Negative experience: I have never been spammed so much over a simple house inquiry!!! After spamming my phone over and over again they decided to call at 8:43pm because after the 10k calls I ignored someone thought 8:43pm was an appropriate time to call. I haven’t even spoke to these people on the phone. I had one question about one house, and it never got answered. Then after I asked them not to call, they kept sending me text messages. Good grief

Negative experience: One of their agents Dexter Quito sold a house we bought that was listed on all documents as public sewer. We found out 3 days after purchasing the home that it was not on public sewer but a septic tank that was completely backed up and flooded our basement with waste. Now its costing us thousands of dollars to fix. Dexter Quito broke the law by falsified documents. He has been reported to the tennessee state license board and we will be filing with the district attorney office because of him committing fraud. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HOMES FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS.

Fantastic experience: As hard as an estate sale is, our agent, Dexter Quinto made it as smooth as possible. He was caring, and respectful of the emotions we had during the selling of our parents home. Dexter was dedicated, worked diligently, and kept us informed every step of the way. Overall, we had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Working with agent, Jesse Butschie, on the recent purchase of my new home has been an outstanding experience from day one. He is the consummate real estate professional in every way -- going well above and beyond the norm, both on the purchasing side and on a personal level. His natural, down-to-earth personality combined with his extensive knowledge and execution of his craft is second-to-none. Just what you would hope for in a top-notch realtor... and friend.

Negative experience: We regularly buy and sell properties across the U.S., but this was by far the worst real estate transaction we’ve ever experienced. 1. Lack of Representation: Our assigned agent did not advocate for our best interests during the process. 2. Poor Negotiation Skills: It was clear that the agent lacked negotiation experience—I actually had to guide him step-by-step on what to say for each transaction. 3. Contract Oversight: He missed an important section in the contract where the buyer typically pays a specific fee. However, he failed to inform us that we would be responsible for this fee until we reached escrow. 4. Failure to Review Contracts: Although I specifically asked him to review the first contract with us in detail, he never reviewed any of the subsequent contracts, which led to this costly oversight. Recommendation: Our assigned agent would greatly benefit from additional training in contract review and negotiation skills.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t have had a more pleasant home buying experience without the help of Joel Newman at the Ashton Real Estate Group. He drove countless hours to tour different houses with me, and worked tirelessly to get as much information prior to the tours. Once we found the right house, he was up at all hours of the night to ensure negotiations went smoothly and the seller was holding up their end of repairs. He’s extremely well versed in his field, and I couldn’t imagine another agent working half as hard as he did. I can’t say enough good things about Joel, he’s extremely honest and transparent, as well as trustworthy with your investment. Everyone warned me about getting the wrong people, THESE are the right people!

Fantastic experience: From the moment we talked to Guy Fell, my husband and I knew he was the right person to help find a home in Tennessee. He was awesome to work with, super understanding of our needs, which were very specific and always going the extra mile for us. It wasn’t easy because we were relocating from Florida and we were looking at the whole state of Tennessee, not just a specific location. Guy sent us places to look at by email almost everyday, he stayed in contact by text too, and drove to so many places for us. He also answered all of our questions. We just found out perfect home and just closed on it. We are so happy we had Guy with us on this journey. We highly recommend him! Guy is a great real estate agent but also a wonderful human being.

Negative experience: Nick Gill, in this group scheduled a showing of my house with my realtor. I waited over an hour for them to arrive... keeping my dogs out in the car the whole time and they never showed. My realtor called and messaged multiple times and he never responded. Beware

Fantastic experience: Bonita was an amazing partner in my journey to finding the right home in Nashville. She did what very few real estate agent ever do, she listened with intention. Hard to do on a regular basis but she has mastered that art.

Negative experience: Awful experience with one of the realtors from this company, Jenn. We were looking at renting a home, and saw a few homes with her. She was very responsive, especially at the end, texting me several times to make sure I pay the $750 realtor fee (I missed 1 email from their company and paid as soon as they brought it to my attention). Every house she went to with us, she was not attentive and was looking at her phone the entire time. When we finally found a house we liked, upon move in the house was in absolutely disgusting condition, wires hanging out of the wall, nails sticking out of the floor, mouse poop in drawers etc. I texted her that this was handled unprofessionally and requested a partial refund of her realtor fee as she was supposed to guarantee us a move in ready home. It’s been 2 weeks now and I have not heard back nor offered an apology at the least. I would not recommend working with this agency especially if you are looking for a professional realtor.

Fantastic experience: I believe that God places special people in your path who can help you navigate through difficult situations. Spencer Gooden was one of those people for me. Recently widowed and faced with the seemingly insurmountable task of not only selling a 5000+ sq foot house located an hour from the nearest grocery, but also with purchasing a three bedroom ranch style house that had to have a fenced yard for my dogs AND it also had to be located within a fifteen minute drive of my granddaughters house…Spencer delivered on EVERY bit of it. This was my first home buying experience and Spencer worked hard for me from the outset. He made sure I understood every step of the purchasing process. I was set up with a lender who treated me with kindness and compassion and made sure that I understood what was required to obtain my loan. Spencer took my calls and “talked me off the ledge” when I was anxious and upset because he understands that buying & selling a house while also dealing with the death of your spouse is not for the faint of heart! Even after the closing was finished and I could, in theory, relax..Spencer made sure that any loose ends were taken care of. I could not have asked for a better realtor…12/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Try to avoid this company at all costs. We wanted to view a property listed on Zillow, but the system randomly assigned us a realtor from this company. They required us to sign papers with them and then insisted on being present for every property viewing. We were going to check out a new construction home, and the realtor said she had to be there as well. The real estate agent was awful—she didn’t respond when needed and provided no real support. She didn’t try to negotiate a better price or deal for us; I ended up doing everything myself. To make it worse, she didn’t even give a small gift on the closing date, which is typically a common courtesy in real estate. Now that the purchase agreement with the builder is signed, my agent is nearly impossible to reach. I even called the company’s office, but they were no help either. They couldn’t find my name or my realtor, Jacie, in their system. Just a useless company. Avoid them.

Negative experience: Dont expect Georgeo Gordon to help! He doesn't reply to texts or emails! We had to cancel a home tour because of the owner. But now this so called agent won't respond back to reschedule it. It's been three days and nothing. Very unprofessional! People don't waste your time!

Negative experience: i unfortunately found this business yesterday in my search for a realtor to sell my home. i had one pushy sales call with dexter quinto, and knew as soon as i hung up that i wasn't choosing this realty group. today i checked my email and noticed my email was subscribed to their marketing emai list which makes no sense because i NEVER gave them my email. i literally made one phone call to the # listed in google & i was automatically signed up for marketing without my consent or knowledge. i will never again call any ashton realty group.
