Fantastic experience: I was referred to Moiz and the Fogg-Miranda Team by my financial advisor. I had an investment property that was listed for 2 months with another agent and it was not getting offers, so I hired Moiz. He quickly analyzed my property and adjusted the market value. He identified the positive attributes and incorporated them in to the marketing plan. He also found a unique financing caveat specific to my property that, if unaddressed, would have caused a problem in escrow. His proactive approach and enthusiasm were refreshing.
