She continued to check in with us as we needed to move away from Bremerton quickly to Hawaii due to my career. Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed working with Ben and Jessica, and the rest of the team at Aqua on the sale of our property. There were three things that I was thinking about when I was interviewing listing agents: *What are their fees? *Did they create good marketing collateral? *Would they be willing to work with me throughout the process? I interviewed 3 other 1% listing fee agents. Everyone else I spoke with did not follow up after the conversation or gave me a weird vibe of either wanting to quickly locking down my business or alternately not include me as a partner in the transaction. Ben was the complete opposite. He was excellent at explaining the transaction process to me and was transparent with me throughout. The pictures he took were excellent. Our home was quickly tagged as a "hot home" and we went pending within 6 days. Most importantly, I felt I could trust Ben for giving sound advice about which offers to take and do a good job of negotiating with prospective buyers. I cannot believe that I only paid $5k for his service because I felt that I got white glove service. I would gladly go back to them again and refer them to all of my friends.

Mr Carder guide us, answering our questions, and managing communications between all parties. He provided contacts and services when asked, but never pressured us to do. Doug did push us to do an independent review of the HVAC system, which ended up saving us thousands. This delayed the closing date, but it was the right thing to do. Doug will make sure your needs are covered and that you are taking care of, in an environment which feels as though everyone is trying to take advantage of you. Doug doesn't have a problem pushing when needed, or having tough conversations to help you in the long run. He's also always available when you need him. Of all the times I've called him throughout this process, I've yet to hear his Voice Mail recording.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a wonderful experience buying a home with Jessica, I bumped into her at an open house which she was hosting, and as a first time buyer we really appreciate her proactiveness & patience. She considered our preference regarding the area and was always very well informed about the property. We bid at two houses before closing on our house. Jessica is very reliable and very through with the paperwork. She was the one who pushed us to get inspection and all. In all it was great, totally recommend her.
Experiencia fantástica: A big thanks to Rick Juma of the Aqua Real Estate Team! This was my first time selling a home and Rick helped me through every step of the way. I was out of town for much of the time, and Rick really helped out in coordinating some of the tasks I had to get done. He was also quick to get back to me and helped me with all the questions I had. He also gave some good tips on what to do to prepare my house for listing. Originally I was considering selling FSBO due to the high cost of a listing agent, but Aqua Real Estate team 1% listing fee made it affordable.
