Justen showed up with research on the neighborhood and a plan to maximize the value we received from our home sale. He was able to provide specific examples of his previous success and was able to put us at ease. During the process of preparing our home for sale, communication was frequent. Justen and the iHomes team brought in stagers, construction, photography, and cleaning. We really didn’t have to lift a finger. All the preparation setup the home to photograph beautifully and really created a buzz around the listing. The home spent a weekend on the market. During the showing weekend Justen was in contact advising us on the offers received and counseling us on the good and bad. Experiencia fantástica: Before starting, I strive for perfection. As a first time home buyer, it's impossible to be perfect in all aspects. I worked with Edwin H. from start to finish. He even let me talk with other agents during the process. He specializes around the Westminster/Broomfield/Arvada area. When viewing houses he had knowledge from the foundation to window brands. When making an offer, he will setup you up so that you have the highest potential. When working with mortgage lenders, he was able to answer some financial questions whenever I needed. As a tip, find 2 mortgage lenders and let them fight for your business. This worked well for me and will happen for you too. The two I used was Move Mortgage and Fairway. I personally recommend Edwin to all my friends that are on the market for a house. If this review, brought you to Edwin... your welcome. Tell him Andrew wrote it. I based all my decisions off of reviews and data. It's hard to find that because everyone here has a 4+ star rating. I felt I was lucky to be paired with Edwin. We are first time home owners with little or no knowledge on home buying and Rich and Nicole walked us through everything in extraordinary detail. As soon as we were pre-approved, they lined up numerous houses for us to see under the guidelines we gave them and they hit the nail on the head with every house. As soon as we found our dream house, they went to work right away, literally hours after we saw the house, and were very communicative through this part of the process. My husband and I met with Amanda at her office on a Monday to go over things. The meeting was professional yet relaxed. Nick and I came into contact about 4 months ago, when I randomly inquired about a property that caught my eye through Zillow. Nick met up with me early on a very snowy day, promptly I should add, and assisted me with the open house of that home. Lakewood is such a competitive area, with limited options, she continued to keep a positive attitude we'd find the right one and we did. During the inspection process, i questioned something the seller refused to fix and she called getting a quote from a contractor to help me make my decision. In the end we got money at closing from the seller because of her extra step. Lastly, she was always available at any time of the day, accommodating my schedule. I have a little to no time during a normal 8-5, so she met me later in the evenings. And if I wanted to see the same house a second time, she met me first thing Saturday morning (which happened)!
