Fantastic experience: Our needs for selling the property in southern CA involved us working entirely over the phone and internet because we had recently moved to Nebraska! The property became ours to deal with because of a death in our family; we had not seen the home for many years and knew nothing of its condition. However, Brad and his staff helped us locate an appraiser, managed the inspections and held firm on a truly fair asking price. It was a long process that was emotionally and mentally taxing, but Sunny and Lauren were a great team to get us through those rough times. Fantastic experience: Brad Korb recently assisted me in the sale of a property in probate. This was quite a long process due to the probate and other extenuating circumstances. Brad was extrememly responsive throughout the process and VERY helpful in getting the house ready for sale! He made fantastic recommendations for preparing and staging the house and has crews to do all the work at reasonable, competitive prices. He will also work with a crew of your choosing (I did this for paint and floors) but in hindsight I would have just gone with his guys for everything - it was SO much smoother than having to coordinate with the crew myself. Fantastic experience: We decided we needed a larger home, and after signing with, and firing, two different realtors, for various reasons, finally chose Brad Korb to represent us, as the top-performing realty company in our extended neighborhood. . We used Brad’s services, advice, and personnel to find and purchase our dream home, move into it, upgrade and stage our previous house, and then to sell the old one. Brad’s trusted specialist Josue was VERY patient with us during our search for the perfect place. Over the course of seven months we actually walked through 35 different properties, and viewed hundreds more online. We used Josue’s advice to make offers on two ‘almost perfect’ places, but neither resulted in a purchase. This turned out to have been a good thing, as the 36th place visited was clearly ‘the one’. Our bid was accepted, and, though the price was $400k lower than one of our previous bids, we like our bargain dream home much better. Very satisfied.
