Negative experience: It's been one and a half months - still no sign of getting back my security money!! Doesnt care for the safety of tenants. Someone keeps comign and break into our mailbox and they didnt even bother to change the security code in more than three months....

Negative experience: first off avoid this property management at all costs! ANITA H is the property supervisor. She is incredibly unprofessional, rude and she consistently fails to do her job. basic communication is near impossible when it comes to this lady. emails phone calls go unanswered or met with hostility.

Negative experience: TRUMARK used my electricity $320 after my muve out (without my knowledge) and refusing to pay. Don’t use this company platform for find rent home

Negative experience: Leasing agent was asking for a deposit without sending a contract and refused to send an example contract or talk about lease termination terms. He told me they "allowed" tenants who broke the contract to pay until the rental was leased again. I asked if it was required and he avoided it saying their policy was to leave lease termination language out of contracts. He said, "you should just trust me" because he did 10-20 leases a month. Super Shady. Unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Working with Alvin was a great experience! We were worried about finding a place quickly due to our tight time limit, but he made the entire leasing process incredibly easy and stress-free. His quick responses and guidance ensured we had everything we needed in no time. Everyone else we've interacted have been wonderful as well, Randy and Silva. Excited for our new home <3

Negative experience: Not responsive at all! I don’t know how they have good reviews! Once you rent a house with them, they disappear on you! Never ever they pick up the phone!

Negative experience: Let me begin with this I wanted to apply for this apartment in Burbank when I spoke with this lady named Maria who was so anxious to rent this apartment she mentioned the owner is willing to lower the rent. I went looked at the apartment and thought twice so I waited which mind you she wasn’t even there she left the door open which is not professional to me at all. Today I reached out to out to her again and mention I may still be interested and ask her about what the price is monthly when she responds rudely no thanks a lease which is nothing I was talking about then I mentioned our prior conversation with the rent being lower as she mentioned and she just writes back no. First of all lady you make the company look very bad second of please learn how to text without insulting renters and another thing stop lying to get people to apply this is a big turn off

Negative experience: Where to start with Trumark. Communication is always brutal. I love the unit but everything about their management style will drive you crazy. They dumped an unexpected utility charge on tenants (totaling nearly $900) just before the holidays after not keeping up with their charges throughout the course of the year. Additionally, their online portal stopped working on the final day of the month and they said we were responsible for still paying on time via dropping off a check last minute. They took no ownership for their error on both accounts and the woman who runs their accounting has been very condescending on phone calls about these issues - deflecting responsibility and not being considerate of reliable tenants. Finally, the maintenance repair time is laughable. I had leaking water through an AC unit in my bedroom that took nearly six months to get resolved. There is often little to no response and you wonder how it's so poor considering what we pay in rent. If you're on the fence about where to rent, steer clear of any Trumark Management Properties.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend. Please do yourself a favor and find a more reliable property management office to work with. Something seems “off” about this one. Always ask for documentation.

Negative experience: Lack of communication

Negative experience: Very disappointed with trumark, not only are they not cooperative with certain prospective tenants circumstances. But their communication efforts can only be described as lackluster and unprofessional. I feel like I was being emailed by high school students. And it was like pulling teeth to even get a response from this business.

Negative experience: Their patience level would drop to zero soon after you sign the lease. $10 bucks burger gift card can buy a five-star review on Google or Yelp. And btw the gift card didn't even work.

Negative experience: I have very very bad experience with this company I moved 3 months ago but until tonday i dont recived my deposit check then afther alot call today I come to pick my deposit check. & called a lote take message for Allen but he never call me back.

She is just very nice and sweet. She gave us all the info and showed the rental property. She answered all my questions and explained any doubts. The verification of credit was so fast and smooth and I'm just very happy to have found this place. If you need to find a new apartment/home this is the place, I highly recommend it!

Negative experience: I've had one of the lousiest experiences with Trumark Realty. I lived in an apartment in Glendale for less than two years and my entire time with them they were extremely unhelpful. The only person that seems to know what they're doing was my (new) property manager, Mary. It's very hard to get any any sort of useful answer. They take forever to get back with you and if they don't know what the answer to a question is they'll just delegate it to someone else who doesn't know the answer either. Untimely and unorganized are the words that come to mind when I think of Trumark. Steer clear if you can. Also, I'm not buying all the latest *5 star* reviews that were coincidentally all posted at the same time two weeks ago. Fishy.
