He and his team helped in many ways we didn't even know were available. He didn't just list our house, he helped us get ready, offering his personal guidance on what buyers are looking for, helped us find a good selling price for our market, arranged for a cleaning crew and a professional photographer, and the open house. All we had to do was get out if the way! Just 6 days after listing, we received an offer for more than our asking price! Jerome was also extremely helpful in finding our new home, very quick to respond to our calls and texts, and so willing to line up tours of lots of houses at times that were convenient for us. Several houses got away from us, but in the end that was good, because we found the perfect home and made an offer two days after being listed. In addition, we really vibed as a couple in what we liked and went with our intuition and heart, making sure the decision was best of us and only us as a family. She was consistently available to tour the same day we saw homes list on the market. We felt heard, respected, understood and empowered by her guidance. No question was too small or silly. We started in the beginning of January 2025 and in three weeks of searching we toured fifteen homes (one of which Morgan checked out for us by herself!), put in one verbal and two formal offers, and out of those one was accepted and that’s how we found our first home in beautiful Green Lake! Morgan’s energy was so fun and sweet, yet so understanding, knowledgeable and thorough. I contacted her about eight months before we were ready to actively dive into the market and kept in touch. Throughout our active time in the process, we came to find the things that we valued and what really mattered to us in a first home. Morgan was supportive, encouraging and honest every step of the way. We know several people locally that took breaks from home searching because of the competition and/or settled for townhomes (which they’re still happy!) and we are super grateful to have even been in this position to have what really mattered to us and in time for us to prepare for our first baby due in summer. Experiencia negativa: Ashley Wise refused to negotiate on behalf of her buyer, she supported the seller instead. And when I contacted the designated broker of this firm, he refused to listen to anything I had to say and constantly interrupted me, just appalling. When a prospective client gives you constructive feedback, it is good to listen to improve your services for others. I've never been mansplained to, interrupted, spoken over, so aggressively and so hard that I was from the designated broker, Jeff Costello. When I told Jeff Costello I would be leaving a negative review, he threatened me with legal action for slander. I have never experienced such harassing behavior from a real estate agency before, Beware! Response to their comment: Ashley did not ask or require that I sign the buyer's agreement. She showed me two listings and communicated with seller's agents on my behalf for both. I'm sure both of those agents could confirm her communication with them on my behalf. It would be better to communicate to clients and prospective clients that this is a requirement instead of stonewalling them. If the agreement was a limiting factor, she should have required it. But instead, she simply refused to negotiate for me and listed reasons (not market based) the seller's ask was justified. I then explained that I did not feel she was supporting me, the buyer. Using the agreement as a premise for poor service: she was happy to write up an offer at asking but not negotiate; you can verify this in her texts. You are welcome to search our communication so you can verify that she never asked or required a buyer's agreement, nor did she communicate that she would not work with me anymore because of the agreement. All of my communication expressed my disappointment with your agency's conduct and service. None of it was threatening and saying so is in fact slander, the irony. I have all of the messages and texts should any entity need to verify my words are true. I'm shocked at this level of conduct and demeanor. When a prospective or current client communicates an issue, it should be taken seriously.
