Fantastic experience: Very clean, quiet, and not too far from downtown!

Fantastic experience: Rented thru Urban Nashville for 3 college students who were doing internships in Nashville for 9 weeks. We had great communication with Urban Nashville the whole stay and they were so helpful during the ice storm in Nashville.

Fantastic experience: Great home conveniently located within walking distance to music city center & various Nashville activities. The apartment is close to the elevator, pool and gym. It is pleasantly furnished and management is quick to respond to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic experience: I give my stay with UrbanNashville in Cadwallader Hall on the Scarritt Bennett campus 5 stars with understanding that the room was as advertised, an inexpensive, small, spartan dorm room that was pretty close to the Ryman Auditorium. My only complaint that the description on Airbnb of a private shower/tub was misleading in that the bathroom is shared with the adjoining room. There is a lock on the inside of the bathroom that will prevent your neighbor from walking in. The twin bed was softer than I’m used to but wasn’t bad. Urban Nashville was very responsive about my report that the parking pass that supposed to be in the room was missing. Several places to eat within a couple of blocks walk.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic location and price! The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. For being so close to downtown, the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet. I would stay again if I am in town in the future!

Fantastic experience: Very nice place to stay when visiting Nashville. Cozy and quite. Just a few minutes from downtown. Walking distance to many brick and morter restaurants. Close to Vanderbilt university and the Parthenon. Rooms have everything you need for a short or long stay. Property is very secure with code lock doors and security cameras throughout. Would definitely recommend. 5 out of 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Great location with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The area felt safe, with friendly people out walking their dogs and jogging. The unit has a beautiful view, large windows, and lots of natural light, which I loved. The open industrial-style design was very cozy, and the sound of the heat turning on didn’t bother me at all — it actually felt like white noise. The building is very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows and towels provided. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, even though we didn’t end up using the microwave. Overall, it was a very comfortable and inviting space. One small suggestion would be to include a guidebook with the owner’s favorite local restaurants and places to visit, as well as a guest book where visitors can leave notes about their stay for future guests. A quick note for future guests: be mindful of the shelf under the bathroom mirror, as it sits low and could be easy to bump into. We actually spoke with other guests in the building who mentioned experiencing the same thing. The short shower door is similar, but it appears to be part of the building’s design in all units. Overall, we had a great experience. Everything worked well, the instructions were very clear, and we didn’t need to contact the host or building manager at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive experience: Good Location. 10 min $10 uber ride to Broadway. Apartment is nice. Spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. My only disappointment was it comes with two parking spaces but only one parking pass which was not communicated until check in. They then offered an extra one for $75. I declined and it turned out there is public parking under the parking deck and you can pay $35 for 24 hours.

Positive experience: Nice and convenient. Beds were fairly comfortable. Cute art deco theme. Could have used a blanket on the bed and the drain was slow in the shower.

Fantastic experience: Smokey the Bear cabin at Monteagle TN is a great place to stay with friends or family. The cabin has everything you need, it was very clean, It feels like a very safe area, quite, easy to get there and it is right next to a national park. Plenty of places to eat in the area. 100% recommended.

From its convenient location to restaurants and shopping, to the safe feel and vibe the neighborhood gave off; the property was great and we will be booking again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Stayed 4 nights at urban Nashville and it was a great Facility, more like a 1 bedroom apartment. Clean, well kept and all of the appliances were major mfg and higher grade. Everything you need. Microwave, oven, stove top, full size refrigerator. Not far from supper and less than 20 mins to downtown Nashville. But a lot of very good restaurants near by. Would highly recommend if heading to Nashville area

Positive experience: Iris motel is located in a desirable location in Nashville. Walkable to many restaurants and shops, just a few minutes to 100 oaks mall, Vanderbilt health clinics, etc. I stayed for two nights at the lavender room which had everything we needed for a quick short stay. Room was clean, bed was comfy enough, bathroom was huge. It had the cutest keurig coffee maker, small fridge, and lots of closet/cubbie space for luggage, shoes, or clothes. I also love that they used a local artist to paint a beautiful mural on the wall. Check-in was easy. Communication spot on. If you’re looking for a simple, artistic, comfy, affordable place to stay in Nashville, look no further.

Fantastic experience: Perfect for a weekend getaway! We had a lot right around us for when we didn’t want to head over to Broadway. It was a short walk to Broadway or an even quicker uber ride. Very clean space with detailed instructions on everything needed to help guide you through your stay! Extra bonus for having 2 actual bedrooms and bathrooms! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to head to Nashville!

Fantastic experience: Reasonably priced, very clean rooms. Right across the street from major shopping stores and restaurants, there’s also a Guitar Center! though there are no on-site staff, there’s always someone at the other end of the phone. One thing: It’s right near the intersection of two busy roads, so if a little traffic noise bothers you, this may not be the place for you. Other than that, it’s my go-to place when I visit Nashville!

Fantastic experience: The building was absolutely beautiful actually spotless and everything looked pristine. When we got to our Airbnb unit and open the door we were so happy and actually shocked because it looked like a brand new unit. It had everything we needed including coffee maker coffee sugar plates glasses mugs pots pans we needed nothing actually. The TV had all the major movie channels Netflix YouTube HBO Max and I was able to sign in with my code from home and get all the channels I have so it was definitely a win-win. The bed was very very comfortable I actually slept like a baby on that mattress and I’m thinking of replacing my mattress at home with one just like that one. The balcony overlooked the pool area which is beautiful and the lobby had a room with a pool table and different board games and a coffee maker a sitting area it was very very classy and well done. Will definitely be staying there again and I will definitely be telling Friends from New Jersey who go down to Nashville to absolutely contact you and book an Airbnb in one of your buildings. We were in the Pine St flats but I know you have others which are just as beautiful. Thank you so much we had a absolutely wonderful stay!

Fantastic experience: Great apartment in Nashville! Very roomy and everything is new. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are big. Kitchen and living room are spacious and the sectional is comfortable for watching movies or relaxing after a long day. Only took 15 mins to get to Broadway. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville even if you are not a Taylor Swift fan!

Fantastic experience: The Brentwood place was a gem! We enjoyed every moment! #UrbanNashville was great to work with and met all the needs we had. For future reference, and if you book a week or more, ask for a couple more towels (bath). We made it work. We stayed 7 nights with just the 2 of us and made it thru with 4 towels. You might also ask for extra laundry detergent. If we would have, it would have been easier, so that was on me. #UrbanNashville did bring us extra kitchen towels and dishwasher detergent. Also, brought a dish drainer and that made things a lot easier. Our stay was perfect! We really did enjoy everything. The house is so cute and perfect for a couple’s get away! Positive experience: First, I loved the location, the apartment was great too, small but I liked it better than a hotel. I did hear the neighbors a little but I feel that is to be expected. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating was the rental process. I was forced to provide an electronic copy of my driver’s license, which in today’s world, I wasn’t comfortable with. There was also a rather significant digital “contract” that seemed excessive. Assuming I get my $150 deposit back, they said 7 days , I’d probably trust them to rent again. Right now, I’m wondering about why all the hoops to jump through. I’m hopeful it’s just because they have been burned in the past. We will see. UPDATE: I did receive my full deposit within the time frame promised. I will have no concerns working with UrbanNashville in the future.

Fantastic experience: The accommodations were clean and I liked that there was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The facility heating system was on the blink yet the host was able to provide me with a space heater that worked just fine for heating the room. I liked the location, close enough to Uber into Broadway yet far enough out of the downtown area to be quiet and peaceful. Would use them again.

Close to town, close to a Hop On Hop Off trolley tour stop, right across the street from a little grocery store, near many nice restaurants, and right next to a Urban Outfitters for those small items you forgot to pack. Fantastic experience: Nicely appointed apartment in the Gulch section of Nashville. About a mile from the clubs on Broadway. Walking distance to the Country Music Hall of Fame and other great Nashville attractions. About a ten minute walk to Gibson’s Garage. There is an organic supermarket across the street which was great for me because I was there without a car. Many restaurants very close by and The Station; a famous bluegrass club. The apartment had everything I needed to include a washer and dryer. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen area. Living room area has a smart TV so you can log into your streaming services. The staff were fast to respond to any questions and they provided me great instructions via text for access and check out. I’d definitely stay there again!

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing! My Gf and I came to Nashville for the LSU game and the location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The apartment/loft was very roomy and quiet. Bed was comfortable and as busy as it was outside, didn’t hear any noise. I will definitely recommend staying here and we will be coming back.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at this house! Our host was great and responded quickly anytime we messaged them. The house was clean and the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms was marvelous! The location was great - not a far (8-20 minutes depending on traffic) Uber or Lyft to Broadway, Vanderbilt, Vanderbilt bars, Gulch, etc. There’s a cute coffee shop within walking distance as well as a gas station, Publix, Hattie Bs, etc. We would absolutely stay again!
