Negative experience: Here is warning for every buyer: Be ready for hidden fees!!! So called transaction fee! Awful! No way I will get back to this agency!

Negative experience: Oh man.. where to begin. We used Zillow that set us up with a realtor from this specific company. We had 2 viewings set up back to back. We were at the first house early waiting for the realtor. The realtor texted us saying that her husband would be the one showing us the houses. This man is not a realtor. He showed up late, couldn’t tell us anything about the property or the location. We then went to the next property and we were unable to even look at the location because of unknown reasons. He couldn’t find the key into the home, maybe it was misplaced? Was an overall terrible experience and we switch realtors that night.

My mother introduced me to Tabatha who introduced me to Erin whom were both of great help. Tabatha kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions I had about anything. Both ladies are very informative and hospitable. Over sent Tabatha multiple houses that i was interested and she explained why i did or did not want to go with any certain house whether for commute or good area in general with regard to crime or the like. I was moving from another state to florida and the job I bc was getting fell through but Tabatha stuck with me and was patient and still to this day helps me find houses for when I am ready.
