Fantastic experience: I've worked with Sagar at Azari for a little over a year now. He assists us with our maintenance requests and has been very helpful and supportive in trying to get various issues resolved. There have been some repairs that have required multiple follow-up appointments and Sagar is good at keeping on top of problems until they are fixed.

Fantastic experience: We've been clients of Azari PM for the past fifteen years, and I have nothing but praise for them. The team has been quite helpful in getting us the best tenants no matter what time of the year. Our last tenant left right after Thanksgiving weekend. Upon his departure, the team at Azari PM worked nonstop to secure us a new customer who fit our criteria. To our surprise due to market conditions, their tireless effort guaranteed us a new tenant by Christmas. Customer service at Azari PM does not end with securing new tenants. Their twice-a-year inspection of the unit and direct communication with us has helped us to keep up our place in excellent shape despite being in rental market for the past five years. Additionally, their maintenance coordinator, Abi, is a phenomenal coordinator. She ensures our unit remains in top shape and our tenants fully satisfied, which in turn guarantees our unit remains occupied. We're so pleased with Azari PM's overall services that we have referred them to both family and friends interested in working with property management companies to rent out their places.

Negative experience: I used them to manage the rental of my condo for about 1.5 years and was not happy with the service. They gave me an incorrect 2024 tax form which led to me wasting a lot of time on the phone with FTB trying to figure out my taxes. They didn’t properly manage my tenants’ move out and did not have a documented move in report. So now that my tenants have moved out there is no clear evidence of the property condition when they moved in. The owner Manzar Azari was very quick to wipe her hands clean of the move out process once the inspection was done even though repairs were necessary. This property manager didn’t even bother to ask the tenants how to refund the deposit. Take your business elsewhere and work with a responsible property management company that takes ownership of mistakes rather than trying to avoid all responsibility.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an emergency in my unit and Manzar, the owner of Azari property management, acted quickly as soon as she found out. All vendors and repair came as soon as they could. And they were respectful and corteous. She was very helpful because I was still in shock and alot of my mental energy went towards mitigating and saving whatever I could from the damage. She spent most of her Saturday making her self available and checking in with me. She does her best as a liason between the tenant and the renter as she should. Good business owners are ones that are willing to step in take responsibilities into their own hands to make sure everyone has what they need. She checked in with me the following day as well. Thankful she was willing to interrupt her weekend to take care of things.

Negative experience: UPDATE- they have continuously harassed me since this review, asking me to change my review to 5 stars (not remove the review, but create a false one) i am very conflicted writing this review, because some quality individuals are being hurt by their supervisors bad behavior…. but in the end i would not recommend this company to anyone. jen went above and beyond during a last min application and she was very responsive throughout the entire process. i appreciate all her efforts, although she did fail to include some important information in the lease, that i provided to the team MULTIPLE times, which has caused quite a headache for me to rectify after the fact. it took them 6 months to get my condo rented, despite 2 other units in my building getting listed and rented in the time my unit sat on the market. the CFO had the audacity to tell them they are “the best” and if they can’t rent my unit, no one can. well obviously that’s not true. one of their agents completely disregarded all my hoa rules and regulations and had to be removed from my listing. she came in telling you everything you want to hear but was dishonest and deceptive. we had a tenant back out the day the lease was supposed to start, and it took them an entire week to start showing my unit again. i received confusing and unhinged emails from the CFO that were so riddled with typos they were almost illegible. i had to chase them down weekly for updates. the lease closed on jan 26 and i still have not received the payment from them, (it’s been a full 7 days), despite the fact that they wanted all payments to them completed immediately- in fact it was the only time they contacted me promptly. i feel like they are also manipulative in getting their reviews- despite the fact that an entire team works on your unit, only the leasing agent (who is least involved) asks for a review. she is very nice and in my option the most competent on the team, which leads to high reviews, but overall my experience was definitely below 2 stars.

Negative experience: very disorganized and it took them over 2 month to set up my account only to tell me that the title contained additional owners which was very clear from the documents provided in week 2 of hiring this company. The 'owner portal' has limited functionality and offers no information to keep you up to date as to the status of utilities collection and payment. i had to follow up multiple times to get tasks complete or communications sent to tenants through epic.

Negative experience: We rented our townhouse with them a while back. When it was smooth and they needed to just collect the check it was fine. Tenant started to create issues with a neighbor and they completely deflected any type of responsibility on addressing the issues to us. They only look after making easy bucks for themselves, created a lot of trouble and stress for us in addition to negative economic impact to us. Since Google won’t allow responding to the false claims in your answer, I will respond by editing the review - Manzar in your team managed our property on Topaz Way for 2 years, 2021 - 2022. If you don’t have any record in your system, it speaks volumes about your system and your records.

Fantastic experience: After recent events, I felt it was important to update my review of Manzar and her amazing team. Following a PG&E power cutoff in my area, I discovered that my fridge had stopped working when the power was restored. Although I was instructed to submit a ticket, I contacted Azari Management via text and email, and they took immediate action to address my issue. The follow-up from this team was incredible. Each member is dedicated to resolving problems promptly and keeping you informed about progress, even outside of regular hours and on weekends. I was also very fortunate to receive advice directly from their CEO regarding the steps I should take with my landlord for the loss and inconvenience caused by the fridge malfunction and resulting food waste. I am truly grateful for everything they have done, including providing a brand-new fridge to keep in my garage while my original one is being repaired. Fantastic experience: Our condominium HOA has been working with Nic, Kelly, Keith, and Genie for over six months. They have been very responsive and professional and I can highly recommend them. It takes some time to get used to — and for the homeowners to get used to — dealing with the three divisions, Accounting, Maintenance, and Administration, but in the end it makes so much sense not to have all of the responsibilities put onto a single "project manager." We now have three experts in their individual areas.

Fantastic experience: The process of applying and getting approved for a lease was seamless and easy. Roya was very helpful in answering all of my questions promptly and respectfully and, while working with her, I felt supported and respected throughout. Everyone I've interacted with is capable, competent, helpful and responsive. Every service request I've made has been addressed promptly. I highly recommend working with this company!

Negative experience: This management company is incompetent to manage any real estate and therefore not in service to their customers. They are actually doing disservice to their customers and getting paid for it! I will be reporting them to the Department of Real Estate for breaking their fiduciary duties to the customers. Whoever holds their Real Estate License should be concerned for having this team of ignorant people running the company. They are hired to advise property owners helping them in compliance. They don’t do any of that allowing the owners to act out of their legal rights and responsibilities breaking all laws in place. On the other hand they think they can run the show pretending they know what they’re doing but it takes 10sec of reading the law to see how far out of the law regulations they are and just plain ignorant. They try ordering owners to allow access to their homes against all written laws and they still play clueless. Maintenance of the building if left to them is worthless of money they take. Their knowledge of running the properties or dealing with people is nonexistent. If you would like your property to be on foreclosure or have legal issues - Azari Property Management is perfect for it. I would not hire them ever to run anything.

Positive experience: Nic, Kelly, Genie and the Azari team have been good to work with. Although the initial transition from one management company over to Epic/Azari was slower than expected, the team has made a good effort to adjust, and be flexible to address our building and HOA management requirements. The biggest challenge is that their team operates in a fairly siloed manner based on roles and responsibilities (e.g. accounting vs project management, onboarding) with no single account/building owner who is on top of all activities, projects, etc. This sometimes feels disjointed and can be challenging to ensure quick turn-arounds on multiple ongoing building needs. The Azari team however is friendly, mostly responsive, and appears to be doing their best. Although there is room for improvement based on the feedback we have shared directly with the team, most importantly, the Azari team has high integrity. They are transparent and trustworthy, which was not the case with our last management company.

Fantastic experience: The team at Epic Realty/ Azari Property Management have taken over the management of our HOA for the last month. We are incredibly impressed with their responsiveness and overall transparency. I would also extend a special mention to Kelly Hurtado — Azari PM’s maintenance manager. Our building has had a series of issues (mostly vandalism related) and Kelly has risen to the occasion and ensuring that everything is in top shape. Finally, Jen Perales, who is part of the property management team, has been an a great partner (for managing the handful of rentals in the building). I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in renting their unit out.

Fantastic experience: Nic was great! I meant to share this a couple of months ago when he first helped me, but I got so busy and time ran away from me! He made everything so easy to take care of. Fantastic experience: I work with Nic, Azari, for our HOA accounting services. His timely responses and turnaround time (within 24 hours) to my question (s) regarding our monthly financials is a relief. Never once have I had to re-mail him about something that was unanswered. He is efficient and can guide anyone with understanding, skill, and proficiency in understanding the amount in question. It's always like "got it." Totally understand. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

Negative experience: Due to the incompetence of epic and not updating the portal. I was hit with a fat bill saying I was late with rent. When they are at fault. Epic if by far the worst management company I’ve experienced. Issues with leaks in the room took forever. My living room is still getting wet cause the out side wood is rotting and still hasn’t been repaired. Technically I’m supposed to receive compensation for not having a room to sleep in. Also had to deal With loud machine running. And an extremely large pge bill thanks to the dryers and dehumidifier. This company has constantly ignored me and hardly ever responds. Plus the owner lady has an attitude.
