a diversity of people. They were very quick about fixing things. I just enjoyed my stay here. The only reason I’m leaving is because my job relocated me right after I renewed my lease last year. I have to be closer to my job. Other than that it’s been good

Negative experience: If I could leave ZERO star I would. Management is terrible office staff is rude and unprofessional. Gate never closes let alone the staff just sits around and smokes OUTSIDE THE OFFICE instead of fixing resident issues. Make excuses for all the problems they cannot fix. Property manager Jamilliah is rude and doesn’t know how to do her job. They have three or four different numbers you can try to reach out to if you have any problems. Don’t waste your time here, find somewhere better glad my lease ended and I got out before my car got stolen or broken into.

Negative experience: Apartments are nice, but the staff is AWFUL. Lilia and her boss are so rude and unhelpful. She’s always on her phone, always scowling, will not call me back, and always has a horrible attitude when I ask a question. She YELLED at me because there was confusion about our move in date. I wanted to live here until I found out I’d have to deal with people like this. It’s been ridiculously unprofessional and I don’t want to live somewhere with staff that behaves like sullen teenagers. They gloated in our faces when they told us our application expired due to their lack of communication. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve EVER had finding an apartment in 40 years.

Negative experience: They really do put on a show to get you to apply by being courteous and polite as they should. Me and my spouse applied right away didn’t waste time as we loved the property and thought everyone was nice. We took a look around after our tour and seen trash outside everywhere and just assumed they had valet pick but most of it was either raided by cats or seem to have roaches pouring out them. Well besides the point we applied and were denied due to spouses rental history about owing someone, we asked how to make this right cause we really loved the property aside from some things. All we had to do was proof that we no longer owed money. We asked for property info and credit report and turns out my spouse was a victim of identity theft and when we looked at the documents they had on the property owed it wasn’t even in my spouses name clearly something me nor him had any association with. This property was unfair and clearly had no interest in seeing reasoning in helping us any longer and started being rude. Should have passed on this property when I seen they have 3.3 stars.

Negative experience: Ive lived here for 2 years, it was good at first they even had a gated system. Then everything quickly went downhill. Maintenance is almost impossible to get to come out. You have to make sure you email the office (DO NOT CALL) and you have to CC the leasing agents and anyone you can include in order to keep the heat on them. My apartment didn't have bugs at first but then roaches started coming in out of nowhere now I have an active Roach infestation coming through the cracks of the kitchen and front door closet. I have black mold developing in the air vents. My porch has multiple holes developing in it. It took them a hole year just to fix my kitchen plumbing and a hole in my wall they made from a previous repair and a hole in the siding in the porch area. The police are continuously swarming the complex. At night there's constantly strange characters and cars driving through the parking lot. It's HORRIBLE here. On top of that the pictures they have on here DOES NOT reflect what it ACTUALLY looks like.

Fantastic experience: I just move in and Tamara Tamar!!! She has truly been an Angel!! I am enjoying my new place floor plan is amazing and the 3 8ft sparkling pools in this summer heat is a plus! Fantastic experience: PRO: Lillia was the absolute SWEETEST! She took great care of me from beginning to end. I was a little apprehensive at first because of the “bad attitude “ reviews, but Lilia made it easy for me to lease here and call this my home CON: I just moved in and my neighbors tv is so loud I can hear it in my apartment. I’m deaf in both ear and wear hearing aids. I can still make out with their tv is doing without them in. I’m a college student that works two jobs. Late night is the only time I can do my work. It’s 11:15 pm. I just got off a job and I’m trying to start a 1000 page paper. I’m afraid this is going to make it hard for me to enjoy my home. I’m having the hardest time adjusting because it’s so loud, you can even hear it in video. There’s also trash in front of my door with cats eating through it. I really hope this improves. Update: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!!!! my AC went out and they came early the next morning and took care of it!

Negative experience: The worst experience ever. I have been living here for about 5 months now, and I've had bad experiences from day 1. All the staff are really rude and unwilling to help or accommodate. When I first applied, the lady at the front desk kept saying she had everything, but every time I called, they said something was missing. I had to make multiple trips to the apartment. It took about 3 weeks to get everything sorted, and I only had 1 day to move in. Now, I have to pay extra rent every month because they couldn’t get the paperwork done on my move in date(had more than 2 weeks to complete). If it weren’t for the Christmas-New Year holiday, when I didn't have time to finalize other apartments, I honestly wouldn’t have moved in here. And it doesn’t end there. It takes me running the tap for at least 5 minutes to get hot water. Maintenance is really slow. My dishwasher wasn't draining water, so I called the maintenance guy. He said he would come fix it the next day, or at least drain the standing water out. Three days passed and no one showed up. It was stinking really bad, and when I called them, the staff were really rude and unaccommodating. Be careful with this apartment before you move in, especially with the rude staff at the front desk. They wont make a single effort to help or make things smooth for you. Your stay will be very frustrating over little things.

Negative experience: Update May 2024: I am now on day 5 without hot water. There is no timeframe when we will have hot water again. We have been instructed to deal with it. This is not the first time we have been without hot water or the water shut off completely without warning. Again if you’re looking to rent here…. Don’t. They spent money last year for rocks when it’s apparent those funds were needed to update the hot water system. This is absolutely ridiculous. You’ve been warned. Original Review Summer 2023 Renovations are being done to the outside of the buildings while the real renovations and updates need to be done inside the apartments. If you are shopping for apartments don't be lured by the updated paint on railings and new rocks. Check the 200 layers of paint that are on your walls, baseboards and cabinets that are peeling and sticking to your floors that's impossible to clean. Check that your cabinet drawers and doors close properly if at all. Check that your ceiling fans have strings to properly operate the fan. Check that your carpet is properly secured to the floor and watch for random nails that pop up on the entrance to any bedroom. Check that your patio floors are not dry rotted and lifting. Instead of fixing actual problems they painted rails and bought rocks. They could really careless about your living experience inside your apartment.

Negative experience: I just moved in and I already regret it. The trash is never fully picked up out front. Like every time I step out my door there’s trash everywhere and on top of that trash is sitting behind my apartment. The night I moved in a seen a roach and was like okay I just got here so I’m going to relax and then I see another one. I do not like bugs! Cleanliness is everything to me so that’s a heck no for me. To me the outer appearance is everything. If it looks good on the outside most of the time the inside is just as beautiful so I should have known by the way the outside of my apartment looked the inside was going to kill it for me. I’m really considering on saying forget it and leaving this complex. I just moved back home and can’t even enjoy it because of where I lay my head

Negative experience: These are beautiful apartments but if you’re looking for an easy and efficient application process, I would definitely look elsewhere. The women in the office have been incredibly unhelpful and rude. My fiancé and I have been trying to apply for a unit here and no luck. We’ve visited in person multiple times to try and work the issues out and every time we’re told they have everything, but then we get a call saying they have none of our information. I’m not sure if other people have had a smooth experience here but I’m extremely disappointed that this is not working out. Save yourself some time and look somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: These apartments are older so not expecting ultra luxury but the prices are very reasonable for the area, the maintenance staff is attentive and the leasing staff, especially Ms. Tamara, go above and beyond to help you find your place. Negative experience: I have lived here for abt 5 years and yes rent has increased each year. I do understand somewhat. Painting of doors and rails but moldy windows, leaning counters and cracking walls. What sense did that make? Why has their been no major updates? Why do we pay for curbside trash 4 days a week and the guy does random pick ups at different times. Yes we do have some irresponsible tenants. I feel if Management come out the office and start patroling the grounds and fining violators this could be stoped. The grounds here are just HORRIBLE, always laced with litter and dog poop. Management does NOTHING, except pass the buck and make up excuses. Emails with video and pictures go unanswered. Not even a call of acknowledgement. Right now I have simple work orders from 3 weeks ago still in progress.

Negative experience: Went in to get pricing for a 3 bedroom and was told $1749. Saw a price online for the Same apartment called and ask why didn’t the agent tell me that the apartment was $1604 was told that someone rented the unit even though it was still available online. Had a friend to call about the same unit they were quoted $2035. I know the rent prices change but this was all in the same day going in calling and asking a friend to call only took about 30 minutes. I don’t know why leasing agents are such liars but this was a red flag to me.

Negative experience: My husband lived in these apartments for 3 years rent went up every year( semi understandable) at first it was great everything worked. Then covid hit gym closed and pool closed made sense at first everything and everywhere was closed for a couple months but fast forward to the following summer gym still closed, one pool is closed, front gate does not close... literally anyone can come in. Summer the apartment was 80 degrees we requested the repair... after ac was still running all day and finally got it down to 75-76. Oh! and we are not allowed to have window ac units. third year exactly same thing rent went up but nothing was available pool opened for like a a week and closed it back up. gym closed but is still advertised. gate still don't work and the ac issue got worse so we just moved out it was ridiculous. Not everything was bad there's is constant trash pick up. All other maintenance issues were fixed quick. Never had neighbor issues The apartment was pretty They have dog park area that's fenced

Negative experience: Whoever designed this place gotta be in jail right now. This complex sucks... plenty of gates and just one works for entrance/exit. GPS take you to the back and and those gates are always closed.

Negative experience: No vengas aqui sino quieres dejar tu apartamento por largos periodos de tiempo hasta que se disipe el mal olorrr a cigarrillo y quien sabe que mas es tan incomodo mas cuando tienes niños y cuando tu no fumas ellos no te ayudan tengo que salir de mi apartamento porque es insoportable. Fantastic experience: I moved here Oct ‘19 and absolutely love my apartment location facing Fielder with a large patio! Very spacious 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms and a vanity in the master bathroom. The office manager Jamillah is AWESOME, she’s he’s very personable and professional and her staff are wonderful as well. The maintenance team work very hard at trying to keep the grounds clean, but unfortunately there are residents who aren’t used to living in such a nice area nor complex like The Pavilion. The cats are great to have wondering the complex for obvious reasons and residents with dogs need to clean up after them, dog stations are placed throughout the complex. As you can see, it’s NOT the staff who are awful it’s most residents who don’t care about the complex.

Negative experience: Past its prime is an understatement! I have been a resident since August 2016 and will terminate residency effective May 2021. The on-site management team is not consistent, displays complacent attitudes and habits towards residents and always have an excuse which seems to sing the same tune. I have witnessed the property manager be rude and unreasonable towards residents, contractors and staff. The maintenance crew has become competent, friendly and hard working since 2018. However poor management decisions regarding costs of maintenance on routine repairs upon turnaround of units as well as items during lease terms that fail or break cause unhappy, deserving residents. Routine cleaning and/or lubricating of HVAC equipment, unit washer/dryer hookups and ventilation, kitchen and bathroom appliances including locks are difficult to work or are health or safety issues for many people. It seems to be that "Scotch tape is used when duct tape, gorilla or super glue is the minimum advisable immediate and short term repair needed until 1-4 business day when additional attention is suggested to achieve a long lasting efficient repair." Water issues are regular on property with the central boiler system desperately needing updating to reduce water use caused by excessive time for the hot water to get to the faucet turned on. Our water utilities for 2 tenants with one bathroom, electric dishwasher, both washer and dryer within our unit runs $58-86 plus fees, taxes and trash regardless if water consumption is occurring by the residents. By that I mean, 3 pools have required draining and refill multiple times in a single summer. Hot water takes no less than 3.5-10+ minutes to reach the faucet depending on the room within the unit trying to use hot water (re: sinks, washer, tub/shower). The cold water puller by the washing machine is more warm than cold causing laundry to shrink or fade more rapidly compared to coin operated laundry facilities or single home. Swimming pools have not had chemicals properly maintained after rain causing the pools to grow algae at a rapid pace. It seems to take no less than 3+ days to reopen afterwards when it only takes a few hours to shock the system and obtain balance in the chemicals. I've experienced a single drop of pool water cause eye, ear, nose and throat infections. Special requests for safety equipment installation for people with health issues or aging are slow if they occur without the tenant providing equipment to maintenance for scheduling by the office in writing complete with the specifics. Due to resurfacing counter tops, sinks, bathtubs, etc... getting a bath mat or any product using adhesives or suction to stay in place is impossible. The surface is not only unappealing, the finish is easily scratched, chipped or peeled away from the original surface. I do not feel that the minimum state requirements to replace flooring, painting of walls and doors as well as cleaning prior to a resident moving in are not followed to the letter of the law. I spent 6 hours cleaning every surface, corner and crevice from the floor to ceiling after signing the lease. When COVID closed public places in March 2020, the complex closed all community amenities and refused maintenance requests except for emergency situations which is their reasoning and leverage for annual increases to monthly rental rates. However, rent increased and are told we have zero chance of reimbursement for amenities lost to reside in a community that is decreasing in value and demand by the day. The 2 main security gates appear inoperable and have remained in the open position with exception for an estimate of 10-30 days total since. I was actually told by office staff a few months into quarantine that they're open to help slow the spread of COVID to essential workers by not having to touch the keypad surface to enter the complex. While new tenants are being told gates are open awaiting bids for repairs or replacement due to being hit by cars repeatedly.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in these apartments since 2016. They are quiet, convenient to shopping, schools and UTA. This is a big complex. Maintenance is very good and they respond in a timely manner. I have not seen any bugs in my apartment since I moved in. Landscaping has suffered a bit due to drought but is maintained regularly. Miss Jamillah was my first point of contact and has always been professional with me. I have not had any problems with any staff. Appliances have been replaced as needed. I live in cat central but I don't think the complex is swarming with cats. You can get a remote gate opener for a small fee and open the gates without stopping for the card reader. Quiet, convenient complex for working people. I think I will stay on for awhile longer.

Negative experience: No recomiendo este lugar ; tuve mala experiencia para poderme mudar tuve que presentar una cuenta de banco con 12,000 dólares respaldando 1ańo de renta lo sentí ridiculo ; pero quería mudarme para ese apartamento, en una ocasión mandé arreglar mi calefacción y salí a trabajar y las personas que hicieron el trabajo no esperaron a comprobar el resultado y dejaron la calefacción prendida y todo empezó a hachar humo y las alarmas a soñar por suerte mi hijo vivía cerca y llamó rápido a los técnicos y se resolvió , me fui antes de tiempo del léase y pague todos los feos CSI fueron 1; 600 dólares ; no deje nada pendiente ; todo limpio y me llega una cata con un balance de 380 dólares porque en la inspección del apartamento alguien puso que tenía una pared pintada de azul ; fui a la oficina y presentè las pruebas de mis paredes y de nada valió rebajaron el saldo a183 dólares porque ahora me entero que estoy en colección sin haberme enviado una carta ; ni aviso ; las personas q hacen la inspección no son confiables porque pregunte por las pruebas de la pared pintada de azul y nunca me la enseńaron ;

Positive experience: As far as my apartment itself?? I Love living here so far. Great floors and pretty quiet around. Loved the pool in the summer. HATE their valet trash. IT IS DISGUSTING. Idiot neighbors put their trash out on the wrong day. Lots of cats around and they get into the trash and it gets everywhere. The trash guys will literally only pick up bags. They leave everything else on the ground and it just sits there unless someone calls about it. #unsanitary Posted below...a lone trash bag put out before the 9 am cut off time. Did it get picked up? Nope the pic was taken the next day. Smh

Negative experience: Even though there has been a good cleanup of "unsavory" residents, there are still a lot here. Kids "play" in the parking lot then flip you off when they run in front of your car. Have seen the police there almost on a daily basis on the weekends when I visit breaking up domestic disputes or arresting someone. Stay away from these apartments if you can.

Fantastic experience: I have lived here for the past 4 years and I haven’t had not one major problem with this complex. When ever something need fixing maintenance is responsive. The staff are always nice and helpful. I have looked into other apartments trying to look because it’s closer to my job. But I always change my mind because it is very homey here. The area is nice and quiet and I always feel safe. No break ins...no roaches...no loud neighbors...no trash outside...I think the bad reviews are from bad attitudes. I can’t say one bad thing about Pavillion.

Negative experience: For the most part I like living here. The maintenance actually responds in an acceptable time and takes care of what they need to. The area is kept pretty clean. Only issues are when you need to contact the "courtesy police" and its a fake number or something because no one ever responds when you do need some help. Also, the signs where it says towing enforced" is fake lol! There are covered assigned spots, which is great....however anyone can park there and there's nothing you can do about it. So that really defeats the purpose of having assigned parking spots :( And ANYONE can use the pool too, which they're really loud at night time so buy some ear plugs!!! At least the apartments are pretty nice to live in and it was a pretty good price. When we first moved in it smelled pretty strongly of cigarette smoke for a few months, so I guess that's why we got a deal when none of us are smokers.

Negative experience: Leasing agents should probably learn to act like they want people to live there. I'm relocating from out of state and had been talking to a really nice lady, Esmeralda, for about a week. I called once and she wasnt there and spoke to Sherry. She was very short and rude. My first initial thought was that she was having a bad day, it happens to everyone. I finally made it into town and wanted to see the apartments. Again, Esmeralda, was out for the day but I was already there. I finally met Sherry in person and learned that she is just always rude. She had no clue as to what was going on. Couldn't find keys, couldn't look into the computer for my info, couldn't answer my questions about the area. Basically, I went somewhere else.

Negative experience: Where do I start ? Oh Jesus . The leasing agent that was supposley suppose to help me was so very rude . Soon as I walked in she didn’t greet me , I had to greet her . I asked how she was doing she didn’t respond . So that was a red flag for me . She then didn’t even ask what I was looking for or what I needed . Another red flag . My husband had to say “ do you have any two bedroom apartments available?” She then short answered very rudely . When you looking to move ? I then said okay let’s go no thank you . And walked out . Better off at the park at Ashford apartments next to them . Soon as I walked the leasing agent greeted us and shook our hand and was sooo polite !

Positive experience: The same look has many other apartment complexes. It just depends on where you want to live.

Fantastic experience: I have been living here for a year and have nothing to complain about the apartment. Office people are super friendly and helpful. No bugs, no cockroaches. It just come down to whether or not you keep your apartment clean. There is always a parking spot, you never have to park far. There is only a small problem with noise. You can almost hear everything happening outside of the apartment. But it's usually quiet at night. I do recommend moving here.

Positive experience: I like the place a lot. Its a good starter place for anyone. I gave it 4 stars simply because of the stray cats. They scratch my car and are always sitting on top of my car and using the bathroom on my car. Other than that, I have no complaints. The office staff are nice, so I am pretty sure if anything. The people writing the bad reviews are people with nasty attitudes. Treat others like you want to be treated. And no I am not an office worker here at the Pavilion. I appreciate everything they have done for me.

Negative experience: Moved into the apartment and within a week, experienced bad bites. Went to the hospital and was told they were from bed bugs. I hadn't put my furniture in the apartment yet except for a brand new couch set. Went to the apartment manager who wanted to charge me $500 to spray and treat the apartment. The management is very rude and ghetto. I went into the office last week to pick up a package and the office manager Shanqunita turned her nose up and asked who my mother was. Why, my mother don't live here. She asked for my ID and apartment number and looked up my profile. She then walked off and grabbed the package. The whole time I was standing there, she had a look on her face as though I smelled and I was trash. First impressions are everything.

Negative experience: We will not be releasing with them.to say they are really BAD is a understatement. Apartments are poorly insulated which results in very cold winters and extremely HOT apartments in the summer. The thermostat will read 74 but if you take a thermater reading it will be 84-87 inside the apartment. They do NOT do any sort of preventive Maintenance. They do not spray for bugs unless the tenant puts in a work order. We have had a lot of issues with huge spiders huge roaches and black Beatles and ladybugs IN the apartment. The stove top burners go out ALL the time, dishwasher always has standing water in it, GROSS, the paint washes off. If something splatters on it, it's stains but the paint comes off. The bathroom tub is chipping like apparently they painted the tub now the paint comes off, not so fun with toddlers. The walls are not built right, can not hang much on the walls because it will not hold. The office staff is always ALWAYS rude as all get out!

Negative experience: I literally just stepped foot into this place asking about one bedrooms and the African American light skinned lady with short hair at the front desk had the snobbiest attitude. When I asked about the one bedroom her facial expressions looked as if I was bothering her. I would've toured the complex, but her energy was certainly off putting. First impressions are everything. Certainly won't be coming here again.
