Fantastic experience: Joshua B came to stop my chirping smoke alarms which he did. He also, above and beyond the call request, he changed my heater filter. Since I just got out of the hospital and couldn’t do these chores myself, I am truly grateful to TMG for allowing him to perform these tasks for me. TMG and Joshua are both 5 stars to me.

Fantastic experience: Alex Fischer did a great job replacing my bathroom fan. The new dry wall around it looks great and he made sure to clean up any debris from the job and didn’t leave any behind like I’ve experienced with other maintenance services. Overall, a great experience!

Negative experience: This management company is not the best. My family was renting from them and I was present for a phone call from one of their agents, Jorge, who was very aggressive over the phone and very disrespectful. They also don’t want to fix anything without the tenant paying for certain things and when they would fix something it would always break again and then ignore you when you’d put in another request. I’m happy my family moved out of there but would be very weary when renting from this company.

Fantastic experience: I am so very pleased with the whole process I went through to rent my new home, everyone I interacted with was amazing! I just had the pleasure of having one of the maintenance team come fix a couple small things we noticed in the move in inspection, Robert was super friendly and in my went above and beyond in my eyes, he was fixing a stuck lock and noticed the screen door wasn't rolling very smooth and while he was there just fixed it because he saw it needed to be done. I highly recommend working with TMG if you have the opportunity too!!

Negative experience: I recently signed a lease through the Portland office and worked directly with Chris. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating. I was promised multiple times (three separate occasions) that my garage opener and access setup would be completed and available by Monday. That did not happen. I followed up and spoke with three different people. Heidi told me on Monday that there were no notes in the system but that she would follow up with Chris on Tuesday. As of today (Tuesday), I have not received any communication or resolution. Because management is transitioning as of tomorrow, I now have to address move-in issues with an entirely new property management company, even though these issues began at the time I signed my lease just one week ago. My advice to future tenants: sign your paperwork in person and make sure you receive all keys, garage openers, and access devices before leaving the office. Do not rely on verbal assurances that items will be “set up later.” Based on my experience, I would recommend considering a different management company.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Jordan is AMAZINNGGGG! I hit a financial down fall and reached out to her to just let her know my situation. She was quick to text me back and let me know of options. She additionally went above and beyond with sending me information on places that could help me. This Queen made my hard situation light work with all her help. I am happily surprised of the amazing support coming from a property management group. The world need some more of her. She is timely, supportive, informative, friendly, and kind hearted. All rare these days. I wish I was able to stay with the property just because of her! 5/5 stars but if I was able to give for for her I would!

Negative experience: One of they're maintaince vans sped into my apartment complex and its not even owned by the management group and he flipped around so fast thank God kids were not in my complex parking. With maintaince workers like that that are careless I wouldn't rent from this company at all.

Fantastic experience: So far TMG has been good, I haven't used their maintenance yet, but did have an inspection today from Pete H., that was nice. He was very kind and easy to talk to. I was nervous about having it be just 1 person, but it ended up being a pleasant experience. Thank you to Pete and kudos to him for making me less anxious! Also love Jordan at the Oregon offices. She's super nice and is great at getting back to me. Being able to text her instead of call is a huge bonus. Shes answered all mu questions so far and is really helpful.

Fantastic experience: Service was great! I do not often make a service call (try to take care of most things around the house) but tonight our water heater failed. (thermocoupler would not keep gas flowing) I called the afterhours line, they dispatched James Oliver, who called shortly after, said he was on his way, and gave me a time estimate of arrival. He arrived and I opened the door for him. He got straight to work on the water heater and about 15-20 mins later, all was cleaned, tested, re-lighted, and heating water once again. Thank you Jim!...cold showers in the AM was not something I was prepared to tell my wife!

Negative experience: They’re SCAM. Be careful. They will show you apartments and make you do the application and make you pay the fee of 60 PER PERSON and then will tell you they don’t have apartments available!!! Be aware. I told them I needed a refund and they denied even though they said they were going to. DO NOT apply here

Fantastic experience: My experience with TMG was pleasant, efficient, and very accommodating. Many thanks to Bridgette, who was attentive with communications and getting my paperwork through to me quickly so that I could move into my apartment within the timeframe I needed.

Negative experience: As a renter, longest five years of my life. Never could get ahold of anyone, charges for anything possible on a 20yo property. Nightmare neighbors. Update Context: we identified as long term Renters from day 1. We were told not to worry about wear/tear on a 20+yo house. Five years of on time/early Rent payments and no unexpected damage but our owner decided to sell. 90 day notice, zero help or communication. Non refundable Cleaning Deposit PLUS every cent they could manage. (Conveniently, Renters aren’t included on final walkthroughs so good luck!) It’s really unfortunate since so many local Rentals are managed by them. So glad to be done, many lessons learned. Good riddance! Minus significant points for openly naming my spouse not listed in the review. Do better, TMG.

Negative experience: Living here feels less like renting an apartment and more like being monitored by a corporation that doesn’t actually care about tenants. What’s especially alarming is their annual inspection process, which now requires tenants to allow 360-degree cameras inside their homes to photograph the entire apartment and everything in it. Being told to document every corner of your private living space just to remain in compliance feels deeply invasive and inappropriate. A home should not feel like a surveillance zone. What makes it worse is the total lack of professionalism. We contacted management over a month ago to get a simple copy of our own lease still no response. Maintenance requests? Also ignored. Emails? Silence. You only hear from them when they want to enforce rules or threaten fees. They act like this is some kind of luxury penthouse experience, but the reality is you get micromanaged while being completely unsupported. You’re expected to comply with everything while they do nothing on their end. If you enjoy feeling watched, ignored, and disrespected at the same time, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the stress and rent literally anywhere else.

She’s always pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which really makes a difference and somehow even makes the experience of paying rent a little more enjoyable lol. I also really appreciate my property manager, Emmi, who consistently makes sure to communicate with tenants about anything going on with my property. She keeps everyone informed and is very professional, which I truly value. It’s reassuring to know management is attentive and proactive.

Fantastic experience: Our inspection resulted in a need for some caulking in our bathrooms. Maintenance scheduled; in the meantime, our garbage disposal also quit working. While Chris M was here fixing the caulking he also quickly diagnosed and fixed our garbage disposal! Chris was quick, friendly, and the caulking job looks great!

Fantastic experience: Maintenance Services stopped by to complete repairs of the property. Joshua B. Was very pleasant and efficient. He paid special attention to electrical safety and letting me know what to watch out for as he was working on his to do list. I appreciated his good attitude and attention to detail.

I’m relocating to Washington with my partner from Arizona and California respectively, so the process has been difficult. Everyone at TMG was kind, thoughtful, accommodating, and communicative. Fantastic experience: Pete H. completed the property survey for my unit on December 4, 2025. Pete was efficient and polite, and he was pleasant to chat with while he was here. He took his shoes off upon entering my unit, and he was a very courteous house guest for the few minutes he was here. I’m pleased with the process, so thank you, Pete!

Negative experience: Almost every administrative employee I’ve spoken to at TMG is rude and dismissive. Just called to ask some questions and was given a passive aggressive attitude over my concerns. Good luck getting your property issues fixed too, had a water leak in my ceiling that ruined one of our light fixtures. Took them 2 months to fix the leak, never cared to fix the light.

Fantastic experience: As far as responsiveness to maintenance requests, they are excellent. Easy to submit online, and the two maintenance folks who came out were great (George and Alvaro J.). Update: Our heater broke, and Ethan Pacora delivered 3 brand new radiant heaters within an hour. It was raining and he was absolutely great!

Positive experience: Ethan Pacora - Technician, is by far the highlight of TMG with amazing customer care! Took 5 months for TMG to finally assign a technician to our work order… but luckily it was Ethan!
