Her so-called “review” of Modern Wall Systems is not just unfair — it’s reckless and misleading. We stand by our detailed inspection reports, which are performed by qualified professionals with years of experience in EIFS and stucco systems. The only thing “vague” here is her understanding of proper building evaluation. Instead of addressing the facts, she chose to attack the messenger — because accuracy and accountability don’t close deals as fast as overselling fear. Jade’s approach is the definition of careless representation. If you care about transparency, honesty, and protecting your investment, think twice before trusting someone who plays fast and loose with the truth.

Experiencia negativa: Andy was the worst person I've ever spoken to from any type of customer service or sales interaction! Honestly, I've worked sales and have been in leadership positions for millennia! This guy is in for the quick buck, has no desire to be personable. Has their contractors showing up at 7 am on Sundays. When addressed about it by multiple people in the community, he says "what are you gonna do about it" and hangs up. I don't know how Exit Realty is still in business in the Hampton Roads area. The property in question is over priced by well over $50k. I have over 30 people in my community chat that said this was an unacceptable situation and the guy just throws it to the wind. He had a young guy (new to the real estate industry) doing his open house. I can assure you....I wouldn't buy a property, car, or a hamburger from this guy! Yall need to look elsewhere. Previous reviews say they overprice....my community agrees! They started at nearly $400k....property shouldn't sell for over 3! They are taking advantage of the military community (I'm a disable vet)

Experiencia negativa: I must be honest, my experience buying a home with Exit Realor was very disappointing. The realtor was not experienced in selling homes or communicating was the client. She was at times unresponsive to calls and texts. The list of repairs did not get to the previous owner in time for them to do Any repairs. She did paid for a few repairs after closing due to her negligence getting the paperwork done, however; several repairs did not get completed. For example, the smoke detector, back steps, water heater, etc. I am now have the repairs getting completed. I can only speak to my experience with this realtor company was not a good experience.

The female Hodge is who i dealt with cause women are real. She trued to clean it up get off my line. People need to remember where they came from everyone needed help sometime in life.
