The location truly couldn’t be better — close to all the action, restaurants, and nightlife, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. It made getting around so easy, whether we were heading out for dinner or exploring the city. The space itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly as pictured (if not better!). The décor was modern and stylish, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, and it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was seamless — quick responses, clear instructions, and helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. Fantastic experience: I stayed in a home through Host extraordinaries on Airbnb with my mom and 2 brothers and we had nothing short of an amazing experience. The space had 2 bunk beds which was perfect for us. We had parking (which is extremely important coming from LA) and the area was close to everything. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating and even allowed for a later check out because we were running behind on time, which in my experience almost never happens on Airbnb without it being a whole thing or added charges. We appreciated that so much and will never forget the southern hospitality we experienced here! 100% recommend booking here if you’re ever in Nashville!!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience in Nashville with a group of 13 adults. We stayed in two townhome-style homes located across the driveway from each other, which worked out perfectly. What we loved most was the privacy—each bedroom felt like it had its own bathroom, so everyone had their own space. Many large rentals squeeze in extra people with bunk beds or multiple beds in one room, but these homes had separate bedrooms and bathrooms, which made a big difference. Both homes were clean, fully ready for our arrival, and featured modern kitchens and bathrooms. The location was also ideal—close to everything. We used Ubers to get around and most rides were under 12 minutes. The hosts were quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic experience: This home was very spacious, neat,cozy, amenities were perfect in all the rooms, linens were fresh and the beds were very comfortable especially the 1st floor Bedroom. I can't wait to return in warmer weather so we can really enjoy all of the outside available spaces with the family. There was plenty of room to mingle and play games or if you wanted to be left alone you could also do that and not even be in the way of others. Loved the different levels on the home and number of restrooms that were available.

Fantastic experience: We chose this home for our very special family trip to Nashville. There was plenty of room for our family. We loved the kitchen and used it several times during our stay. All necessary cooking items were provided. We had plenty of shower items as well. Everyone slept well in the beds. The master bedroom included a TV. There was a small yard in the back with a grill. We were not able to use these due to temperature, but loved that it was an option. It was only 15 minutes from Broadway and The Grand Ole Opry. There were restaurants and grocery stores within a couple minutes. It met all of our expectations and the host was amazing. They reached out before, during and after our stay. I had a couple questions prior to visit and got quick responses. We typically have to rent two hotel rooms when we travel and decided to try this route instead and we're definitely happy with our decision. We would definitely return if we visit Nashville again.

Fantastic experience: We stayed here for a birthday weekend. There were three couples and the layout of the house was perfect. Each bedroom was on a different floor so we were able to have our own private suites. The kitchen and living room were plenty spacious enough for all of us to hang out and play games. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. My husband and I slept in the upstairs bedroom. This floor had an additional bedroom which would be perfect for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe at night. The hosts worked quickly to assist us when we ran into a few snags during our stay and they accommodated our special requests when they could. There are some restaurants and shopping within walking distance (about 20 minutes), but we mostly used rideshare because it was pretty cold in January. A short Uber to The Gulch or Broadway and you are ready for fun! I would recommend this house and would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic experience: We were a group of nine celebrating three 21st birthdays in Nashville over the weekend. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated that each room had its own bathroom, which made our stay more comfortable. The shuttle service to and from downtown was also convenient and hassle-free. Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our messages. They even went above and beyond by working with us to extend our checkout time.

Positive experience: The townhouse was beautiful and extremely spacious. Beautiful, updated appliances with plenty of counter space. It's a very modern three story townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A bathroom on the main level, 2 bedrooms on 2nd level,each with a private bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom on 3rd floor with a sky light in rear bedroom, so 4 beds on 3rd floor, perfect for kids or younger adults..Additionally, also has an extra rollaway bed on the 2nd & 3rd floor. I love the slider ceiling fan switches in the bedrooms to customize the speed without having to keep pulling on a chain. A very nice and spacious shower ,double sinks with 2 walk in closets and a water/toilet closet in master bedroom. A shower/bath tub combo in the other bedroom with a desk if needed.

The one small issue we had with one of the ceiling fans not working was very quickly addressed and fixed. Communication was so fast. Any time that I sent a message I received a reply within minutes, no matter the time of day. Thank you for being so accommodating with giving us late checkout, as well! It was so helpful! Fantastic experience: The size of the property allowed our family to have the space needed to decompress from a long day of exploring the city. We had our own space to wind down and even sleep that you just can't get from staying at a hotel. We had a good experience with parking even with having 4 vehicles as family came from several different locations to celebrate a college graduation.

Fantastic experience: Just a few quick things! The house was HUGE! Way bigger than we expected! It was cute and clean, but a few things to note that we didn’t realize when booking.. there are NO TV’s or ceiling fans in any of the rooms! I still gave it 5 stars because that may not be a deal breaker for some, but it would have swayed our thoughts had we known in advance. Also, it’s not well stocked. There were ZERO cleaning supplies, so when we wanted to clean up a spill or wipe down the counters we couldn’t. Over all, a fantastic, spacious house with a great location!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in this wonderful accommodation on a girls reunion trip to Nashville, the townhouse was perfect, luxurious, clean spacious with all the things we needed. The location was also ideal, short uber ride to airport and Broadway, walking distance to a good coffee shop around the corner and also a longer walk out to Centennial Park. Hosts were good communicators and accommodating too. All in all a great rental and highly recommended!

We went there for my bachelor party with 8 people. We had plenty of room and the loft was spacious. Having the loft nearby allowed us all to come and go as we pleased without the hassle of herding everyone to get Ubers. The host was very responsive and took care of all of our needs. If we find ourselves in Nashville again, we will definitely look for this place.

Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated how well the space was prepared for us. Thank you so much for having us! If we could offer one small suggestion, it would be to consider keeping a few basic condiments and spices on hand, things like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Having a small starter set of essentials would be really helpful so guests don’t have to purchase large amounts for a short stay. Other than that, everything was perfect. Fantastic experience: We recently stayed at this wonderful property. The communication from the time we booked until we got home was very prompt, kind and helpful. This house was clean and comfortable. Directions for entrance and checkout were clear and easy. The location was perfect for us as we were there for a Vanderbilt Football game. Being minutes away from the campus and stadium was a plus; being minutes away from the honky tonks on Broadway in Nashville sealed a perfect long weekend. If I return to Nashville, I will definitely check out this property!
