Additionally, her colleagues stepped up when she had other obligations or scheduling conflicts & showed up for open houses & inspections. The administrative aspects of the transaction were efficient, easy & seamless. They even arranged for a notary public to come to me for the contract signing. They are very experienced, have an excellent team and are hand's on. Some days, we would receive 5-6 emails and several texts - which was much needed in our situation getting our property fixed up and ready to sell. They exceeded all expectations, managing contractors, calling to get bids, just the whole process from the back-end paperwork to even the weeds that needed to be removed to higher level strategy and presenting the options for making choices (and giving their advice for the options). We did not have an ideal property to sell and in the end, they sold it for close to the top end of what we thought we would get.

Negative experience: I wish I could give Zero star. My experience with Kerri, Kelli, and Monday realty team has been by far the worst, the most disappointing, frustrating, and ridiculous one. I believe now that all their good reviews are fake. I’ve been a real estate investor for over two decades and have worked with numerous professionals in the field When I first met Kerri, she made strong promises — she would be my single point of contact and handle the transaction from end to end including open houses personally. However, once the listing agreement was signed, she pulled in Kelli (I know nothing about her) without explanation, and getting hold of Kerri became nearly impossible. From that point on, I found myself running around and doing all of the heavy lifting to get the house ready with very little support from their end. Rather than advocating for the best outcome, Kerri blamed me for getting low offers, claiming it was due to my involvement with staging and cleaning , which Kelli had already approved as photo-ready. She also accused me using cheaper staging companies, In fact, she told me that staging would cost $7000 , but when I called multiple companies, most of them is around $5000, is she getting commissions from staging companies? Moreover, Kerri never bothered to inspect the home before photographing. Despite repeated requests from me to adjust the listing language and make it appeal to a broader pool of buyers, she ignored all suggestions and feedback. At the end of offer due date, I never got any calls from her or Kell. Eventually I got hold of her on the phone, she couldn’t speak with me on a quiet place. Clearly she show no respect and she never interested in representing me. The house sat on the market for many weeks with no results. When I had to terminate them, I submitted a written request — they only play delays games, evasiveness, and blatant resistance. To make matters worse, Kerri added a list of 30 so-called “potential buyers” who I have never known before and claimed she’d still be entitled to commission if any of them purchased within 90 days. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional , unfair but feels entirely exploitative. I could go on and on, but frankly, I’ve already wasted too much time dealing with them, I learn my lesson in a hard way, for anyone looking for realtor in the Bay Area, My only advice is: to stay away from Kerri, Kelli and Monday team !!!
