Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Josh as our buyer's agent! He went above and beyond to ensure that we found a house that would be perfect for us. As out of state, first-time buyers, he made the whole process very easy and ensured we understood every step. He was always available to answer questions and is obviously very knowledgeable. We had a very small window of time we were able to be in the area to look at houses, and he ensured we made the most of our time. Through every step of the process, Josh was very helpful. Negative experience: I will never recommend this company to anyone. The agents have zero back bone and will not ever truly represent you as a client and will tell you if you don’t do something you can just go to small claims court dummy dummy . Also calls and yells at his clients because I was telling my buying agent that things were not being done yep I knew you wer my selling agent but you just SUCKED Huge communication issues. They never done what they said until I annoyed them or contacted my buying agent which was amazing to get things done. We were so stressed that we wouldn’t make it to the closing table.

Fantastic experience: Seth Reneau and Angela McCann of the Travis Recer Home Group sold two of our houses. One of our houses was a rental which was sold in April 2023 and the other was the house we occupied sold in August. We moved out of the house in June Seth and Angela dealt with the issues that arose, such as ensuring the grass was cut and that some minor repairs that were found during a home inspection were corrected.

Positive experience: House sold very quickly - within a week! - which was amazing. But after that, we had to stay on top of the process immensely. We made a payment on the house before closing, but our closing documents weren't updated for the new balance of the mortgage even though Recer group was notified as soon as the payment was made. We moved from the house before listing, and moved out of town. The day before we closed, they asked us to mow the lawn. We had already moved, so we did not have access to a mower, which they knew. Recer group had to hurriedly contact a mowing company to get it done the day before closing even though they had runners to check the property. Lastly, we were not in town for closing, so had to notarize everything and bring to the title company ourselves. Recer group was referred to us, and per our referral source, Recer group usually provided some sort of gift for the homeowners at closing. Not in our case. Even made sure they had our forwarding address.

Fantastic experience: We recently sold our home through the Recer Home Group, and Josh was our selling agent who helped us with our process. Josh and his team were very easy to work with, were always readily available to answer questions and work through kinks in the selling process, and was very responsive in working with us and the buying agent. From the start Josh was always working with our interests in mind for, and offered advice for everything selling related from initial selling price to negotiating repairs on the house. If we ever find ourselves back in Clarksville TN, we will be working with Josh and his team again. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best realty to work with in Clarksville. Travis was amazing in helping my husband and I sell our home in a timely manner when it seems to me that a lot of houses are languishing on the market. He suggested updates we could do to our home to improve the value, small repairs that needed to be done, and selling price points. When our house only had one viewing the first week, Travis called and went over the housing market and gave suggestions on how we could attract more buyers. It worked because we had multiple viewings within 12 hours and an offer within 24 hours! Travis's realty team is also amazing (big kudos to Angela, Kaleigh, and Kim) and are super professional. From beginning to end the process was seamless and we never felt like we were being ignored or that our questions were not being answered. Angela called us every week to make sure that we were on track for closing and also checking in to see if we needed anything. They provided us with recommendations for the repairs and a water heater replacement from professionals that they themselves have used and trust. I used two other realties previously, but after this experience will never use, or recommend, another realtor again. This is definitely as close to a one-stop shop as you can get from a team of dedicated professionals who seem to really love their job.
