From our very first interaction, he has been incredibly detail-oriented, responsive, and deeply invested in making sure my best interests were always the priority. Negative experience: I am honestly at the point of considering reporting Kimberly Adams Realty and their realtor Benjamin for what appears to be a rental scam. Over a month ago, I found a home on Zillow and reached out to apply. From the very beginning, there were red flags: 1. The application fee had to be paid via Cash App. No reputable real estate company should be collecting official application fees through Cash App. 2. After submitting my application, the realtor came back claiming my credit score was under 550 and said I would need to pay 1.5 times the normal deposit amount in order to “qualify.” Not only is that predatory, but the house itself wasn’t even rent-ready. 3. The property needed major repairs, including: A damaged and unsafe walkway A rotted back gate leading from the carport to the unit A broken storage barn door Multiple interior issues needing repair Yet they were pushing for an inflated deposit before addressing any of these issues. 4. I later discovered that my credit score was actually over 650, completely contradicting what the realtor claimed. 5. The property never appeared on MLS—another major red flag for a supposedly legitimate rental listing. Now here we are over 50 days later, and the same home is still listed on Zillow as “available,” which raises even more concern about their intentions and practices. At this point, the entire experience feels deceptive and unprofessional, and I am seriously considering reporting the situation to Zillow, TREC, and the BBB to protect other potential renters from falling into the same trap.

Fantastic experience: We recently listed our townhouse with Devyn Gaudet at Kimberly Adams Realty. We had a solid offer the very first weekend. After a few counter offers we were under contract and closed within 2 weeks! Devyn was amazing as she kept us informed and advised us throughout the whole process! Fantastic experience: ***Update*** After speaking with Kimberly Vo, Realtor, on the phone, I can say Kimberly Adam Realty was not the problem. She didn’t throw Kevin under the bus but instead took the time to communicate with me directly and professionally. They truly are a customer-first company. Kimberly took time out of her busy schedule to call me and hear me out, and that meant a lot. As I venture into real estate in the DFW area, I already know which property management team I’ll be working with! Thank you, Kimberly, for showing what true customer care and integrity look like. Renting from Kimberly Adams Realty was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had as a tenant. While I don’t blame the realty company as a whole, the property manager, Kevin Tran, was unprofessional, difficult to work with, and lacked basic customer service skills. As a Veteran moving to Texas, I expected some level of understanding or training regarding military and veteran protocols — unfortunately, that was not the case. I was charged $50 to remove a fiber router I intentionally left behind for the next tenant (since the home didn’t have fiber internet service), and $100 for a cabinet stain caused by an old dishwasher that belonged to the landlord. It’s unclear why tenants should be responsible for damages caused by the owner’s appliances. The home also had several unresolved issues — including a front door that was never properly repaired and a need for an energy conservation study due to inefficiency concerns. When I brought these matters up, I was essentially told, “Welcome to Texas.” If you’re considering renting through this company, I strongly suggest requesting a different property manager. Based on my experience, I would give zero stars if possible. I have documentation to support everything stated here.

I am relocating from Colorado and I was anxious about the whole process and how to get started. I found KA Realty in the Arlington area and soon after met Deon! Not being from Texas she was able to really handle finding a place for me to buy based on the criteria I had. While needing to move quickly, due to my own home renting, I faced the trouble of getting Realtors to respond to my requests. Catherine explained the leasing process and responsibilities of all parties. The experience with Catherine exceeded my expectations. I had limited familiarity with the DFW area, and did not know where to begin searching for desired location. Catherine took time to show and expose me to various neighborhoods and shopping areas, which made it easier to select desired location. I highly recommend Catherine to anyone looking to lease and/or purchase a home. Fantastic experience: Amir Benjudah went above and beyond what I expected. I was in a rough spot being forced to sell by someone who I signed on a house with and forced me to be in a tough spot trying to get another place lined out and it felt like at every turn there was a problem until I got in touch with Amir. I still ran into issues with Amir helping me out, do to my credit and a few other obstacles, but the peace of mind he gave me through whole process with his supreme communication left me the ability to be a single dad of three and work while keeping a level head. I can not stress how well I felt taken care the entire time with Amir on the job, if you are looking to move and want someone who will get the job handled Amir is your man!

Fantastic experience: I've worked with Kim as a homeowner for the past year and a half. The experience I had, has been nothing but pleasant with very few hiccups. From day one, she made sure I understood everything and the communication was top tier while she rented my property for me. I then used her services to sell my property. This was a tedious process of course, but Kim and her team made it as smooth as possible. I am a veteran and there was an issue with my buyers agent trying to force me to pay property taxes that I am exempt from. This was disheartening as they were trying to get me to blindly sign an agreement (knowing they were wrong) and take advantage of the benefits that I earned, serving this country. Kim was able to correct this and I received what I deserved. I would highly recommend Kim as she is pleasant as she is professional! She's the only realtor in Texas that I will ever use.

Negative experience: I have called a realtor by the name of Lynn Chongchareurn 12 times in less than a week. And every time my call has gone unanswered. Very unprofessional. If she is out of the office or can not receive calls then the company should update who is handling the listings. I am done wasting my time and probably will never use this company in search of a rental.

Fantastic experience: I was in a rental in Irving for 4 years working with Kimberly Vo as my landlady and she was awesome!!!!! She is always respectful and friendly...never treated me like a tenant but as one of her own. When I encountered hardship whether it was medical issues or having family emergencies, she always worked with me and took an interest in my health and checked in on me to make sure myself and family were alright.
