Through all of my maintenance issues I am happy with my current living space. Millan maintenance responds quickly and makes sure to take good care of all my needs. I recently signed a new lease and I will say to new Appfolio was frustrating during my new lease signing but I spoke with PM and all was straightened out. Thank you for your time.

My issue was dealt with ahead of schedule, they both communicated and kept me informed of the process and left me beyond satisfied. Lucy especially went out of her way to take care of me. 8 months ago Negative experience: they are great if you stay, the minute you move out, they are NOT! was a super great tenant for 5 years, no problems and gave notice of moving out. so they decided to charged me for pest control that is included and cancelling my work orders for repair (because I'm moving out) and charging me to fix, which you would have fixed if we stayed. But hey....I'm pretty sure you needed that deposit PLUS, more than this single DAD trying to make a living.....

8 months ago Negative experience: I have not heard or received any information from the leasing office nor provided with any invoices or adjustments for the exorbirent charges on the water and sewage. My water bill was three times the charges. The water and sewage is constantly clogged or messed up in this area but as a tenant I pay for that.

9 months ago Fantastic experience: We have been renting from Millan for almost 11 years, they are amazing! Their maintenance team is great as well they came to fix one repair and I had a few others that needed to be done. They came back the same day and fixed everything in a timely manner and didn’t complain at all. Highly recommend!
9 months ago Negative experience: Millan does NOT support local business. They charge for downtown parking and it’s very poorly marked. I’m disabled and the handicapped parking tag was clearly displayed. I believed I was parking behind the local downtown business I was patronizing. There are at least six signs displayed showing REGIONS BANK parking and one small sign after you enter the parking area and not in your line of sight that states paid parking. There are ZERO signs showing you will be towed. Yet I was towed and charged $200 to retrieve my car. Ruthless, heartless company who doesn’t care about handicapped disabled people OR the good of this city. Pay to park. Pay tow fines. It’s all about profit.

We understand your frustration and regret that your recent parking experience was negative. We’d like to provide some clarity.
This location is a privately owned parking lot intended primarily for our tenants and their customers during business hours. As a private property owner, we are responsible for the lot’s property taxes, insurance, and upkeep. To help offset these costs and to make the lot available after hours to the broader downtown community, we offer paid parking through ParkMobile.
The lot is clearly marked with multiple signs, including a 24”x36” sign at the entrance and many posted notices throughout the parking lot stating that unauthorized vehicles will be towed. We make every effort to ensure the signage is visible so visitors can make an informed choice before parking.
While we support and are proud to be part of the downtown business community, our lots are not public parking. Unauthorized parking during reserved hours may result in towing, as posted.
We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our policies and will continue to work to ensure signage remains clear and visible for all guests.

10 months ago Fantastic experience: I have been living here over 4 years. Do not have much to complain about. Still a great price compared to most anywhere these days. Their maintenance team has always been extremely fast and courteous. The ONLY thing I've ever had an issue with is broken washers. Plan on staying with them as long as possible.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: ♥️ Everyone that works the phones front desk any of my applications making sure they called and texted and emailed me. Was percent on their jobs. Very kind and caring Loving people.i would Love to come and work their. My God very people persons. They are not just their to collect a paycheck. They all seem like they really Love their job. I can't wait to recommend people to them. Not for the recommendation gift. But so they can feel what I felt from day one.i even told my Mother who lives in Denver, Colorado. Well I called her and told her about the staff. I was thinking that she would be happy for me, I am 63 years old. My Mother is a mother of 8 of us. She is 83 years old. Thank God we all are still alive, 7 girls and 1 boy. I am next to the oldest out of 8. Well my Mother said LiQuita please find me a place to live I will move their. ♥️.. I was not expecting that from her. God in Heaven knows that I Love My Mother but please God let her stay in Denver with my younger sister. I Love visiting her but not to ever have to live in the same city with her again. Bless her heart. She thinks that all of us is still 3-4 and up years old♥️. God Bless You All. 1 year ago Negative experience: *** SOLDIERS BEWARE *** If you are anywhere near your ETS/retirement date, do not lease a property with these people. They are otherwise respectful in every other regard, but they do not properly interpret SCRA. They do not recognize ETS/retirement as a PCS, and they will not let you break your lease without legal intimidation/threats, notes on your door and thousands drained from your account. It doesn’t matter if you obtain a cease and desist from JAG, Milan enterprises and their legal team is still going to fight you to the tooth and nail. The SCRA is very clear about retirements and ETS’ing, but I guess money is more important than answering the call to your nation. I ended up folding and giving them money because I had a million other stressors regarding getting out of the military, but please don’t make the same mistakes I did. Go somewhere that respects your military service.

After a careful review by our legal team, we have confirmed that our actions were in full compliance with the law. Specifically, the SCRA requires that a service member receive PCS or deployment orders lasting more than 90 days for lease termination, and the orders provided did not meet this requirement.

2 years ago Negative experience: Dragged their feet through the verification process. I called once a day (a total of 3 times) for an update and was met with attitude from Megan for asking for an update. When we toured the home the woman did not bother to show us around, almost like she knew the would not lease to us. I believe there is an underlying bias here. Please go elsewhere.

Any issue we have had has been dealt with immediately. I cannot recommend them enough . 2 years ago Fantastic experience: Top notch service! Upon moving in I needed some help with a couple issues and Millan started helping me with them the same day I moved in (which was a Friday and late afternoon!) Their manager of maintenance came out and helped out since all of his crew were still out on other orders. I requested screens be put in on the windows, and they were on it within a couple days.. just amazing! A couple of the electric outlets weren't working in the kitchen and immediately they had an electrician on the calendar to be out here in a couple days after me moving in. Quite amazing!!

3 years ago Fantastic experience: My experience with them has been awesome. They are fast and really great at communicating. I prolly called 20 times to ask a million questions and they were so helpful. Even worked with me to get my application approved within a day! Also rental prices and qualifications are much better than any other property management group in the area. My apartment was newly remodeled and way better than I was expecting.
