Beverly even tried calling the other agent to see if there was still a way for us to get it, because she knew how much we loved it. She also submitted an offer on another property and did her best to secure it for us, but we believe it simply wasn’t meant for us. Finally, we found a charming property that my husband and Beverly saw first, and he immediately loved it. Beverly handled all the negotiations with the seller and the HOA. She kept us on track by reminding us of important deadlines and helped us make informed decisions. She truly is a one-stop shop—always on top of everything and knowledgeable about every detail. There were times I asked for more credits, and she would advise me honestly and professionally—without ever making me feel like I was asking for too much . When it came time to close, the entire process was remarkably smooth. Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service. I tried using them in 2021, and they stopped/never called me back on an offer for a condo. Then, early this morning, I got a text asking if I'm still looking for a place to buy. Needless to say, it literally made me laugh out loud in real life because #1 the place I wanted is no longer available, and #2 they literally stopped calling or texting me until 2025. Here's the problem: I went to the office, filled out paperwork, and did my part, but for whatever reason, no one ever got back to me until literally 2025.

Experiencia fantástica: When my partner and I decided to tour a house two doors down from our apartment on a whim, we were not expecting it to begin a journey of actually buying a house! Zillow paired us up randomly with a nearby agent, and we couldn't have gotten more luck with Natalie. Right off the bat she was not only super friendly, but funny - and personable! She was real (unlike sometimes the classic cars salesmen type of nice) and was willing to answer all of our first-time homw buyer questions at the showing. She was very transparent about everything and super helpful whenever we had any questions or concerns - or even just the first time nerves! Natalie was working around the clock to respond to sellers and keeping us posted, as well as sending unique houses our way (character was important for us!). When we finally found the house to close on, she was super willing to step in for anything if we were unavailable. I'm actually sad that we've now closed because now I don't have any excuse to tour fun houses with her! She was really such a joy to tour with and made the adventure both super fun, and much less nerve-wracking. After our offer was accepted Kris worked well with the sellers agent, the escrow company, the mortgage company, and the inspector to make sure all repairs were completed, trash was removed, and any necessary paperwork was completed. Experiencia negativa: We went with Raintown Realty as they were showing the home we were interested in. We opted to go with Hayley Pillo given she spent the time to show the home although we had a relative who was a realtor in the area we should have gone with. There were numerous times that we felt Hayley Pillo pushed us to buy or favored the sellers and their realtor then had our interests in mind. She appeared more interested in her commission, which was significant. She made numerous mistakes in the paperwork that caused extra stress for changes and signatures at the last minute. She also recommended a mortgage broker who did a bait and switch on us on the interest rate and then didn't do the necessary paperwork until the last 48 hours causing undue stress. We asked Hayley to preemptively focus on certain things but she let them drop, and then blamed others rather than take any personal responsibility. Further, she didn't report any issues with the final walk-in but then discovered several things that weren't repaired or that weren't clean. We never heard from Raintown Realty management during the whole process or afterward when we conveyed to Hayley our frustration and unhappiness. This included us asking Hayley to convey our frustrations to her management and see if Raintown Realty could use part of the commission to pay for the cleaning/repair fees from Hayley not doing a sufficient final walk through.

Experiencia fantástica: Although market conditions weren’t optimal, I decided I needed to sell my unique home of 40 years on 2 acres since I had relocated 120 miles away from it with two mountain passes to traverse to visit the property. Maintenance from that distance became too difficult and stressful so my goal was to sell before the upcoming winter. I had three neighbors express interest in the property so thought I might not need an agent; I had an appraiser with 28 years’ experience provide an assessment. The interested neighbors were no longer interested since that appraisal number was my asking price. Now I needed an agent and I selected Robert Ott from RainTown Realty who was referred to me by a respected professional acquaintance. I met with Robert Ott and Clint Rogers on site and I was impressed with their team approach. I explained my goals and they made recommendations to address small maintenance issues and stage the house and they assured me they would coordinate all the activities which was a relief given my travel distance. When Robert would say “that looks like something to deal with” it caught my attention since I knew he was speaking from the perception of a potential buyer who may be turned away by the issue. Since I decided that Robert and Clint were on my team I let them be the experts and let them take the reins. Amazingly within two weeks they had coordinated and completed all the activities including the septic/drainfield inspections! I was also amazed at the cost-effective results; the house and pictures looked incredible! At this point they listed the property and after three days the house was under contract for above the listing price! Clint and Robert’s communication during the entire process was constant and completely put me at ease. I recommend both Robert and Clint as agents 100% and encourage any seller to team up with these experts and follow their lead for a successful sales experience!

We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions and lesson to learn and Kris was so helpful with all facets of that. With his expertise in home construction and inspection he was able to guide us through that process well and help us make sense of confusing inspection reports to know what was urgent and what was less of a concern. In terms of negotiation, Kris was on absolute rockstar. He had our back in terms of what he recommended we ask for, and then when negotiating on our behalf with the seller of the home, he made sure to push through our wishes in a very firm yet friendly way. Also, I must mention our huge appreciation for his flexibility and availability given that he lived hours away from where we we looking to buy and made himself available to come tour homes with us very readily.
