He has helped me on other real estate needs throughout the decades. His knowledge and ease of communication make what can be a complicated process an easy one to navigate. 3 months ago Negative experience: Will not stop emailing me even after unsubscribing multiple times and have called me numerous times after attempting to unsubscribe. I wish I could leave a 0 or negative review because they still keep calling and leaving 2 second voicemails.
Sorry, this happened. While you were registered in our system, 2X, we found a duplicate. You are now fully removed. You opted in on one and unsubscribed on the other. I hate that it took a 1-star review to communicate this to us. Cheers moving forward

No matter the smallest detail; he has kept me updated. We sold our house with him and bought a new one with him. He recommended builders according to quality and not his earnings. We started the process of looking at houses last February but decided to back off for a bit after some personal circumstances. We started looking again in August, and Tanner was so patient with us after we looked at 20+ houses that just weren’t quite the right fit. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: From the moment we met Nic and his team, we were treated with the highest level of professionalism, respect, assistance and care. They listened to us and our desires for the type of home we wanted to buy. We were not able to buy a home at the time as we were waiting for our business to sell. However, Nic kept in contact with us continually over the months. It was obvious once our business sold, that we would go back to Nic as our realtor. Nic has a great knowledge of Knoxville and the surrounding areas and was able to give us plenty of information to make our choice of where we would want to live. He never tried to talk us into an area or a particular house, but showed us many different homes, all within our price range. Once we found the house we wanted, Nic went above and beyond, working tirelessly for us with the seller's realtor to make our dream home a reality. The communication with Nic and his team was commendable and we never went days without answers or hearing from someone. During the time that we were in Knoxville to close on the house, Nic went so far as to offer us one of his airbnb homes which worked out perfectly for the week we were there. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: We are so grateful we got to have Tanner as our realtor. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and Tanner was happy to walk us through everything and never made us feel silly for any of the questions we asked. We spoke with several realtors before deciding to go with Tanner. We chose him because he really made us feel like he was on our side and truly wanted our family to find the home that was the best fit for us rather than just sell us a house to sell a house. He was super detail-oriented and always on the look out for our best interests. He went above and beyond what we expected, even going so far as to schedule multiple roofers to come out and give us quotes. We also had the pleasure of working with Andrew during the closing part of the transaction process and he was also incredible at his job. He helped make the closing process much smoother than we expected and worked with Tanner to negotiate a truly amazing deal for us. 3 years ago Negative experience: I had a terrible experience purchasing a house through them. I worked with Jake. Few reasons why I had a terrible experience in purchasing the house. 1. They gave me a paper to sign to start working with them without explaining the detail (as a first-time home buyer I was pressured to sign not knowing much about the industry). Afterward, when I bought a house, they told me I had to pay them over $1,000 as a buyer. 2. When contracting the house, they just sent me the contract and told me to read over and sign it and give it back to them. I was unable to understand the contract and asked if they can help review the contract with me and was told no. Other companies usually go through contracts with customers. 3. I don't think I got the proper support or information from this company. (For example, finding an inspection company or searching for houses)

3 years ago Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know much about the process. Jake Pikowski with the Nicaud Team was patient with my questions and thorough with his answers. If I wanted to see a house, or even multiple houses, he would make it happen, usually that day. He was quickly responsive and efficient with communication. Got me a deal I liked on the house I wanted. He definitely made the process as stress-free as it could be! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

3 years ago Fantastic experience: We found our dream home! We live just out of state. Jake Pikowski was recommended to us by a trusted realtor that our family has used in our area. Jake was very helpful and spent about 3 Saturdays with us looking at great properties. He listened to us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough positive things about the Nic Nicaud team. They are super professional, friendly and they know how to negotiate a great deal. My agent was Jake Pickowski and he helped find the right home for me. I had been looking since May and my expectations for finding a decent home in my price range were diminishing. I was about to give up but Jake closed the deal for me on a great house in Oak Ridge. Jake is smart, super friendly and not at all pushy. When looking for a bigger home for our growing family, Nic and his team were our go-to Realtors. Nic and Bo were extremely helpful in guiding us through various options, quickly scheduling house showings in a competitive market, and helping us evaluate whether to keep or sell our first home.
