Negative experience: They are incompetent in their job asking for extra paperwork and they are sloopy don't want to do their job on calling references and landlord I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there especially if you are minorities they don't do anything so don't rent from them.

Negative experience: I have PTSD & Antisocial disorder. Dealing with NWV Group & our manager Toi is a bad taste in the mouth. First off they treat you like a lesser of a human. They show they have no care for their tenants. You cannot threaten someone like me because it is a trigger and to tell me I have no constitutional right to speak freely is far from being good!

Fantastic experience: I just moved into an apartment through NWV Group this month. The person who worked with me through signing my lease and the property manager have been phenomenal. Maintenance was very quick and efficient as well. That’s the two stars here because was great, until my ceiling began leaking today. I called NWV group and someone came out to take pictures who didn’t speak to me or tell me what would happen next, only saying he didn’t see it. I waited two hours and then called back, being referred to a plumbing company. The company told me that they weren’t able to send anyone for two days. I called back NWV and they called an emergency plumber. Even later, a couple more hours and three mopping jobs/towels later I finally get someone out. By then the leak stopped with only wet areas remaining. But that’s not all. The after hours receptionist called the emergency plumber and I overheard her repeating what I told her about not being able to take good pictures in a mocking tone. This issue has been exhausting and I’m extremely displeased with the aforementioned staff. The issue was never fixed tonight and now I’m told there will just be a hole in my ceiling until this happens again, and hope they can get someone out quick enough before it stops again. I am so regretful for moving here at this point even though I love the unit and location. Not knowing when my property will be damaged further from more leaking is incredibly stressful and I will not be able to recommend this company unless this issue is resolved. EDIT: I’m leaving up the first review for full transparency. With that said, the property management stepped up. Maintenance fixed the hole in my ceiling and they did a really good job. My window started leaking due to a rain storm and it is being taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. I’m black to loving not just the location and unit, but the community feeling that makes my apartment my home. Thank you NWV for making this right.

Negative experience: one of the most irresponsible landlords I've had in 35 years of renting. just such utterly unethical, unresponsive, irresponsible landlords. but let me allow Portland Fire to tell it - after a series of kitchen fires the lieutenant told me (in writing) that he hates dealing with NWV because they're so bad. I didn't even need to tell them the info, he saw the address and already knew he was dealing with one of the worst landlords in the city. There were homeless addicts living in the bike room and halls, we were getting threatened with knives as we tried to get into our apartments, the first time someone tried to ride the elevator the control panel fell out onto the floor, the day I moved in and turned on the lights the whole apartment lost power, and on and on and on. So NWV was cleaning up on thousands and thousands of dollars in "lease break fees" because their building is unlivable. It's not a bad plan if you're unethical enough to do it - just make your apartments so dangerous and awful that no one can stay out their lease. It says a lot that they tried changing their name (from MJP) to get out from under so many bad reviews.

Fantastic experience: Scheduled a tour of an apartment via NWV Group, and had the good fortune to meet Ruby, the person showing me the available units in a building on SE Division. Ruby was immediately trustworthy. I had had an earlier apt tour and the guy was controlling, asking about my finances and making judgements, about how much I had in my bank acct, which I never shared, before I even saw other units. I left after that encounter. Ruby was the opposite. She answered all my questions, and I had plenty, never once asked about my finances, but provided the rental price, the square footage, the quiet hours policy, small dogs and cat allowed, etc. I'd move into that building because whoever hired Ruby saw the great person she is as well! I hope she's being paid well ~

Negative experience: Edit update 8/25 All negative things are still the same. Nothing has changed for my situation for the better. If you don't believe these negative reviews googled their name, they are being sued, by a whole community for neglect. There are false reviews regarding a property manager to boost her ratings. Don't believe the review as they are third party fake reviews. highly am against recommending renting from NWV GROUP property Management company. I rent from one of their properties, and due to the acts of discrimination, intentional harassment, non-enforcement of their own their policies, I have endured emotional distress and new developed health diagnosis. This includes but not limited to their non-smoking on premises clause and quite hours listed in the oregon statue laws. These events have been affecting my life and health over the last 4 years, given adequate proof, message correspondence and time to correct these concerns. Yet they have not remedied these violations, and now for 3 months management has stopped responding to me. Multiple neighbors are affected by these same concerns. Instead of helping their residents feel "at home" they do the opposite and will find loop holes to RETALIATE to have you vacate because you've disturbed their operations and it's work they are not willing to do. They will take your money and that is all.

Positive experience: The majority of the positive rating is solely for Terry in maintenance and Vanessa in Management. The portal is great, works great, nice to have virtual and actual copies. Easy to pay rent. Easy to make maintenence requests! Also the leasing agent we worked with, samantha, super sweet, easy to talk to and awesome about initial move in, questions, ect. Overall a great help! Maintenence requests are automatically listed as completed even when the issue wasn’t addressed. Which resulted in having to set up several requests for one issue, which then would be either ignored or partially resolved- absolute madness. Super bad on move in, getting better kind of? A year in and it got worse again. Vanessa has a system on where you email when the request is actually done and that works well. More managers and buildings should adopt this. Vanessa has been a huge help, especially with a more urgent couple of issues that came up. She was able to get our initial move in inspection uploaded to our profile, as previously it was missing. This is super important as without our completed move in inspection added, our rental agreement FOR SOME REASON has blank pages with our signatures. This is wrong for several reasons. One is that we did fill out the form, and we provided pages of detailed notes. Blank pages means that nothing was wrong at move in. That didn't reflect reality as on move in there were a ton of issues, major and minor, that had to be addressed. I think I filled out about 26 or so requests on move in. Eg, The main bedroom had a window fill of mold, the baseboards were missing, the breaker box was innudated with mold, the second room smelled of mold and had many spots of mold (black colored.) The bathroom had clear water damage and leaks from the sink and ceiling, I can go on. Some did get addressed with time, however some more severe concerning issues were disregarded, like the mold in the second room. These became more dire, but we are still having issues a year later getting the help we needed in addressing them. (One of which is the bathroom fan.) This was partially because our building didn't have a manager, but also because we had issues with maintenence discounting the issues. Anything from "that rust/deposit is just dust", "this is normal" "it still runs so it's fine" "it isn't worth updating/replacing", "it's self cleaning." we have heard it all across this year, none of which is actually true - meanwhile the fan hasn't been replaced. Which has super sucked to be honest. However, now that Vanessa has been involved, she has been helping us. We so far have gotten the escalation we needed and addressing a major issue (bathroom fan). I know without her involvement we would still just be struggling to get a major and necessary fix done. And Terry has been really turning our frustration around, he has been actually fixing things as they need to be, he checks in on how the fix worked and he is overall excellent to work with. If you have something that needs fixed - get Terry assigned to you- it will be fixed and fixed well. (Ie our windows were leaking during the heavy rains. The first person just added clear epoxy on the inside of the windows and called it good. Which of course didn't work. Terry was the one who actually looked at the outer seal of the windows saw that they were cracked/deteriorated. And took the correct calking and repaired it. And it still works to this day.) To future tenants, make sure to take LOTS of pictures and fully fill out the move in inspection. And of problems that develop. That will be your only saving grace for getting things fixed and addressed. If you are lucky and have a great advocate like Vanessa, it will help make things easier and faster. Advocate for yourself and your family, especially when something is a fire hazard, a water intrusion or mold. Tenants are paying for a livable environment, so that is what they should get. All appliances should work and work well. There should be no leaks. No mold. Nothing broken. That is the bare minimum and what you are paying for.

Positive experience: I’m honestly not sure what to think about NWV Group so far. I felt as if I had to provide way more documents than usual in order to apply for my apartment. I was starting to wonder if I was being discriminated against. I ended up getting the apartment that I wanted and so far I love the place however I am unsure about the quality of the management. I was assured that parking was going to be provided for my apartment however I keep getting tickets on my car each day. When I brought it up to management (in 3 separate emails and phone calls) all of my messages have been ignored. I guess I will just have to park on the street even though I was told parking was included in my lease. Maintenance has been really prompt and professional. I guess we will have to see how the rest of the year goes.

Fantastic experience: I've lived in my apartment managed by NWV group for about 6 months now. I've had some issues here and there, but nothing unusual for a home. Think things like an electrical short and appliance issues here and there. What is unusual is how responsive NWV has been whenever an issue comes up. Everything is managed clearly and promptly. There's no fighting to get things fixed or responded to, which is rare in my experience. Vanessa who manages my particular building is amazing. She's responsive and always makes sure I and other tenants know exactly what's going on, which is also rare. So far, NWV is a 10/10, and Vanessa is 11/10. I could not recommend them more if you find one of their listings.

Fantastic experience: Thank You. Thank You so much!!!! This is my first ever review to write anywhere. I am compelled to give a huge kudos to Vanessa Tello and her team for an outstanding costumer service. Our fridge and freezer unit broke Tuesday morning so our household was in a panic of losing all our refrigerated and frozen items. I processed a request through the NVW portal for maintenance request but was a little skeptical that this can be resolved asap since it’s a huge appliance issue. I reached out to Vanessa directly by email Wednesday morning to see if things can be expedited. She responded to my concern right away and assured me that they were working on the issue. Well I got the good news the same day that she had found an almost identical unit to be delivered the next day. I was already resolved to the fact that I may need to buy more dry ice to keep our food items viable but that didn’t had to happen. The delivery and installation by her team went perfectly and now things are back to normal. lol. Thank you again for the best support a tenant can ask for . Rafael

Negative experience: I have not rented with this company, but my experience trying to view a property left a lot to be desired. After several days of negotiating a time to view the property and taking time out of my weekend, I discovered the entire process was just so Frai could batch show the place. It felt like my time wasn’t respected, and the lack of transparency about their approach was frustrating.

Negative experience: Flexible, clear process. We moved across states, and renting with NWV Group was one of the easiest steps. edit: Jan 2025 I moved us in here because the location is perfect (West Hills Terrace), and the leasing process was easy. The apt seemed updated, too. I'll get to the point. There is mold in the walls. I've cleaned it off, dropped serious cash on a dehumidifier. One of my rooms is not usable because the mold is so bad- we are sleeping in the other room. I'm a healthy person with no preexisting conditions, and I'm sick. It's been weeks- I'll spare you the symptoms. Management has been surprisingly argumentative and rude. They finally had maintenance come a week ago to "see". Next day I hear that they would "try" to send someone out on Monday to cut into the wall to check for mold. Around the same time they sent me a lease renewal with a rent increase...it's Tuesday. No one has come, and not even an e-mail/text from the property manager for an update. The kitchen also smells like mold. I'm afraid it's inside the building. Oh- and the balcony isn't usable because there's fleas out there. I'm in a basement unit. Found that out the hard way- hundreds of dollars on our indoor cat, hotel expenses while we bombed this place two separate times. They never even responded to me. It's getting hard to live here. Edit: Jan 9th (2 work weeks from initial notice, not counting holiday season) they had someone come out here. I changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars because there doesn't seem to be mold growth in the one wall that was sampled. There is a water collection on the inside of the window for our bedroom (the other room is fine), so maybe the humidity was just high enough there for rapid mold growth? We've never had this issue. It was maintenance, not a mold specialist, that came but we hoped they could give us some resolve. It's now the 17th...nothing...

Positive experience: Our landlord informed our house tenants that NWV has less of a trigger finger when it comes to evictions if communication of needs occurs in advance. Obviously, this is determined from situation to situation. Our property manager, Vanessa Tello, advocated on our behalf to keep our rent increase under the 10%-which has been very helpful in this economy. I give 4 starts, because it can be slow when needing house repairs. I think this is due to access or short staffed when it comes to trade workers. But overall, fairly responsive.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany most is my manager. Tiffany is a very nice person. I call her and let her know when there is something wrong with the place. She lets the people know when there's something wrong and they come out and fix the problem immediately. I like when I talk to Tiffany she really explains a lot of things to me and makes me understand what is going on and what they are doing. When I need help with paying my rent she took the time out to help me out and show me how to pay it online. I really appreciate her time when she comes and talks to me. She is always really cheerful with a smile and good communication and conversation. I thank her for being who she is because I have had some very rude people people that were there prior to Tiffany. Negative experience: I made an appointment with an agent and while looking at the property they allowed someone to apply and gave it to them sight unseen. Why would they show me a place and let someone take it during the showing?! Beware if you want a place through their management company, you'd best apply and pay $55 even if you end up not taking the place. It is poor policy to do this to prospective renters.

Negative experience: been renting the same place for almost two years and the problems dont stop. my neighbor was smoking in his apartment and it was seeping into mine and the property management never did anything about it (which is breaking their lease with me by the way). the first few maintenance requests i put in were fixed the same day but every request ive put in within the last year has been like pulling teeth. the guy has LIED about coming to my apartment multiple times and gaslit me saying theres nothing wrong even though he didnt even come out. my ceiling is leaking and i cant even get an email back. the only helpful person in the whole company is the guy who lives in the building and cleans up the place but its not his responsibility to manage the building (i wish it was). signing a new lease with them was a huge mistake and its no wonder the turnover for this building is crazy. i feel frustrated and ignored. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Negative experience: It is clear that the majority of these reviews are not reflective of real experiences or the experiences before they conveniently changed their name. This company is absolutely terrible. I had to live without hot water or properly working shower for weeks and strong arm them into letting me use the unit next to mine for the next month. They never fixed the issue and I was forced to move into a different unit. This is still an issue for some on the residents in the building. Horrible communication from the building managers and the company itself. Really lack execution skills. Their units are cheap for a reason and it is reflective of the level of oversight they provide to the buildings and residents.

Negative experience: 2024 Update: I have found out after a long and painful process that the serious chronic health issues I have are from my mold exposure renting from NWV (formerly known as MJP Management). I have a large amount of mycotoxins from the mold in my body that have been wreaking havoc on my life for years now. My health issues started in 2022 after I was exposed to a severe amount of mold and have continued to get worse over time. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE 2022: They do not care about their properties or their residents. They are neglectful, cheap, and careless. Trying to get anything fixed or addressed by them is a full-time job of following up again, and again for MONTHS and some of issues still never get resolved. In my unit I dealt with ongoing ceiling leaks that took 3 months to be “fixed” and was never fully resolved. Water would drip into my bathroom, from the ceiling every time it rained and I would have to put a bucket out so all my stuff didn’t get ruined. I dealt with insufficient heating systems to combat cold temperatures in a building from the 1800’s with no insulation and one electric cadet heater per room (with 12ft ceilings). I had electricity bills upwards of $400 per month trying to get a 1 bed apartment up to a barely livable temp. I alerted them of the issues and they never solved the problem or gave me a way to reach the legal temp requirements per Oregon law. They had a HVAC company come out to do an eval but it took them over a month and they still never put in a new system while I was living there. MJP’s excuse is that “contractors are short staffed and booked out”. When I actually talked to the contractors, they gave the opposite response and told me that they had tried following up to schedule a visit and would never receive a call back. I heard this same story from multiple contractors that came out to do work on the property. To top it all off, there was mold. I first saw it in my bedroom closet, appearing on an exterior facing wall. Apparently there was a long standing leak from a clogged gutter. The state of the gutters in this 4 unit house was horrific. Just full of debris and standing water. The fact that they ask their tenants to clean out the gutters as a part of their move out process is ABSURD and frankly dangerous. MJP does not take it upon themselves to do regular and preventative maintenance to keep their buildings in working condition. They had a maintenance worker show up unannounced to divert the gutter and come paint over the mold in my closet. Then I found mold covering countless personal items and clothing that were stored for only a few months in ventilated fabric storage containers under my bed. Hundreds of dollars worth of items were ruined. Nothing in there had ever been wet or moist. The presence of the slow seepage of water in the bedroom was evident from dark areas on the wood floor. Upon moving out, I discovered EVEN MORE mold, in an a closet in my dining room with an exterior facing wall. The mold was covering the walls and several of my items that had been hanging in the closet. None of the items in there were ever wet or damp. An additional note. A resident in the same building had their furnace catch on fire from a faulty pilot light (she had been alerting them that it wasn’t working properly for a while). Luckily my partner, myself, and another neighbor were there at the time and were able to put out the raging fire and call the fire department. If we hadn’t done that, the whole building would have caught on fire. The tenant didn’t have a replacement window or furnace for almost a month. After this horrifying incident we asked for replacement fire extinguishers and it took them forever to bring them over. Bottom line. MJP does not care about your health, your safety, or your right to live in a clean, well-maintained property, like they advertise and like their rental prices suggest.

Negative experience: NWV Group (which was MJP property management when I initially moved in) has no concern for their tenants and will do nothing about their dangerous living conditions. They will charge you way too much for way too little. If mice get into your walls, they will literally put down one rat trap and do nothing else, until weeks later when they finally sent someone to patch up the hole in the exterior wall that was letting in mice, snails, and who knows what else. They have let peoples toilets flood their apartments and not fix it for days, they ignored residents complaints about a tree branch that was sitting on top of the roof, causing structural and mold related dangers, only cutting the branch well after those tenants moved out. They refused to replace windows that were letting in cold air and mold, and just nail plywood over broken windows. They “repaired” cracks in the wall with spackle, which is against literally every recommendation. The washing machines have been broken for years and all they did was remove the more broken one and not provide a replacement. One incredibly old washing machine for 20+ apartments. They will not respond to or follow up on concerns for weeks. They also said my security deposit was a full $300 less than what it actually was. So they can’t even keep accurate records.

Communication was both professional and personable - approaching me like a real person rather than a number or a nuisance. Negative experience: Alright…well I see that no one else has brought this up and think that potential tenants to this company should know this: I rented an apartment from NWV, then MJP, from 4/2/21-5/7/22 at one of their properties in SW Portland, near the Ross Island Bridge. To condense this as much as possible, throughout my stay at the property, my next-door neighbor was known to have kicked in two different tenants’ doors, constantly stalked/harassed the women at the complex, would unpredictably scream and break things during the night, and the list goes on. Management was informed of this individual countless times, but even after multiple incidents, this person was allowed to continue terrorizing the complex. It wasn’t until they physically assaulted someone with a hammer (which I witnessed) that they were finally evicted from the property……but were allowed 2+ weeks to vacate. Less than a week after being given the eviction, the individual set fire to their apartment in the early morning (which is public knowledge, as they admitted to doing so in court), putting all other tenants in danger. Luckily no one was seriously hurt, but I am still, along with everyone else that was living at the complex at the time, not able to wrap my head around as to why this situation was able to escalate to the level in which it did. To be fair to NWV, the lack of repercussions to this person's behavior shares some of the blame with law enforcement, Multnomah County's rental laws, etc., but I have personally seen others do A LOT less to get evicted from an apartment, even recently here in Portland.……… This is simply a public service announcement that I think all individuals seeking apartments to rent, through this agency, should be aware of.

Negative experience: The absolute worst management group you could possibly ever pick to manage a property. If you are considering these people for your portfolio steer far away, they will run your reputation to the ground. My finance and I, who are in property management ourselves, and know this is 1000% not the way to run a company. Disgusting is the shortest easiest term to use. They allow issues to manifest for months, actually years before they ever try to address to the problem. Nobody will ever respond to you. My health has been suffering for years because of issues they refuse to help with. My family’s health has suffered. And everytime we need an immediate response, we don’t hear from them for months. We have had one or two maintenance requests since the moment we moved in 6 years ago, and yet we still don’t get the adequate help we need ever. The few times we have ever needed issues addressed, they refuse to help. Even worst, they will cancel help last minute after you shuffled your whole day around to get this assistance, without even telling you. Gwen Sloan should be ashamed of the way she treats residents who pump her paycheck. It’s easy to treat people with care and consideration and this women does the exact opposite. I would be so embarrassed to have this company representing your property. Try a real management company, who cares about the residents.

Negative experience: I would strongly recommend against leasing with NWV group. They leased us into a rushed and unfinished unit where for the first month we did not have access to mail, garbage, or internet services. In fact, NWV refused to attend to these issues until we, as tenants who pay nearly $1900/mo in rent, had to work with 3rd party contractors and the U.S. postal service themselves to bring a mailbox and other services to the ENTIRE complex. Next, their appliances were all installed incorrectly. The bathroom fan does not work despite multiple maintenance appointments again, with us having to schedule through a 3rd party company. To this day it is still not fixed. For over one month, the fire alarms would go off randomly and it was the loudest, most high pitched excruciating noise I have ever heard. We were made to work with the building owners on this issue who thought it was because we have an ant infestation which might have caused them to go off, but then they argued that there is actually NOT an ant infestation and ants clustering and falling from the ceiling and crawling in your food was actually totally normal. Still, the fire alarms continued to blare for no apparent reason in their opinion. After a month of being awoken several times a night, they finally replaced the fire alarms, but refused to compensate us in any way for their huge screw up. The washing machine was not tightened correctly when installed causing a slow leak throughout the first 5 months of our tenancy. It caused mold throughout our apartment, which the leasing company said was not actually from the literal squelching floors, but because we have a tapestry near our window and don’t “air out the closet daily.” They have offered us no compensation for the time they will be in our unit for construction to fix the destroyed baseboards, etc. When we expressed how concerned we were with all these issues, Nicholas sent a long, dismissive email refusing to make things right and telling us that this is all to be expected in new builds and that everything has been fixed. At the time, the fire alarm was still randomly blaring, ants were falling from the ceiling, mold was growing in our closet and window areas, and the bathroom fan we had reported broken months previous still had not been fixed. I’m not sure if Nicholas knows how to read as he kept refusing to take responsibility for anything, but continued to ask for a list of remaining problems as if the email he was replying to didn’t contain said list. Overall, this company is irresponsible, disrespectful, CHEAP, negligent, and unwilling to do their job in maintaining the building they manage, and we simply lease. If you lease with them, expect them to brush off your needs and simply send groups of strangers into your home to stand around and gaslight you, ultimately leaving after doing absolutely nothing. Beware.

Negative experience: First and foremost: read the 47 reviews on yelp. These are 5 stars, but those are 1.7. tl;dr in case you don't want to sift through all of this is, well, "yikes". For my own review, let's start here: I was asked to write a review, by text, within 30 minutes of viewing one of their properties. You know, while that "I just saw a pretty apartment" endorphin rush is kicking in and you feel like you owe something to the agent that let you in to see the place for their time. Yikes. It gets...well, more interesting. I was asked to place a $500 deposit within 72 hours of my application was approved -- after waiting an entire week and appealing a denial that claimed I had no financial history when I'd sent in the requested documents. This was on the Friday prior to the NYE/New Years' weekend; and it became clear to me that the only way to make this deadline was to apply that night. This left me no time to dig through their site for the leasing agreement (which was only sent to me days later). The moment I received it, I immediately noticed unusual stipulations which patently do not appear in the vast majority of leasing agreements outside this "standard" agreement (drafted by Multifamily NW) - first, that musical instruments are not allowed without the express written consent of the owner, and secondly, that any form of their particular defition of harassment isn't allowed. This seems reasonable, until you read how it's broken down and what it implies: that if your neighbor stomped overhead for months on end and you yelled at them to shut up, you'd be in violation of your lease. No joke. I immediately emailed the staff member I'd been in contact with. She was immediately pejorative; referring to my concerns as "frustration". I was a bit peeved, but like, I'm not a toddler. I can handle a bit of what certain people might not understand is actually one or two rungs above a microaggression. The phone call was...wow. I haven't had an interaction like this since I went no-contact with my mother. Constantly interjecting with lengthy responses that left me little room to speak. Constantly reframing everything I said as if I was indeed a toddler stomping my feet and making unreasonable demands. Repeating "you said this was a red flag but you're talking about yelling at your neighbor" at least several times while completely ignoring what I said in response. It was like a bad moment on reddit. I absolutely cannot and will not rent from these people, and now I'm out $500. I mentioned that I found this aweful, to which I received a minor spin on "I'm sorry you feel that way". Yep. So much empathy. She gave no ground at all and showed no inclination to work with me on any level during the phone call and instead spoke from a position of superiority the entire time. I'll admit I lost my cool a bit towards the end - after one offensive and condescending response too many, I snarked "I hope you have good lawyers - because while I won't sue over my deposit, I bet someone at some point will ". She called it a "threat", showed an iota of emotion for a split second, and hung up in one fell swoop. Sure, I wasn't being nice in this moment - but yeesh, ya'll just legally screwed me out of $500. The utter lack of empathy implies that the tone here may not have even been voluntary. What. lovely. people.

Fantastic experience: I expect landlords to treat me with a minimum of respect and to extract as much money as possible, so I was pleasantly surprised to find NWV treated us with respect. They communicated well in advance as needed, responded to submitted work orders, and otherwise left us peacefully to our own devices. I want to specifically shout out Vanessa Tello, who was not only consistently especially helpful and kind, but also successfully advocated for us to get our entire security deposit back since our place was being remodeled after we left—a choice that put kindness above profit. Thank you!!

Positive experience: We just moved in to a new place that is being managed by NWV Group. While I can't speak to the overall management yet since we are new, I can say the process of application and navigating the lease was incredibly easy. Samantha Steele was in charge of handling our lease and she was incredibly responsive, not letting any of my many questions go by without a quick reply. Special thank you to Samantha! Fantastic experience: Im the longest term tenant here, I’m a big fan of the owners, the management company, the maintenance crew and especially Tiffany, who is very thorough, responsive and sweet. She makes sure to prioritize things and follow up. 5 stars!!!!

Fantastic experience: Gwen Koback and Never Retallack have been the best leasing team I’ve ever had! Gwen was so informative and able to answer my questions in less than a day. She was able to also send video tours for me on properties so I could make a decision quickly and effortlessly. Never was so amazing, she was so patient during the application process even when mistakes -on my end -were made. So much open communication and quick responses from both made this journey possible! Very grateful to NWV group for caring about their future occupants. Highly recommend checking what NWV has to offer.
