Experiencia negativa: Hao Dang - Do not suggest for any luxury listing. I had a $8MM waterfront listing and contract with Hao for 120 Days. Hao failed to bring any offers, I received none. He will also not invest any of funds for marketing/advertisement. All you can expect is for him to post on MLS, Zillow, Redfin, etc. all of the free sites. The commission he would receive if the sold the house would be great, but he would rather let the property sit during prime time to sell/market because he will not spend a dime. Hao himself also stated a one-story would be great to get from my builder to sell the home and when I communicated the drawings would be part of the marketing package, he provides he then retracted his statement because he did not want to pay for it. Not one offer brought, and not one penny spent for a $8MM listing. Do not suggest for any luxury home listings.

Lan is an expert on Real estate in the Seattle / Eastside area. He grew up here which was a huge plus as he has a lot of local knowledge about the various cities. He was attentive in listening to our descriptions of the kind of home we wanted to purchase (good schools and community, short commute, etc) and helped us form a criteria to look for homes by. He even pointed out certain things that we hadn't thought of before, like how backyards can be great for families with young kids. The backyard is now one of the things we look forward to the most in the home we purchased. He was quick to answer our numerous questions, about build quality, communities, school districts, getting under contract, prices, mortgage and appraisals, and we found his opinions to be extremely well informed. In this highly time-sensitive market, proactiveness, availability and knowledgeable guidance of the agent is key. Cristina was very proactive in filtering and sending relevant new listings as soon as they became available. She was highly available and approachable to respond to questions, and schedule tours quickly at our convenience, including early/late in the days and weekends. She proactively reached out and found out additional information about properties as much as available (e.g. inspection reports, HOA documents, etc.), read through them attentively, highlighted the key pros and cons to note about the property, and what they would mean to us as buyers in terms of quality, anticipated work to be done, etc. (they can run into tens of pages, and can be hard to navigate for the uninitiated).
