I knew absolutely nothing about the process and he helped me at every step of the way! Then, when I needed to sell it, he helped me get through that process. Most recently, I was deployed and was looking for a house before I returned. He picked up my parents and drove them to houses I was interested in, which I feel, was above and beyond! I felt like he was not one of those realtors that just want to make money, rather, he wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for. Experiencia fantástica: Our Agent Jessica Stallings, was and is the Most Thoughtful and driven Person. She’s is very Hands on in everything she does and want’s you to feel at ease and comfortable. She tries to Alleviate your Stress as much as possible never pushes, only reassures you everything will be ok we will find a house and don’t give up, even when you feel discouraged and frustrated at wits end. Jessica and us saw it and loved it. Sits on a dead end street on a cul-de-sac. Couldn’t asked for anything better coming from where we lived on an extremely busy street that saw accidents frequently. We got to know Jessica not only as a Agent but, truly as a lifelong friend! We have dealt with agents over the years but, never like the agent and always decided to step back wait and just rent. She is the first one that after 27 year’s of rentals/ renting! Got us to Say Yes to the House!! That tells you something, she knows how to work with you patiently, But, we unfortunately had a deadline so she worked Diligently and Efficiently.
