Experiencia negativa: DISAPPOINTMENT: Service Was Unacceptable I hired Anna Paduhovich of Keller Williams to sell my home. While the property did sell in an acceptable timeframe and for an acceptable price, the service provided was horrible and unacceptable. The central issue was with the realtor's conduct regarding her compensation. Anna asked for more money than what was stipulated in our contract on three separate occasions. When I declined these requests, her level of service immediately dropped off. She essentially ghosted me for the remainder of the process. Most shockingly, I was never even sent a message or acknowledgment from Anna upon the successful closing of my property. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was deeply disappointing, making what should have been an exciting process stressful. Additionally, I felt pressured by Keller Williams to use their suggested closing company, Temple Law Group, P.C., who proved to be equally disappointing in their communication and service. I cannot recommend Anna Paduhovich based on this poor professional conduct, repeated attempts to change the contract, and complete lack of communication and follow-up. In response to the reply: Additional compensation was offered if the home sold in 30 days or less. And despite "guarantees" from Anna, that did not happen - not even close. The additional compensation had absolutely nothing to do with final sales price that is just not true. I was not happy with the final sales price, but it was "acceptable" . And I don't think you should have to tell a person THREE TIMES you're not going to give them additional compensation when they didn't meet the requirement. Once should have been enough. I was ghosted by Anna, I have unanswered text messages to prove it. Also, I pasted our conversation into AI which described her conduct in our conversation as "unethical and potentially illegal". Perhaps I need to add screenshots of our text conversation

Experiencia negativa: While we were trying to put an offer on a house she is extremely hard to get in touch with. She lists her houses super low to get a lot of offers and draws out the entire process forever. Went to an open house and the person that was supposed to be there to open the home didn’t have access and couldn’t seem to get a hold of her to get answers. 20 minutes AFTER the start of the open house we were able to get inside. Seems like she might have too much on her plate. We didn’t get that particular house and have since had an offer approved for another one so this isn’t a retaliation of us being upset we didn’t get that house it is a review from someone that would have loved to have known what she was like to avoid her listings.
