Our project and dreams were stalled until we met her because we wanted to find rural land and many other realtors only wanted to sell us houses or overcharge for land deals. Negative experience: Buying a home is really stressful. Evergreen was helpful at many points in the process. There were a couple of things I wasn’t made aware of toward the end of the process that delayed closing. I felt rushed and pressured to close. The title company and mortgage company were difficult to communicate with and did not respect the times I mentioned I was available. Julia is amazing.

I reiterated during phone call number 1 that i am on the do not call list and you do not have permission to contact me. Doesn't seem like you care because I received another phone call. Please note, I have reported to the FTC and I will be sending a certified demand letter for the TCPA violations. To make it publicly clear - YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO CALL ME! YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO CONTACT ME IN ANY WAY!

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Patterson worked hard and got the house sold. Unfortunately It was for way less than what we hoped for (it hurts just thinking about it)….. BUT our house wasn’t perfect. It had an old roof, it needed a new electrical panel, and the back deck needed fixed up a little bit so compared to other homes it needed a little work... At the same time, the housing market in Vancouver started dropping right when we listed our house. So buyers were being picky and our house just sat for sale for a about 110days. We had to lower the price multiple times to finally get an offer. Then the appraiser gave us a conditional appraisal which means we had to fix all of the repairs before it could officially be valued at the price that they valued it at… Long story short, there was A Lot of hurdles and it didn’t go anything like what we hoped for. But Jennifer worked hard and got us through every road block. And the paperwork side of things was easy. It’s All Docusign with your phone so that’s a bonus. I would recommend Jennifer Patterson. Just do your own research on the market before hand and have realistic expectations.

I met Maisie Winterstein at an open house and I could tell she was both positive and motivated by all the little extras she was bringing to the event. We had such a difficult and specific wish list for a home- we were only open to certain neighborhoods, we had to have a creative space for woodworking, oh and our budget wasn’t huge. Fantastic experience: I have been in the process of getting my home on the market since 3/25/2025. I definitely have learned a lot more than I did then. We both look back in hindsight and see where we made the mistake, knowing that we will not make that mistake again! It cost us dearly, though, throwing our timeline back a couple of months, BUT we figure that our horrible realtor (he really was) showed us what we don't want, and by the time she left (after her 2-hour consult), we had no doubts whatsoever that Maisie was the BEST! She educated us on the current state of the market, her extensive team, which works cohesively, and her marketing plan, all while asking for our input. I literally slept better last night than I had since the beginning of that last fiasco! Fantastic experience: We worked with Madison Heimbigner on purchasing our home. Madison was incredibly helpful and took time to show us different homes on a few separate occasions. In the end we decided to build and Madison set up appointments with different builders to find out more information and stayed with us during our building process. Madison is incredibly reliable and easy to communicate with. She kept us up to date during the building process by sending out emails following up with the builder and verifying everything was done on time. She also went to our home and took videos of it as it progressed as we lived out of town. During the build, we had an issue with our backsplash not being what we picked and she was on it instantly, ensuring that it was fixed. Madison also came to our inspection and walk through to ensure everything went smoothly. It was great to be able to rely on her to ensure the process was stress free for us. If we were to need a realtor in the future, I would 100% go to Madison and recommend her to others.
