She truly went above and beyond to make sure my application was approved with what information I was able to provide, even when it didn’t seem likely. Fantastic experience: I relocated to Arizona recently for work and a coworker of mine referred me to Valley Kings. I took a while to contact them because the way my credit is set up… I just knew NO ONE would be able to help me. But I had been living in a hotel for going on 3 months and they raised the rates to where I just couldn’t afford it anymore so I contacted them. Melissa called me back and we set up an appointment. We went over some options I had for apartments that would accept me, and to my surprise they weren’t all slums. I found one I was really interested in, the property manager contacted me and I saw the place and instantly fell in love. I signed my lease yesterday and I can’t wait to move in. The process was so quick and easy! Melissa made her self available to me the entire time and I really appreciate her. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

My family and i moved into our apartment on January 26th 2026 after getting approved 2 weeks prior and being in Arizona for 3 1/2 months. Fantastic experience: I had black mold in my old apartment and I needed to get out quickly. Shane scheduled us an appointment, he was available right when we came in. He was very attentive and helpful, and he and Laurie found us a really good property. Laurie went over wit us to look at it and we got approved almost right away!! This was the third time and sometimes life comes at you and it makes things difficult to get a place to rent. I don't care your situation Ashley will find you a place. Fantastic experience: I've used Valley King Properties a long time ago and don't remember the service being this thorough and fast! I know everyone's situation is different but I will say I was most certainly on a time crunch and was in desperate need of finding a home for me and my children ASAP! The gentleman I worked with Larry I worked with made sure I was in a place just as I needed to be.... ASAP! He was very professional, understood my situation, funny, determined, thorough, and very transparent, he was even motivational with sharing some words of encouragement because of my situation. I didn't realize we'd be looking at a place that day! But he came with me and walked me through everything he even helped me save a lot by making sure the apartment associate provided me with the best deal to get into my home. I honestly couldn't have done this without him and without valley King! I was on the hunt for almost two months, down bad, financially drained and on a time crunch, no hope, nothing. Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Arizona from out of state and needed to find an apartment quickly which was really stressful, especially when you’re moving from a long distance.
