Fantastic experience: I’m a traveling medical professional and I decided to sell my home to make life on the road a bit easier. I needed a realtor that could work with me from afar and outsource any necessary updates, repairs, inspections etc. I chose to work with Stephanie Cleason from Duncan Duo Team because their office was just down the street and I figured at some point their close proximity might come in handy. Which ultimately proved true when my electronic lock failed one day and I needed them to let me in. My house was in pretty good shape and but my title situation was not. Stephanie was able to coordinate minor repairs with local contractors and also get me in touch with an affordable lawyer to help settle my title issues. Overall my experience with the Duncan Duo was great and I’d be happy to recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: Andre Harrell is the best real-estate agent I have ever worked. He helped my wife and I find a new home in only a few weeks. He dealt with all our crazy requests. He helped negotiate with the builder to get the optimum that was agreeable to all. He coordinated with the builder to get punch out items resolved. I could not be more please and I am a difficult person to please. Andre thank you so much. I honestly thought we would be looking for a few more months.

Negative experience: Our agent scared us into thinking home wouldn’t sell and offered to buy cash as-is, no repairs quick close. We received another similar deal $100k higher. They High pressured my wife, she’s disabled by the way, into their horrible offer. I offered DD $10k to back out of deal. Nope. Trusted advisor huh. They pocked our $100k in equity plus all the back end fees for internal closers. Never again.they knew we made a mistake agreeing to lowball offer yet closed regardless

Fantastic experience: Trish from Duncan Duo did a fantastic job helping my wife and I move from Singapore to the US and find our new dream home in Sarasota. I can highly recommend her and the team for their hard work, experience, integrity and knowledge of the industry.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Duncan Duo , first my original realtor was great but then was changed to an unprofessional and irresponsible lady , I said this because make an appointment for 1/2/2025 then I canceled cuz I wasn’t back home yet (due to a family matter) and text her on the first explaining and still waiting for her answer so I didn’t receive any answer from Trisha. Not even a reply to let me know Duncan Duo is not interested, or acknowledge my text. Glad didn’t sign a new contract after mine expired on 09/24.

Fantastic experience: Just want to say thanks to Chuck Blankenship and Lisa Shea for all their help with our recent purchase. They were always available when we had questions and kept us informed on every detail. Our calls, texts and emails were always answered quickly and that is rare in this busy age. Excellent teamwork.
