Negative experience: I am not having a good experience with this management company. I need an HOA statement, called them, was scolded by the operator for being too eager to get things done, and he refused to provide contact info for the HOA manager, rushed me in the call, then just chose to hang up on my. That was RUDE!

Fantastic experience: Michael Hagewood and the team at Rhythm on Music row are doing a really outstanding job. The biggest thing for me is that Michael really cares about our community and it is not just a job for him. Always there ready to help and simply an outstanding individual.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience working with Tina Belton and Aaron Egerton at Del Webb at Lake Providence! Tina knows her stuff from front to back, and has always been helpful. Aaron works very hard along with the other members of the maintenance team. He bent over backwards to get the outdoor pool open on time despite challenges from contractors, and keeps this place looking sharp. Thankful for this team and the experience they provide!

I returned to The Encore from out of state around midnight and when I entered my unit, I was greeted with one of the smoke detector batteries chirping loudly and incessantly. More importantly, I want this to serve as a reminder to the management team of the tremendous value Arthur brings. His role is vital, and the appreciation we have for him is immense.
