During the open house I casually inquired about the HOA for the condo. By Monday I was surprised to have received a folder of documents from Jeffrey with all the HOA docs to my inbox. So, when the realtor we were initially working with blew us off, I immediately thought of Jeffrey and reached out to ask if he would be willing to help us find a condo for my mother and daughter; he was very eager to help. Fantastic experience: My husband and I had been considering relocating from Brandon to St. Petersburg when we decided to go to some open houses and as well as look at some other properties. We went on Zillow to schedule some viewings and that's when Catherine from Clarke Realty reached out to us almost immediately. She met up with us within a couple of hours with all of the information about the houses we wanted to view in hand. She also mentioned some other homes that she had shown before based on what we told her we were looking for. Catherine spent half of the day showing us the homes we wanted to see and even met us the next day for a home that we weren't able to view right away. We appreciated all the effort and time she put into helping us. Things happened very quickly and we found a home that we wanted to make an offer on. The problem was we had to sell our current home. Catherine mentioned to us that Clarke Realty would be able to assist us with both the purchasing and selling process. We weren't really prepared for all of the work it was going to take to make this transition happen. Jeffrey from Clarke Realty came out to our house to meet with us about selling our home of 23 years in Brandon. He was very confident we would have no problem selling and that it would not be on the market long. We put the house on the market on a Friday and he arranged for us to do an Open House on Sunday. We had six offers all over the asking price by Tuesday. Jeffrey's knowledge of the market was spot on. We did run into a couple of issues on our end and both Catherine and Jeffrey guided us through them with everything working out for us in the end. There's so many different pitfalls, terminology, deadlines, documents and "personalities" you have to deal with, especially from the lender. So happy I went with Clarke Realty!
