She listened to our wants/needs and directed us to several different neighborhoods; each time refining her search based on our feedback. 2 years ago Fantastic experience: We worked with Jaclyn from the Angie Cody Team to buy our first house. She was incredible to work with and helped us find a great house in record time. She was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the whole process. We were in a tight spot and had to find a house fast. With her help, we found a great house just three days into our search and closed on it three weeks later. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good realtor.

We were lucky enough to connect with a Jaclyn Kinney, who was an absolute godsent Angel. 2 years ago Negative experience: This realtor has been asked numerous times that if she's going to post on Craigslist, to add prices because if you click on mls# on Craigslist to view property you can't go back to Craigslist. You have to start all over at the beginning of Craigslist again. She refuses to be helpful in this area. When the area has over 1600 listings it would be a big help. Every one else does it, why not her. She wants everyone to call her and no one wants to call constantly to ask everytime.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: The first time we made texting contact with Karen George was on May 12, 2023. Since we lived out of state we were a challenge but Karen hung in there with us. By May 16 we had a contract with her and by July 4 she had us a buyer. I think this was pretty amazing considering that she was selling only land for us, not a home and it was large amount of acreage. We are so appreciative of her dedication to making the sale happen while dealing with a challenging buyer and an out of state seller. She went above and beyond to help us since we could not be on site. There was even a glitch with the previous title company we used and she took the initiative to help us get that resolved. We are thankful for her diligence and would highly recommend her and the firm she represents. They are dedicated to making the experience as painless as possible! Thank you.

After meeting with him initially, It was a no-brainer for us to work with him and I’m so thankful we did. He is very down to earth and made the entire process as stress free as possible. Jeremy ALWAYS went out of his way to show us houses when they came on the market and his responsiveness was incredible. If he wasn’t able to pick up the phone right away he would always message me and let me know when he could call me back. The house we purchased wasn’t a straightforward deal but he was able to work with the other agent and make it work. If you want a bull dog who will love you and your family and fight as if it was her personal transaction leslie is the realtor you need. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: If you’re looking to buy a home in Knoxville, Tn. Leslie McLeroy is the way to go, I swear by this lady!! We were looking to get in a home and close within less than a month and between Leslie and her amazing team, along with a fantastic mortgage company it was done. God brought me to her at the right time and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. This team alone is the greatest, not trying to knock any of the other reality teams in the city but these people are 100% the best. If I could give them a million stars I would. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: Jeremy Shaffer did an amazing job as our realtor and because of his approach with our offers we were able to close on a house in a very competitive market. We viewed many houses with him and he was always very helpful and honest with his opinions. Any time we requested to see a property he was very prompt in his responses and quickly set up a time to do so. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know that is looking to buy, and will definitely go through him next time I’m in the market.

3 years ago Fantastic experience: Leslie McLeroy was hands down the best realtor we’ve ever come across. The second we met her, our realtor search was over! Friendly, personable, professional, punctual on time, everything you’d want in a realtor. She was more than flexible with showing us places that came up last minute that weren’t necessarily on our agenda. Communication was on point- text/call, she was there for us no matter the time of day. Moving into Tennessee from out of state comes with a lot of stress, but Leslie definitely made purchasing our home in Tennessee the least stressful part of our entire move. The best home buying experience we could have asked for. We will be referring Leslie & the Angie Cody Team to anyone we know who’s in the market!
