Fantastic experience: I stayed with Zeus and had such a wonderful experience. I was traveling to visit family for the holidays and Zeus made, what normally would be a stressful situation, super easy and comfortable. They allowed me to have an early check in which I appreciated greatly. Accessing the home was super easy, and the amenities were even better than described. It was everything I needed for my month stay. I will definitely be back to stay with Zeus again.

Negative experience: Yes process was easy and unit was clean. But it was very dated. Cabinets need a coat of paint, new fixtures wouldn’t hurt, no biggie I arrived with no heat on in apartment, it was a Sunday night so no help til late Monday afternoon-(after several emails because they’re online “work order request” wouldn’t work. My biggest complaint is the parking situation-pls take my warning and make sure you can figure out parking BEFORE signing lease. It stated in the ad that a second space was an option if available but street parking was available. Not being from the area, I didn’t realize that street parking is horrendous and they’re was absolutely no chance of a second spot. Fine, all of this is my fault for not knowing but my biggest issue is when emailing them back and forth about this issue, they are arguing back with me. Its not about helping their customers out or finding a solution. I finally got a “reasonable” resolution after deciding that I couldn’t afford to get out of lease. All of this has been a hassle and it’s been 2 weeks! Can’t wait to get out of here.

Negative experience: **OWNERS BEWARE**: As an owner of a property with **** for over 2 years, they've really gone downhill recently. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service provided from their teams and lack of transparency and communication, particularly their finance and leasing teams. This is now the 2nd month in a row they're late with their payments. Zeus Living is now well past-due on their November disbursement with no update as of yet. As an owner, I am concerned about future disbursement of payments as I have a mortgage to pay on this property and further delayed payments will increase out-of-pocket expenses for me . I am hopeful that management will read this review and take immediate action as calls and emails to their owner-relations teams have not resulted in any resolution to-date. I'd like to prevent future owners from experiencing this issue of delayed payments and lack of communication/transparency from this company. Zeus Living, please do better.

Negative experience: Renting here for a few months in Alexandria, VA. Zeus controls 6-7 units in the building. Yesterday, all of them had eviction notices, including ours, for rent not being paid by Zeus for the last 3 months. Letter gives us 5 days to leave. Called Zeus, they said they might get back to us in a few days, seemed very standard for them. Read the reviews, all kinds of owners saying Zeus doesn't pay. This is after Zeus made us pay our full 3 months up front. There are a few other companies that offer the same service. Strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Booking with Zeus was much easier than I expected. Their customer support was able to walk me through the process with no hassle. The website was easy to navigate and gave all the information needed to make the best selection for my situation. The property was clean, comfortable, and matched the pictures on the site. The check-in instructions, maintenance request directions, and check out procedures were very clear. Any issues I had were corrected promptly and with great communication. I needed specific billing items on my invoices for work and Zeus was able to accommodate me. Overall, an exceptional experience that I will definitely be repeating.

Negative experience: I wish there was a way to give them less than one star. A family member booked through AirBnB and Zeus tried to get us to cancel under the pretext of 'credit rating' which was odd since we paid the whole amount through the AirBnB platform. After multiple back and forth messages and Zeus threatening to not allow us to stay despite a confirmed booking, Zeus sent us instructions to cancel the reservation through the AirBnb portal. Please don't fall for this trap as it would have only refunded us $400 out of a $6000 reservation. Engaged AirBnb who mediated for us and secured the complete refund.

Fantastic experience: We stayed a month in a condo near Boston. Convenient location. Clean apartment and common area. Easy to communicate for everything that we needed. Check-in and out is speedy. We also requested a parking spot and they provide one. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Just finished a 3 month rental w/Zeus in the Northern Virginia area. Nice loft apartment with underground parking. Everything from the advance communication / billing, house manual, photos of every room in the actual rental and interaction with real people was professional and top notch. I felt comfortable dealing with a larger company with multiple properties rather than an individual (who might cancel my rental). The unit, the building amenities and the location were perfect. We will rent again next summer with Zeus for sure!

Fantastic experience: Loved our Zeus unit! It was clean and ready to be used with kitchen appliances and cups galore to use. There was plenty of towels and plugs to charge our devices. It was super comfy and easy to follow the directions.

Fantastic experience: This was a delightful apartment located in the middle of Alexandria, Virginia. The place was cozy and quiet for a long-term stay, and yet it situated in the same block where restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores are located. The host was a highly responsive host. He made sure I had additional stuff for the kitchen after I moved in. Overall, the place was amazing- totally what I expected based on the provided photos. Also, this building has a super nice and helpful concierge service any time of the day. Finally, the only challenging thing was the parking situation. I can say it wasn’t bad at all. In my opinion, if the city of Alexandria hadn't given the same zone # to every street around there, it would have made it easier for people to move their cars around and park at different locations around the block. There are other parking garages around the building for hourly/daily rates.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time we stayed at Zeus Living. The location was beautiful, very convenient, and the accommodation was exactly what we were looking for. The apartments here are very modern and at a walkable distance from groceries, and restaurants. The check in was smooth. Although we had to wait for the covered garage remote as it was missing the arrival packet. Zeus team promptly sent it. It was slightly on expensive side compared to regular rentals but we needed a furnished apartment we can start using from day one for the next two months so the price was worth it for our use case. We loved the stay and would highly recommend this.

Fantastic experience: I stayed at Zeus for over a month in Philly when I moved to the city. The quality of the place really surprised me and made me have a great experience. The place was very clean, cozy and comfortable, with everything needed for a long stay. The host was extremely helpful and once when I needed an urgent help, Zeus did a great job assisting me. I highly recommend Zeus for long stays and I enjoyed my experience so much!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Zeus apartment in Seattle, and it was nothing short of fantastic! From the seamless check-in to the apartment meeting every one of my expectations, I was thoroughly impressed. The location? Absolutely prime. And the responsiveness from Zeus? On point and always timely. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: We paid a little over $17,500~ for two and a half months in NW Portland. During our stay, we were met with a grand number of problems, some of which were found and communicated from the initial inspection that was done the day we moved in. From the time of move-in and inspection, we had the following: BTHR 2 - The sink splashes water everywhere instead of steady water (Not fixed until two weeks before end of stay) Missing 1 set of keys, (Given three weeks into stay) Doorbell doesn't work (Never fixed) Door covering is broken (Never fixed) BTHR 1 - broken blinds (Never fixed) BTHR 3 - faucet is very loose (Never fixed) BR 4 - ceiling lights don't turn on (Never fixed) BR 4 - One blind is missing the piece to rise the blinds, and the other is completely broken (Never fixed) BR 4 - Speaker has exposed wires that are not safely covered (Never fixed) BR 5 - Blind missing piece to raise up and down. Also, top board is halfway attached (Never fixed) Front and back yard needs servicing (Never serviced) First-floor bedroom needs a new battery (Smoke detector) (Never fixed) Other problems non-consecutively during our stay that all took more than two weeks to fix include: Broken Washer machine, Broken Window Screens, Broken toilet, Faulty dresser (cabinets would not roll properly), Cheap kitchen materials, Cheap furniture, Broken water boiler When we reached out to Zeus and submitted tickets, we were met with dreadful communication, falsified resolved tickets, and attempts from the escalation team to gaslight the tenants. We requested for a third of the lease to be returned as the variety of problems caused us to miss many days of work. They would contact and request for a tenant to stay for vendor access and not communicate the vendor canceled. They only refunded 10% of the monthly rent (Not including fees and deposit). In all, Save your time and go with a different company.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a six week summer internship at the USC medical campus. She found a two bedroom at the CC Tan Center in Glendale managed by Zeus Living. This was our first experience with a Zeus property and it was great. Here are some highlights: 1) walking distance to Galeria and Americana shopping centers; 2) convenient access: 2 minutes from the entrance to I-5 highway, 5 minutes from entrance to 134 highway, 10 minutes to Burbank airport, 15 minutes to Pasadena, the USC medical campus, and Scholl Canyon Golf and Tennis; 3) great customer service: everything is automated, checking in, out, extension all made easy, with 7/24 phone support; 4) nice facilities: small but fully equipped gym and a nice rooftop lounge area; 5) our unit had two bathrooms; not having to share a bathroom with a teenager is a huge plus for quality of life; 6) pricing was very competitive. Zeus seems to manage properties in many cities across the US; I would definitely try Zeus properties again next time I have another extended trip to the US.

Fantastic experience: I stayed at a Zeus Living rental in Mountain View, CA this past summer. My stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was super comfortable, well located (near shopping, dining, etc) and the complex offered a great outdoor recreation amenities (pool, hot tub, and outdoor sitting area) plus a community hall, fitness center, and lockers for packages. Parking was never an issue. The apartment itself was clean and well-furnished. They provided most essentials and I only had to purchase a few odds and ends. Zeus staff were the absolute best! From booking and maintenance requests to billing, the quality of customer support was superior. I would most definitely look to book with Zeus in the future.

Fantastic experience: I used Zeus Living during a 3-month work assignment in DC. From start to finish it was perfect and the furnished apartment quickly felt like home. Being able to have my family and dogs with me was amazing. Overall I found the service to be a great value with the apartment having such a great location and amenities. Would gladly use Zeus again.

Fantastic experience: We stumbled upon a Zeus rental through the Airbnb website and couldn't have had a better experience! We had a water pipe burst in our house and our family of six, plus two dogs needed a place to stay for a month. We were really fortunate in that the Zeus rental (Portland, OR) was only ten minutes from our house so it was easy to go back and forth. The entire family was so impressed with how clean, spacious, and modern the house was. There was a large fridge, dishes and cutlery, garage parking, a big pantry, and an enclosed backyard for our dogs to safely enjoy. The teens loved it so much that they didn't want to move back home. There was even a private neighborhood pool available for our use. My favorite part was the ginormous master bath, big enough for two. I would definitely stay here again if the need ever arose again.

Fantastic experience: My family and I stayed in a Zeus apartment for a few weeks and had a great experience. The rooms were pristine clean when we moved in and just as depicted in photos of the premises. When we had any challenges, their professional staff were just an email away and the problem was fixed. Our stay was just awesome and we will definitely use Zeus again.

Fantastic experience: Stayed in an Irvine listing hosted by Zeus. The team was very responsive and very quick to give me instructions to check in despite me booking very close to the check in date. Location of the place was amazing and close to a shopping center with an HMart (grocery store) and multiple great restaurants. It was a great experience living so close to it and not having to drive there and deal with the parking situation to eat at those restaurants.

Positive experience: We are currently staying in a Zeus rental in the Portland area. For the most part, we would recommend staying here aside from a couple of issues with customer service that have been maddening to say the least. #1) We are a small family of 4 (with young children) and they refuse to swap out the garbage bins for a reasonable size large enough to accommodate a family. This is a 5 BR home, so it seems odd that we would only have 1 small trash bin and one box for recycling? They suggested that we pay $6 per bag of trash for the duration of our stay (which could be up to 6 months). #2) The freezer and refrigerator ice maker are not working. This is a pretty large inconvenience for us, but we've been super accommodating. The trash is the thing that drove me to write this review. Hopefully someone at Zeus will step in to help rectify the situation.

Fantastic experience: My family and I spent a month in a Zeus apartment and had an incredible experience. The apartment was so clean when we first moved in. There were enough supplies of basic household items that we didn’t need to rush out the first day to get anything. The team was super responsive to our complaints with Zeus staff deployed to promptly respond to any issues during our stay. We loved it! Definitely will recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my stay with Zeus in Washington DC. I was there for 10 weeks and never had any issues. The place was very clean, well located, and nicely furnished. I also appreciated having near new appliances. I would stay again!

Fantastic experience: I stayed at Zeus Living in the Mercer Island Unit. The studio unit was clean, spacious and had a balcony. The location and neighborhood was excellent. Zeus provided all the options for reservation, check-in, parking reservation, and check-out in their website. This greatly simplified the whole stay. The unit exactly matched the pictures posted on their website. Overall, i had an excellent experience during the stay and will continue to use Zeus for future stays.

Fantastic experience: I used Zeus Living for the first time after needing a longer-stay apartment for work. I had to travel to Seattle for three months on shorter notice, and I admit--I'm a little boujee when it comes to a place I'm going to stay in for more than a few days. I have some anxiety and need to know what a space is going to look like. I'm really happy that I went with Zeus because the photos and Virtual Tour looked EXACTLY the same as the apartment when I walked in. The check-in process was easy. I did have to reach out to Zeus about a notice that was left at my door and they responded ASAP and took care of it. Otherwise, everything was transparent and there were no surprises on check-out. If I have to travel again, I'll definitely be using Zeus if they're in the city!

Fantastic experience: I stayed at Zeus for a little over 3-months in Redmond, WA and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was fully furnished, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. I also really enjoyed their amenities which ranged from free coffee, workout gyms, rooftop lounges, ping-pong tables, outdoor grills, and more And a special shoutout to their customer service, who are really prompt in responding to any and all questions/concerns that I had. Another added perk is the location. It's directly next to Marymoor park which has great biking and walking trails, and is also a close drive/bus-ride away from Downtown Redmond. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I stayed for 7 weeks at a Zeus Living apartment in Portland during May and June 2023. I would highly recommend working with Zeus, and I will definitely do so in the future. While I don't have many good pictures, I can say the place I stayed (Essex Apartments) was great. It was clean, spacious, had a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, and was as advertised. In addition, working with Zeus was easy. The booking process was smooth and communication was great. I received clear check-in instructions as promised. The check-out was just as easy. Be out by 11, send a picture of the mail keys, and that's it. During my stay I did not have any maintenance requests. Items provided in my apartment included dish and laundry soap, toiletries, paper towels, and plenty of bath towels. I bought my own as well, but it was nice having supplies to get me started and would have carried me through had I been on a shorter stay. The stay would have been even better if: Starting the washing machine is not intuitive, and I actually had to watch a YouTube video to figure it out. You have to load it with the power off, close the door, turn the power on, and then press and hold the start button while holding the door closed for a few seconds until the machine starts. It's not just me, because someone else made a video about it. It wouldn't keep me from coming back. Overall great stay, happy with the property, location, and with the seamless interactions I had with Zeus.

Fantastic experience: My Zeus experience was excellent. We stayed in Avalon Meydenbauer in Bellevue for 1.5 months for work. The location is great. The complex is quiet. Excellent neighbors, friendly and respectful. My apartment unit was clean and stylishly furnished.

Negative experience: Where to begin, I suppose a look at the picture from one of the neighbors sums up what this company is all about. Not only does the community nearby suffer from Zeus greed but the tenants themselves as well. The support service can also be summed up as toxic positivity while doing the bare minimum of work only to squeeze you for the most dollars. We moved in because we were desperate and needed somewhere to stay while our apartment was being repaired. There was a deal that was affordable so we took it. Then decided to extend the lease while we searched for better accommodation. When extending the lease the price was jacked astronomically high but we had no choice in the matter and Zeus is an uncaring monolith. We tried to negotiate the price to what we paid originally because of the awful experience we have had, but paying nearly double and taking no accountability sounded better to Zeus. At first we though this was an alright place, although a second set of keys were missing, the walls and floors were dirty, the furniture and walls have marks on them, see pictures. My wife has more we plan to post later. The ac unit was so incredibly loud we cannot sleep with the bedroom door open and when the ac repairman came to change the air filter as we thought that was the problem, the sound somehow got louder. After we complained and another week of pain he was only able to bring the sound back to the original airplane taking off level of noise. We were also unable to get any mail delivered to us in a timely manner. It took Zeus weeks of back and forth with me pressing them daily for them to get me a package I needed for a trip I was taking soon. We ended up getting a po box due to not trusting Zeus with the basics of mail delivery to a tenant. My wife and my experience has been nothing but pain from the toxic positivity from agents at Zeus, Promising help but not delivering until pestered to death about the problems I listed above. In fact I have given up on them fixing anything in the next few weeks as the garbage disposal has also gone out and it is more painful to deal with support than sacrificing cooking. TLDR steer clear of this greedy corporation. They do not care about your living situation, only how much money they can squeeze from you while doing the bare minimum of what is required of a landlord.

Fantastic experience: I’m a traveling healthcare worker and this company and service has been a godsend during my contracts. The apartments are always beautifully decorated, furnished, and functional. It helps that basic utilities are covered, the only thing you have to do is live! It’s fast and easy to book, extend your stay, check in and out, and their customer service reps are excellent and willing to help. I truly enjoyed my stays here and if need be in the future, will use Zeus Living again. I highly recommend to anyone, even all kinds of professionals, transients, travelers, anyone looking to try out a new city for some time.

Fantastic experience: My family and I were staying with Zeus Living for a month in Pleasanton Stoneridge Mall apartments while our new house was getting renovated. It was a wonderful experience: everything as described, any issues we had (not that many) were resolved within 12 hours. Very clean apartment and instructions were on the point. As STVR property manager myself and as a mom of a family that was looking for a short term rental, I highly recommend booking with Zeus Living!

Fantastic experience: I stayed with Zeus Living in an apartment in Seattle for a few months and it was a great experience. I liked the style of the interior/decor, the space was comfortable/inviting and everything I needed (cooking supplies, toaster/electric water kettle, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc) was there. I reached out for assistance on a few things and the staff was quick/responsive. I had a good experience with my stay and I would use them again in the future if needed.

Negative experience: Just don't use. They will make all the excuse to ask more money from you. Here is my experience: I rent a house in bellevue through Zeus. And There is a package delivered 1 day after I checked out. They ask me $200 for handing thay package. Same thing happened when I was using Airbnb. And the host is much nicer that only need a ups label to ship my item. Another thing is Zeus did't return my $500 deposit And request $700 extra cleaning fee. Note: it is a pet friendly house and i never let my dog get on the sofa. They still try to make all excuse to ask more money. In short, use Airbnb instead.

Fantastic experience: We spent 6 weeks living in a Zeus apartment after selling our house. The apartment was well-decorated, comfortably and attractively furnished (bed was super comfortable) and equipped with everything you need. The apartment complex had lots of good amenities (gym, amazon hub and EV charging) and the location was great for restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the freeways. Zeus support staff were very responsive to any questions. We extended our stay twice, a process that was quick and easy to navigate. We highly recommend using Zeus Living for longer stays.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I stayed in a Zeus property in Palo Alto for two months. The apartment was perfect for us and the Zeus team was very responsive throughout our stay. We are happy to recommend renting with Zeus.

Fantastic experience: We recently stayed in a 1 bedroom unit at the Liz and were amazed with the location of the building, the roof top, gym, 24/7 concierge and the tasteful interior decoration of our spacious apartment. The furniture was brand new and there was high speed wifi, cable TV, AC and a big balcony with lovely views. The Zeus Living help team responded immediately to resolve any technical issues. We were so much pleased with our stay that we made a new booking for the fall.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I travel for work and have used them twice for short term leases. We loved our experience with them! Anytime there were issues (not in their control because they rent out apartments through the apartment building) they were so quick to respond and find a solution. The apartment building was a little older but perfect for our needs. The hot water went out and Zeus put us in a hotel until it was fixed. Only 1 night! We wish they were all over the country! Our loss! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Found Zeus living just as corporate sponsored temporary living was coming to an end. We had seen dozens of homes, made offers, and even had deals fall through. It was cost prohibitive to stay where we were, so my husband found Zeus living in San Jose, near a university. The home was comfortably furnished and had all the necessities for a long term stay, pots, pans, etc but also unexpectedly had soaps, laundry detergent and dish detergent, It was on the edge of a park, which was perfect for our dog. I would definitely recommend this service for convenience (checking in and out were a breeze) and quality.

Fantastic experience: This business concept is ideal for people needing a place to live while in the middle of a move but not looking for a fancy vacation rental. We stayed in an apartment complex in Foster City, CA, and found it well stocked and clean with a large functional TV (you use your own subscriptions). We had a few small issues with the apartment and they were fixed quickly by a nice handyman on site and with plenty of communication from the Zeus staff. The price was reasonable for our area except the cost to bring our dog was an additional $500, even hotels charge 1/5 of this for a long-term stay. Thankful this business existed during our hectic move.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at 2 different Zeus living homes in the Bay area and really enjoyed our stays. Whole booking process was smooth. Contacting customer support was also very easy. They responded during the weekend as well. Our maintenance requests were resolved promptly. They provided enough toiletries. One thing I would note is: For extending the lease they should not increase the price a lot specially if customer is willing to extend it by longer period. Overall it would be beneficial for the company as well as customer. Overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: TL; DR: Spent the last 9 months in 3 different Zeus properties, and I highly recommend them if you need a comfortable, reasonably priced longer term stay. Longer version: Our condo was water-damaged in June 2022, and my family (me, spouse, two kids aged 9 and 11) ended up staying in hotels/housesitting from June through August 2022. Lacking a firm date / estimate for when repairs would be completed (and having burnt through our insurance allotment staying in hotels), we began searching for a lower-cost, furnished alternative, and ended up discovering Zeus Living. In September 2022, we stayed in a townhouse (in Magnolia, Seattle, WA) for 5 weeks and loved it (but thinking that construction would be done in October, we only reserved it for 5 weeks); from October 2022 through just before Christmas, we stayed in a house on Mercer Island, WA (and loved the property, but didn't love the commute to Seattle, and thought that construction on our condo would be completed by the end of 2022); and we just spent the last 6 months staying in a Zeus property (in Crown Hill, Seattle, WA -- from December 21 through May 19). In all 3 places, the house matched the pictures of the property. Inside, the furniture was comfortable; sundries were stocked (trash bags, compost bags, hand soap, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent); the residences clean; and everything was reasonably priced ($200 - $400 for a night in a hotel versus about $120-$150 a night for the Zeus property). Each place had a fully functioning kitchen (because, well, they are houses), so we were able to shop/cook like we normally did. I also work remotely, and each residence had an area where I could work effectively from home (a desk, a chair, and fast and reliable WiFi). Support was also great - at each property, I reported a maintenance issue with the place (knobs not working on one of the oven burners at Magnolia; sink not draining at the Mercer Island house; and a circuit tripping in the Crown Hill house when I used the Nespresso machine I brought from home). For each issue I reported, I received a text or call from Tony (the local maintenance guy), and he came and fixed the issue at a time that worked for me (real nice gentleman, too). If I would have known about Zeus at the start of the damage to my condo, I would have booked a Zeus property (because we ended up burning through our insurance allotment by staying in hotels). And should I ever need to find a 30+ day rental, Zeus will be the first place I check.

Fantastic experience: We had a very positive experience renting a house through Zeus Living. The booking, check-in and check-out process were all easy and fast. The condition of the house when we checked-in was great! Their customer service was superb! All staff that we talked to were very professional and helpful! They were very responsive (email, phone calls, text) and were able to accommodate our special requests. We highly recommend Zeus Living!

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed with Zeus living at one of their furnished apartments. I was very impressed to find they had provided everything needed to start a stay. Towels to laundry detergent all taken care of. Their customer service was amazing as well. Had an issue with the vacuum and a new one was delivered in hours. Since I’m relocated with work a lot. the fact that furnished month to month rental options exist is amazing.

Negative experience: I stayed with Zeus in Alexandria. If the review were just based on the apartment it would be five stars, obviously your mileage may vary but the building I was in was a good quiet building and the apartment was clean, well stocked, and modern. Unfortunately for some reason Zeus didn't believe in paying the rent to the building on time, so every month like clockwork I would receive a notice on my door that if rent wasn't paid I would be evicted. They always ended up paying a couple days later, but it just wasn't worth the added stress of every single month wondering whether I'd be removed from the apartment. I always paid my bill to Zeus on time so I'm not sure why they couldn't get their act together and figure out a way to get that money to the building on time.

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at a Zeus Living property in NoHo and was blown away by the experience. From start to finish, the team at Zeus was incredibly professional, attentive, and helpful. The property itself was beautiful and impeccably maintained. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in, thanks to the stylish decor, comfortable furniture, and thoughtful amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook meals, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Thanks for a great stay, Zeus team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve stayed with Zeus multiple times and I have consistently had a good experience working with their staff. The apartments have been well stocked, clean and comfortable. Any issues that came up during my stay were handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend Zeus to anyone looking for a long term stay.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE management company. DO NOT rent from them. Where do I start? The worst is that the charged me $388 from my security deposit because supposedly I took 19 hangers from the closets. Hangers! I was never given an inventory indicating how many hangers were there to start, I was never given an opportunity to return or replace the missing hangers (hangers!). So they absolutely gouged me for this. While living there, my washer broke (the drum just started banging around uncontrollably so probably a suspension rod broken or something) and I put in a service ticket and no one responded to it or acknowledged the ticket was received after nearly 24 hours. This was a big problem because my daughter vomited on her sheets and I needed to clean them (they didn't provide extra sheets) but didn't hear anything for ~24 hours. Also, it looks like these positive reviews are pretty clearly fake/paid/incentivized. Look how they're all similar and they all include multiple photos. Why would anyone post photos to a review unless it was to show how a place looked different than the photos Zeus puts on their sites?

Fantastic experience: We loved our stay with Zeus at The Foundry in Alexandria, VA! The apartment was great, very spacious for a studio. Lots of amenities including a pool, gym, and rooftop terrace. The location was perfect...Wegman's right across the street, 10 minute drive from lots of cute shops and good eats at Old Town Alexandria, and easy access to the metro to go into DC. Zeus was a great host...quick and efficient communication, provided us with all we needed for our 3 month stay. We loved it so much we are going back for another stay!

Fantastic experience: Recently completed a long term (6mo) stay at a Zeus managed property in Palo Alto. We stayed as family of 4 including 2 yr old twins. Zeus did a great job by - making check in and out easy, being very responsive ( 24 hr turnaround) for maintainence requests ( e.g. clogged drain) and ensuring property pics are accurate reflection of property at hand. Would recommend

It was located in Hollywood and was about 15-30 min away from everywhere we planned to go so it was great. It was extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful stay in Coral Gables, FL earlier in March 2023! The unit was clean upon move in with all of the essentials that we needed for our stay. We loved the location - the neighborhood was super quiet but also really close to major streets so we had walking distance access to cool restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Highly recommend “Ittle Litaly” if you’re in the Gables. We didn’t bring a car but I was glad that we could have, as there was a parking space available. The pool was great - anyone going to Miami knows it’s gonna be humid and this trip was no exception! It was great having the option to cool off when we needed to. Booking was easy, the Zeus team was comprehensive and quick to respond, and overall we would definitely book again!

Fantastic experience: 822 Kipling has an amazing location. It's walking distance from downtown Palo Alto which makes it incredibly convenient. Private parking is also right behind the building which is nice because street parking is somewhat limited. The best thing about the interior of the unit is the mattress and pillows which are super comfortable. As always, I enjoyed my stay with Zeus and can't wait to book another home with them. Great spot if you want convenience in Palo Alto.

Negative experience: Cute apartment approximately clean wen I got there. I’m clean freak , so I didn’t use them blanket, or towels or pillows . I changed everything with mine. Bad part of the stay was a night with the car parked in the private spot gated, I got my car windshield broken then they stole working tools from my car. Once I ended my time in the apartment I followed the rules of the check out. Packed my stuff and left. One month after I got an email where they were asking 300 dollars of cleaning carpet and saying i damaged blanket and pillows that I didn’t even used. Because I had mine!!! Bad bad behaviour… i don’t recommend this service to anyone if u don’t want to be tricked!!!!

Negative experience: This company is a scam! Please stay away! I am glad I reserved an apartment via Airbnb so they protected me and compensated everything. Zeus was unable to provide access to their property after booking (lockbox was brocken) while was not willing to return any money. Basically they made me stay homeless for 3 days while still charging me $4200 per month! Joke! No help! They have no refund policy even they will not be able to provide you a place to live you will still end paying. Very good business model but not for customers. Read all the reviews before booking. Good ones probably are fake!

Negative experience: Horrible management at the property in Mountain View, CA. (Madrone apartments). The apartments are good and well maintained. The management of the Clubhouse is a nightmare!! Absolutely incompetent and a disaster… I booked it for a dinner party, it was confirmed with them, but some days after they said it was prebooked by someone else. I asked to my guests to change the date, everything confirmed with Zeus and a lady called Jenny said some days after that it was booked the whole second half of February’23. I moved for the third time my dinner but rechecked with the people at the office at the Madrone apt (some apartments are managed by another company and they are in place). It looked like Jenny lied to me it or she is incompetent because it was open for reservations. Meanwhile I had another reservation for Avery important professional meeting and when I arrived to the place, the room was empty with no furnitures because they were under maintenance. I complained to the people at the office (as I said , not Zeus) and they helped me to book a room in another building 5 minutes driving distance. I’m very serious with my job and should change the address to my guests 5 minutes before the meeting, with the extra stress associated. The next day I received an email from Zeus informing about the maintenance situation at the Clubhouse. We live between Barcelona and Silicon Valley and, for sure, will never rent an apartment with Zeus Living again.

Fantastic experience: Staying at this Zeus unit was perfect from my trip down to Los Angeles. The unit is located in the heart of Koreatown, which had some of the best Korean food I've ever had. Area was cleaner than most of downtown LA as well. The building staff were friendly, and had the procedure on how to check someone into a Zeus unit ironed-out well. I was given a parking pass and a RFID card to open the garage. The unit itself was a typical multifamily unit on the 6th floor. Nothing fancy, but clean and nicely furnished and stocked. Having a laundry machine and dryer in the unit was a life saver as well. Whatever brand of mattress they use is top notch because the bed was extremely comfortable. I also liked that the unit had it's own private patio to step out onto to get some fresh air. I've stayed with Zeus in the past and would definitely do so again. Anyone who's looking for a unit centrally located in LA should book 687 S Hobart Blvd #526, and get some Korean food while you're at it!

Negative experience: TLDR: Check-in process was a nightmare, but apartment was nice with everything we needed (once we were able to get in). Communication prior to the move-in was clear on instructions, however, when I went to follow those instructions I found that Zeus had left the wrong key than the apartment that I was supposed to be staying in. This was at 5:30pm and I spent about 20-30 mins on and off the phone with Zeus customer support who provided zero help. After 30 mins, I alerted the concierge (who was tracking down every possible person she felt could help) that my fiancée and I were going to get dinner since the only communication we could get out of Zeus was "We will provide an update as soon as possible". During dinner, Zeus contacted me and instead of admitting they had left the wrong key asked me to sign another lease and charged my credit card again for the apartment whose key was left at the front desk. Luckily I was refunded for this 4 days after, but they admitted post-debacle that this should not have happened. When we returned at 8:30pm to check in again, the concierge had not been updated by Zeus of the change and I was forced to get in contact with Zeus again to confirm the apartment. They still had not updated the apartment in the system, and the customer service representative added that I had not purchased parking (which I did). It took another 30-40 mins to have the situation sorted out between the apartment building and Zeus albeit still no parking. Luckily the concierge was kind enough to offer parking for the night in a spot she knew I would not be towed. I received a call the next day that described the situation as "bugs in the system." Unacceptable reason to not coordinate with the apartment building and because of that I will probably never stay with Zeus again. The apartment is very nice and the company has great potential, but operations are too decentralized and when things go wrong they showed that it is difficult to make things right in a timely fashion. Positives: Apartment is nice, building has great amenities, great location Negatives: Zeus Customer Service is great at calling the customer, but awful at coordinating with the apartment building. Had they coordinated with the building instead of continuing to try and update me, this would have been figured out faster.

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at the Sitka apartments during my stay in Seattle. I rented this place towards the end of the year and it was a great experience. Getting into the building was confusing at first but after that the directions were very clear as to how to get the keys to enter the apartment building as well as directions to get to your unit. The unit itself was very pleasant and close to the elevator. Very easy to find. Very spacious area that was very cozy to hang and lounge around in. The rooftop lounge at top was a bonus to watch the Space Needle fireworks. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent stay at the Sunnyvale apartment! The central location was perfect for us - it was easy to get to all of the places we wanted to visit, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The apartment itself was fully stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfy - we slept like a dream every night! Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic stay at the Marina Del Ray property! The responsive service was excellent - anytime we had a question or needed something, the hosts were quick to respond and happy to help. The property itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group. We especially appreciated the close proximity to the beach - it was just a short walk away and made for a great vacation. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

But, it was really a wonderful experience and I'm glad that I chose this. The property was amazing, fully packed with essentials. Fantastic experience: I lived at a Zeus located at 150 East 57th in New York this past fall and would highly recommend! A true oasis conveniently located in the middle of the big apple. The unit was pristine and well-equipped with the essentials needed to make my stay seamless. The doormen were exceptional and the check-in and check-out process with Zeus couldn't be easier. I look forward to staying in another Zeus in the near future!

Negative experience: I would like to bring forth and make everyone aware of what they are going to be dealing with while renting through Zeus. I am currently staying at the airbnb rental (3517 Alden way Unit 20) ran by Zeus. My roommate and I are travel nurses and was hoping to stay at a clean, functioning, and quiet home, but we have encountered many issues since staying here. We have contacted Zeus many times and they have sent people out here to fix some of the issues. The staff have been nice to contact with, but the staggering amount of issues and constant foot traffic has made it difficult for us to reside here. Our main problem is we both work graveyard shift (7pm-7am), meaning we sleep during the day. It is frustrating having maintenance constantly come out and having to wake us up for multiple issues over common household items that are being used daily and that shouldn't keep happening. So far, maintenance has been out to our airbnb at least 7 times since we've stayed at this rental (1.5 months). We understand that issues/breakdowns happen, but the fact that nothing is going right in this rental is frustrating me the most. I have stayed at many rentals and never encountered as many issues as I have here: - Our shower barley/not draining/clogged. - Our bathroom skin barley/not draining/clogged. - Our dishwasher not washing or draining properly. - Our toilet running continuously or not flushing, which they have sent out at least 3 different plumbers/maintenance to fix this issue, each one replaced a part. And my roommate and I had to manually flush the toilet for a while. - Our biggest issue is cockroaches. Yes, COCKROACHES, you read correctly!! I have encountered many since staying here and I'm beyond disgusted at the price I'm paying to stay at an infested rental! They sent someone to just put powder in our sinks/drains, thinking they are coming from there but a few days later I saw some more cockroaches. Obviously, this did not do the trick. This place needs to be SPRAYED down and hired by professional exterminators. I am highly upset because I do not want to bring this into my home. This shouldn't even be an issue to begin with. I've been having issues breathing in this home and bought an air purifier, vacuumed the place and put a large box fan in my window in hopes to circulate/clean the air. I originally thought it might have been mold, but now I'm wondering if it is the pests that's making it difficult for me to breathe every morning. I've reported this infestation Sep 16th and they FINALLY sent someone on Nov 4th (after we moved out) to officially place bait. IT TOOK THEM 7 WEEKS!! My roommate and I washed all of our clothes (5 hours and 7 large loads later) in attempts to not bring them to our home... and guess where I found some of the cockroaches at... When it came to terms of moving out of the rental, we were told that WE would have to pay for a cancelation fee through airbnb, as if staying in a health hazardous rental wasn't enough. After a long discussion, they stated if we wanted to move out, we would have to let them know our decision within THREE DAYS. Do you know how hard it is to find rental within 3 days to stay at for 2 months at a reasonable/affordable price? How unaccommodating. It seems like Zeus needs to update their policies because they seem money hungry. I would give them a -1000 rating if I could. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Negative experience: I secured a 3 month lease in Seattle at the Orion property at 910 John St. Apt. 316. There were many difficulties in the initial days. The code that was given to me did not open the door to the property because it was wrong on the check-in instruction. The openers for garage did not work and Zeus did nothing to rectify the situation. They simply told me to replace the batteries and they would reimburse me the cost. When that did not work they simply instructed me to take the matter up personally with the apartment staff. I did not have access to the garage for 4 days as a result and had to try to find street parking. Also the wifi in the apartment was not set up properly and it did not work for over a week. Finally after several days of requesting help a technician had to come and fix it. So I was without wifi and televisión for over a week. Also the apartment was very dirty with human and pet hair from previous renters still all over the floors and furniture and bathrooms. After about two weeks staying there, I started to notice some itching and bites on my legs, torso and neck. After a few more days pass, I awaken with large grouped bites all over my chest and neck. The next day I saw bed bugs on the couch and mattress in the bedroom. I alerted the company via telephone, email and text and was told the matter would be escalated to senior staff but did not hear back the day afterward and was told nothing would be done until an inspector came out two days later. I sent the company pictures of the bedbugs, the dirty apartment and the bites on my skin (see below) So I was expected to stay in a known infested apartment for another 2 more days until they could send someone. As of this writing the matter has to be resolved and I am forced to find a hotel to sleep in because Zeus refuses to provide any other remedy. So beware, Zeus properties may be infested with bedbugs and filth and they will not resolve or make any priority to provide a safe space or conduct business in an ethical manner.

Fantastic experience: I stayed in a Zeus Living unit a few weeks ago, and just wow!! I stayed in the 210 Wall St building and the view from the Sky Lounge was amazing!! The place had great furniture, and was well set up to maximize the space of the unit. The building makes it feel like you're in a hotel, but the unit really felt like home while I was there. Anything and everything I needed for my stay was already there too!! Will definitely use them anytime my travels take me somewhere for an extended time!! Check em out!!

Negative experience: I am a homeowner working with Zeus. Establishing the business relationship went well and they did a nice job furnishing the house and communicating earlier this year. As someone else noted, October payments were not paid on time, and paid to me on October 31st. They had sent a communication that this would happen, but with no explanation. They are now 3 days late with my November payment, and after multiple attempts I have not been able to speak with anyone there. This is not the service level I should be receiving, especially since there are tenants in the home paying Zeus.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend! My husband and I stayed at a Zeus home in San Francisco in the beautiful Glen Park neighborhood. The view of the city from the back deck was phenomenal. It has panoramic views of South San Francisco. It has everything we needed to work from home comfortably. It was quiet, clean, and our stay was easy and seamless. Will be looking to stay in a Zeus property for our next vacation.

Fantastic experience: Stayed in Orion apartment last month in Seattle. It was an absolute blast to have a ready-to-live place in a city I don't know much about. The home was full of comfy furnitures and amenities. And the cookware was ready for all kinds of meals we were preparing. I also liked bedding products such as sheets and pillows. The place gets plenty of sunlight from both south and west facing windows, making the place well lit during a day and evening. It also has a gym and a rooftop clubhouse where residents could use to throw small parties and bbq with friends and family, although I didn't get a chance during my stay. It was conveniently located in South Lake Union where Whole Foods and H-district is within 5 mins of walk, making grocery shopping very easy. A 15-minute walk to Lake Union or Space Needle was also a plus. Overall, I enjoyed staying with Zeus and look forward to staying in one again when I have a chance.

Fantastic experience: Just had a stay at one of Zeus property in SFO this weekend! The place was easy to find and had parking outside, and was super cute too. Really enjoyed my stay as the place was stylish, clean and also sooooo spacious! Came with our own kitchen, living room, bathrooms with tubs. The beds were comfy to sleep on. Appreciated the fast wifi too for work calls. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recently rented a 3 bedroom townhouse in Fort Lauderdale from Zeus which was was wonderful but the best part was the Zeus Living tea! Anytime we had a question Zeus was ready to provide an answer. Everything inside the property was high-end, from the appliances in the kitchen, the televisions, the beds etc. Lastly, the location could not be beat. I will definitely be booking with Zeus again soon.

Fantastic experience: Stayed in 2800 Western Ave for my trip to Seattle and it was just a perfect choice for a getaway! The bedding was luxury and comfy; living room area was spacious and cozy. Cookware was fully set up in the kitchen, which made easy to whip up a hand-made dinner. The location was also fantastic. Olympic Sculpture park was right across the corner and I loved strolling around the park in the morning, enjoying the scenery. If you're looking for vibrance, I would recommend to walk up to Belltown and it just takes 5 minutes. Overall, I was fully satisfied with Zeus unit and am willing to book again in near future!

Fantastic experience: I decided to stay in a Zeus unit for the first time on my trip to New York as I was looking for a comfortable place that felt like a home away from home. Zeus team did a great job in making sure all my needs were met and that the place was to me liking. The home and building was well maintained and had everything I needed and more for my stay. I was able to cook immediately given the kitchen and utensils that were available for me to use. Everything felt clean and had a touch of high quality. I think my favorite thing was the easy booking process. After picking my home and paying, a super detailed house manual was emailed to me. I was impressed that they included details regarding where to turn in directions, what to look for, and where to get what I needed. I did not need to chat with any person but was given contact information from Zeus if I had issues/troubles. I would stay in another Zeus unit again.

Fantastic experience: I was absolutely satisfied with the 3BR house at 1802 Mason st booked through Zeus Living! First off, the location was superb. Its neighborhood, North Beach, was felt exceptionally secure, considering safety issues in the city. Also there were a plenty of choices of decent Italian restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias to enjoy. I bought a nicely ground Italian roast from Graffeo and shopped food from a grocery right across the house -- which all became a part of super delightful experiences of literally "living" in San Francisco. It was very easy to access Caltrain, BART, and other parts of the city right from the house. It was only a 20-min walk to Pier 39 and Alcatraz boarding. The house itself was beautifully decorated with lovely artworks and comfortable furnitures. Essential equipment for cooking was already provided in the kitchen, kept very clean and well organized. Bedding was incredibly comfy for full 8 hours of sound sleep. Living room area was spacious and quiet enough to focus on any kind of important tasks like working or job interviewing. It was just like I could have lived here for years, not going out. Overall, highly enjoyable and recharging stay in a nicely designed, peaceful place! Would definitely stay again, and also recommend Zeus living to any of my friends who are willing to visit San Francisco.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional experience - everything was turnkey and easy to use and have zero issues. The apartment was clean with new appliances and an extremely comfortable bed. The amenities were great as well - everything from the gym and working center to the concierge (who actually went outside and chased down a delivery person for me who went to the wrong address at 11pm)

Fantastic experience: I booked through Zeus Living for my recent visit to New York. The accommodations surpassed my expectations. The apartment was incredibly spacious, especially by New York standards. The living room was perfect for hosting movie nights with friends, and the kitchen included all the necessary appliances for cooking a comforting meal at home. The apartment was clean upon arrival and fully stocked with everything I needed. There was plenty of storage space, the WiFi worked well, and the view of Manhattan from my apartment was breathtaking. The Zeus employee I was in contact with during my stay was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She answered all of the questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I will definitely continue to book through Zeus Living in the future!

Fantastic experience: While working remote I decide to live in San Diego to get a feel for the city, I found Zeus online and their booking process was quick and easy, we had a confirmed stay within a day. Our home on Market St. was in the perfect location. Check in was easy and parking was very convenient for down town building. We were within walking distance to all of the shops and Petco Park. Our home was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfy! I was sad that we had to leave and will look to use Zeus again in the future. 10/10 would use again

Positive experience: Update: We ended up still cancelling a large remaining part of our reservation and Zeus has refunded us for the days that they were able to book it out. Increased review to 3 stars because I understand that everyone was just trying to do their job and hopefully this is not a normal occurance. No one at Zeus asked me to update this review, I just appreciate that the people we talked to did what they could and gave us a refund. Unfortunately this has been a horrible experience. My family and I were moving down to San Diego and needed temporary housing until our house was ready. Not only did Zeus cancel our reservation for the first few days, only 3 hours before we were supposed to check in, they did not help us find other accomodations. We had just landed with a ton of luggage as we were moving, along with our 2 pets. Stranded at the airport, we had to scramble to find a last minute place to stay. When we called to say that we were unhappy with their service, they refused to let us cancel any remaining part of our reservation and give us a refund. They let us know that the reason for the 3 day delay was because the previous renter left the place in shambles. Which sucks, but they really did not offer much customer service and just pushed the problem onto us, their next clients. They "covered" the cost of our stay at the other place for the 3 days they displaced us stating that they "already covered more than the original stay" BUT of course it cost more. We had to book last minute during a very busy weekend in San Diego. This whole situation would have been forgivable if they were willing to give us a pro-rated refund for the stay but they refused to offer any assistance.

Fantastic experience: I had the joy of staying at a Zeus Living property in Washington DC. The apartment was suitable and pleasant in every way! The furniture was beautiful and looked brand new, the apartment was very clean and the building had lots of extra rooms (club house, gym, rooftop) which was an awesome bonus. On top of the, the Zeus Living staff team was super responsive - everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful and very fast. Would definitely stay with them again!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of staying at one of the Zeus properties in North Miami Beach this past weekend and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! It definitely made me feel right at home and had all the essentials we needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Definitely can’t wait for my next stay!

Fantastic experience: Wow! I stayed with Zeus at 1059 Union St Apt K when I was in San Francisco for work and had an amazing experience. We recently made the move from SF to NYC and this apartment made us feel right at home in our old city as soon as we got there. The beds were comfortable (I even checked the mattress — considering getting a matching one!), my wife loved the artwork and the desk in the living room overlooked the community fountain. I love to cook and was able to get right to it as soon as we bought groceries, which was pretty quick considering the nearby markets! The neighborhood is, in my opinion, one of the best in the city with incredible views of the Bay (check out that shot of Alcatraz taken just as you walk out of the front gate!). The apartment community that Apt K is in is also well appointed, with fresh flowers outside every unit, a peaceful fountain and plenty of space. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Zeus and can't wait until my next trip so I can stay with them again!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful stay in North Hollywood in a 2 bedroom. Extremely clean, comfortable bed, and great location! Was able to have some friends over to watch the fireworks on the 4th from the rooftop patio! Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience: First time staying with Zeus Living and it was a great stay. Location was great, near Wall St station (5 mins walk) and the views from the apartment were amazing. It was very clean prior to my arrival and was stocked with all the essentials. Would stay again and recommend to others with short term work assignments in New York.

Fantastic experience: We stayed with Zeus Living in the LA area and it was great. The unit was well furnished and had all essential items we expected. The unit was in a quiet neighborhood and was located near many restaurants/stores. Would highly recommend Zeus to my friends in the future.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with Zeus Living and certainly not my last! My family and I booked a property 20 minutes away from the Portland area off Canton Street and it was such a spacious house. What made it better is that I was able to bring my dog with me. With only being familiar with an AirBnB type of service, I can say that this was a different experience as far as a whole world of comfort level. The directions were clear for all aspects regarding the property. Getting inside of the house was a breeze and parking was very accommodating. The home was lovely in itself with a great master bedroom that had a huge bathtub that all the more made the experience that much better. I will continue to use Zeus and also recommend this service to colleagues and friends!

Fantastic experience: stayed in my second Zeus home. This time in Seattle! This home is in an awesome building! There are awesome features like an amazing rooftop terrace, gym that offers personal training, a dog run, and a lounge. This is a great space to be in if you want to feel close to the Seattle experience as there are a lot of museums, sightseeing spots, Pike Place Market, the light rail, and restaurants nearby. One of my favorites was the Korean market attached to the building where I could pick up a quick lunch during my workday. Would definitely stay in this building again!

Fantastic experience: We stayed with Zeus Living in the LA area and it was great! The apartment decor is amazing and modern. We love that there is a desk setup for a work from home environment. Overall, the apartment has all the essentials that we needed to make ourselves comfortable. There was a little hiccup when checking in but customer support was easy and fast. The manual that Zeus provided was accurate and detail-oriented. I would definitely stay with them again.

Fantastic experience: Loved my stay with Zeus in Oakland! The building has nice amenities, the room feels very comfy and tastefully designed. The most important thing is that I can’t find a furnished rental like this anywhere else. Absolutely will stay with Zeus again in other cities. Just guaranteed comfort

Fantastic experience: Wow! Five stars is not nearly enough. The apartment was clean, elegant, and comfortable. Every amenity was as described. Beautifully decorated. From check in to check out, the experience was easy and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay with Zeus and loved getting to experience our new city (Philadelphia) from such a perfect home base. Loved the rooftop deck and the cafe right next to the building. I will be recommending Zeus to any friends relocating or in need of an extended home away from home. Loved it!

Fantastic experience: Suuuuper cute and roomy 3BRhouse in San Diego. It was in a very quiet area, felt safe, the neighbors were friendly. It was the perfect home for me and my girls to stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the sofa was very comfortable and fit the large space nicely. It had central A/C, ceiling fans in every room, and a spacious backyard. 10/10 would book again.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I stayed at 5008 Morrison Ct in Los Angeles recently and had an exceptional experience. The townhouse was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything I needed—including dedicated workspaces and a two-car garage, which is rare in the city. The home has a balcony off the living space, which brings in a ton of natural light, plus an incredible roofdeck which was perfect to entertain friends and enjoy the California sunshine. The location is convenient, with fun bars like Idle Hour in walking distance, along with my personal favorite—Crafted Bagels and Donuts. The communication with the Zeus team was seamless and the process of checking in and out couldn't have been easier. I look forward to staying here again when I have another extended trip to L.A. for work.

Fantastic experience: Zeus living hosted my stay while I was in Miami for work and let me say that the comfortability of home, the responsiveness of the team, and the location made this the perfect stay. I especially enjoyed the pool and the decor - I didn't grab the best pic but there was a painting of a beautiful brown goddess that went perfectly with the ascetic and made me smile every morning! I will recommend Zeus to ALL of my friends and colleagues!

Fantastic experience: We had a very pleasant stay at one of Zeus' locations. The house was equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms etc.. we felt exactly like home. Definitely would rent from Zeus again!
