He will definately make you feel like one of family but once purchased its very hard to follow through him. He gave meaningful insights as well and pros and cons for each house we visited (and we visited a lot of them!), was super responsive and could turn an offer within a day which was critical in this market. We also appreciated that he did not disappear after the offer was accepted or even after closing. He kept responding to our follow up questions and even took a couple of hours to walkthrough the house with us and explain where everything was, what we had to check out in the near or long term. He even sent a note the day after we moved in to tell us that trash will be picked up the following day and we could get the bins out, which was great as we hadn't figured that out quite yet. Experiencia positiva: We were just exploring homes and liked one over the weekend. After reading amazing Google reviews, we reached out and had Adriano as our agent. He was able to put in an offer within a day. Though we didn't get the house, we found him very responsive. He was able to share lender contacts as well. There are 2 reasons I am giving 3 stars. 1. Taking off 1 star as we were looking for someone who could provide E2E excellent service while the service level dropped after we won the offer. We knew exactly what we were looking for and didn't need much assistance in home selection. We just visited 3 homes prior to finalizing one. We wanted an agent who would be able to help between offer acceptance and closing date. He helped but he was not as prompt and responsive as before and we felt like we should not ask for help from him. There are things he said that he would share and we are still waiting on those items even after a couple of follow-ups (it's been over 2 months). 2. Taking off another star as we aligned that there are a couple of things like carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, closet door repair, etc. that the seller should do prior to handing over the keys. Carpet condition was not good so we really emphasized on this one as we wanted to see the condition of carpet post cleaning to decide whether we wanted to replace it. When we got the keys, closet door was not repaired, deep cleaning was done but the cleaner left out several places and the carpet also had stains. We asked him for all those things. He got someone to clean left out places and got the garage door repaired. For carpets, he mentioned that sellers would provide the receipt and then he would share with us. We didn't get the receipt and we moved in. We got our old place carpets professionally cleaned and they look almost new. So, I asked for receipts again and even after following up 5-6 times, we never got the receipt. He finally sent someone to get our carpets cleaned. Looking back, we are not happy that he couldn't see that carpets are not cleaned in the first place (we got our old place professionally cleaned ONCE and now we can tell the difference between clean carpets vs dirty carpets) while his job is to look at houses every day. Even though we told him that there are stains and carpets do not look clean, he did not actively pursue it and we had to move in without carpet cleaning. When the cleaners finally came after 2 months, we had to move our stuff to get carpets cleaned. We knew agents who could provide more than 50% of commission back to buyer but we chose him in hopes of getting excellent service. I would consider the service to be average considering the number of follow-ups I had to do to get stuff done. If you are looking for someone to help you with the buying process and if you do not need someone after you win the offer, then I would recommend him. But if you are looking for someone to give you time throughout the process end to end, I would not recommend him.
