Fantastic experience: I've had an office in the Spring Arts Tower continuously since 2005. The management has always been very responsive, and really cares about their tenants. There is a sense of community here. Over the years I've seen so many entrepreneurs get their start in this building. The building gave The Last Bookstore a chance, and look how successful it's been ever since. I think there are a lot of law offices, production companies, clothing designers, and internet sales companies who have a similar story about this building. Here's the things I love about this building: - Great Location - Architectural Character - Affordable - Clean - 24 Hour Security - Right above The Last Bookstore The building is named Spring Arts Tower because the owner really wants to promote arts within the building. You can see it in the artistry of The Last Bookstore and around various corners of the building. Built in 1914, this was originally the Crocker Citizens National Bank. The area was built to be "The Wall Street of the West." This is one of the few street corners in Los Angeles that looks like it could be New York, so there's often very interesting filming going on at the street corner. Over the years I've seen countless NY taxicabs on these streets, along with the occasional Gotham Police cars, Daily Planet signs, and crowds of extras dressed like they're from the 1920's. I never thought I'd be in one place for such a long time, but Spring Arts Tower makes it easy to stay.

Fantastic experience: The last book store is such a cool place to visit if you are in downtown LA, a great place for lots of photo opportunities. You don't have to like books to have fun there but it helps....we took some great photos and spent about an hour just walking around taking pictures. Take an hour out of your day and go have fun.

Fantastic experience: This is a photo from inside a former bank which is now Los Angeles' "The Last Bookstore". They have new and used books but the big draw is the amazing artwork that has been created out of old books. If you're into art and books, it is worth a visit. Truly unique.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, the last book store is pretty unique. Prices are super reasonable. I definitely need to try the coffee bar next time. Parking is horrible expect to pay $15 4 blocks away or $25-$40 1 block away. Of course if you are lucky to find street parking it may be cheaper.

Fantastic experience: The Last Book Store is one of the many attractions Los Angeles has to offer. For all ages, young and of the experienced. Artists displaying their finest works, books galore for ALL walks of life. A small maze to walk through and a tunnel of books to take a photo in. Vaults filled with books and even a place to sell/donate reading material. Fun place to visit. Parking is a challenge.
