Fantastic experience: Angie did a great job for me. Professional, responsive, and helped me with a timeline and game plan. She explained everything to me and her reasoning and it all made sense. Her expertise was well used. In a world where real estate agents can seem like an expense can you do yourself, I feel like Angie earned it. Some would say she went above and beyond but I think that's just what she does. She's a pro. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I've never been here, but I did park in front of it one day to eat at Plaid Apron. I give it 5 Stars for great parking spaces and a pretty ingenious touch screen menu that lets you peruse houses without having to go inside.

Positive experience: This is a quaint neighborhood with some of the most expensive and extravagant homes in Knoxville. Alex Haley the author of Roots had a home here. Located beside the Tennessee River it is a very scenic and beautuful drive. There is also a grassy park that is dog friendly.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful neighborhhood. Several houses, they usually belong to successful people. The properties are kept manicured and clean. Even the streets and sidewalks are kept clean. There are some properties that set right on the Tennessee River. A nice place to live, but it will cost you a little money.

Fantastic experience: Nice neighborhood with running trail, various parks and places to picnic, take your dog out, fly kites. It has a put in for kayaks, canoers, and boaters on the Tennessee river. Public restrooms are located at one place with parking. Keep in consideration this is a neighborhood where people live.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic place to walk with the family and . Beautiful path and views of the lake and some of the premiere older homes of Knoxville. There's baseball fields, good place to throw a frisbee, or just lay out in the sun.

Fantastic experience: Whether you need a nice walk through the park or a chance to feel like you make more than 30K a year, Sequoyah Hills will provide you the opportunity to fritter away an afternoon amongst gorgeous homes, a scenic park, and some lovely landscaping and gardens. Go on a dogwood trail for lunch to escape the office or walk down Cherokee BLVD. It's a fun place!

Positive experience: Beautiful older homes, nice little library and elementary school. Walking or running trails, playground by the river. Issue comes from traffic running trough on Kingston Pike. Lanes are too small in most parts causing many accidents and storm drains sit dangerously low in the road so people swerve to avoid them. Because it is a main road you get heavy truck traffic as well.

Fantastic experience: So pretty down here! The perfectly manicured lawns are eye popping! The homes are grandiose, and the Tennessee River is lovely to view from the parks down here. The walking trail in the middle is perfect for a stroll or exercise. And this place is stunning in the spring with all the dogwoods and tulips!
