Additionally, as a reminder, rental applications can be transferred to another available property we have listed for up to 60 days. This gives applicants flexibility should they decide that a different home in our inventory is a better fit for their needs.

Regarding the property listing, all available details and photos are accurate and provided in good faith, but in-person showings are always encouraged to ensure a home meets your specific needs before proceeding with an application. In regard to the agent offering his phone number, please understand that real estate agents work on commission and only receive compensation if a property they show results in a lease or sale. His intention was likely to ensure that you had a direct line of communication should you have further interest in the property or others he may have available. While we apologize if this came across as pushy, the nature of the business often drives agents to be proactive in assisting clients.
That said, we appreciate your perspective and agree that the situation you described is concerning. However, we also find it unfortunate that this experience has reflected negatively on our company.
