Negative experience: Every time I called Nathalie to report anything in Westbird Village, where I live, she requested an email and at the end of the day the email was never responded. Worst management property in my opinion. Very unprofessional and rude. She even told me that I was making serious accusations because I said she was lying, disrespecting me and wasting my time.

Negative experience: As a unit owner in Westbird Village, this management company is awful at its job. The several buildings that make up the Village appear to be abandoned and nothing is done to rectify the issue. They claim to provide "service" none of which happens. The one service, is collect Association Fees that are not invested in the proper fields to make it a pleasant place to live. They do not do the due diligence in making sure the assigned individuals to maintain the structure, are doing their job. There is conflict of interest as the Security system is owned by one of the board members. The structures are dirty, the washer/dryer only works 20% of the time and they have no visitor parking because they claim they are being rented? The association is a disaster. The pool has been closed the entire summer. The club house has been closed for years. The list is endless.....

Negative experience: The experience with this management company is horrible! They are doing a mediocre job at West Bird Village. 10/16/2024 - Hello Epic Management team. To clarify your post, I own an apartment at Westbird Village with my husband. During the two+ years your company has been managing the Association the reserves have disappear and we are facing a $5.5 million dollars assessment. The pool has been closed for almost an entire year, and the only people that seem to be making money is your company. No wonder why you seem to have 5 stars, most of the negative comments on your website seem to have a threat with legal action. You can save your threats and scare tactics as everything stated on my post is my opinion based on my review of the information available to me.
