I left the country to travel while my home was listed, and Chris managed every single detail from the other side of the globe. Despite the massive time zone difference, his communication was flawless and I felt completely insulated from the typical stress of selling a home. He didn't just "list" the house; he took total ownership of it. When we discovered the house needed work, he coordinated a full roof installation and expertly negotiated for the payment to be handled at closing rather than upfront, protecting my cash flow while I was abroad. He kept the place pristine and navigated a very difficult down market to secure a rapid sale where others might have failed. When the buyers didn't want the furniture I had left behind, Chris single-handedly arranged for its sale and removal. He even went as far as physically helping the buyers move furniture to ensure the transition was seamless. This level of dedication is unheard of. Chris doesn’t just collect a commission; he earns it through relentless hard work. If you want a realtor who treats your home—and your money—like his own, Chris is the only choice.

Fantastic experience: Best Realtor!! Looking for property in Florida from out of state - read reviews on realtors in the area. Based on previous reviews we chose Chris. We wanted someone who was experienced, easy to work with and willing to look at 30 properties in 3 days. Chris scheduled and previewed the locations prior to our arrival in town. He guided us through the purchase process and made everything very simple (inspector, title company, insurance company, utilities….) Fantastic experience: Chris was recommended to us by a mutual friend who knew him and felt that he would be able to provide us with the service that we needed. We inherited a house in St. Pete, and living in NJ, would not be available for the numerous meetings and inspections required for the sale. Chris handled everything in our absence, scheduling repairs that were needed, hosting open houses, keeping us informed on the progress, and after the sale, helping to get rid of the remaining furniture. Chris even volunteered to send us a few small items that remained in the house, never asking for anything. Everything was done as part of the great service that we received. We found Chris to be very knowledgeable regarding property values, and the final offer price for the house was very close to the listing price. In that experience he went above and beyond to show us countless properties spread over a few weeks, despite the drive time, and low value we were looking for.
