Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Valley King Properties enough, specifically Adrianne! I was really stressed about my search because I have very little credit history and a pretty tight budget. I wasn't sure I’d be able to find anything decent, but Adrianne jumped right in and found me a place immediately. And not just any place, literally my dream place and I’m sure I will stay here for years to come. Fantastic experience: I relocated to Arizona recently for work and a coworker of mine referred me to Valley Kings. I took a while to contact them because the way my credit is set up… I just knew NO ONE would be able to help me. But I had been living in a hotel for going on 3 months and they raised the rates to where I just couldn’t afford it anymore so I contacted them. Melissa called me back and we set up an appointment. We went over some options I had for apartments that would accept me, and to my surprise they weren’t all slums. I found one I was really interested in, the property manager contacted me and I saw the place and instantly fell in love. I signed my lease yesterday and I can’t wait to move in. The process was so quick and easy! Melissa made her self available to me the entire time and I really appreciate her. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Fantastic experience: Major love and shout out to Adrianne Morgan. She really looked out and took care of me and my family. Coming all the way from VA and struggling to get a approved for housing she guided me in all the steps that i needed to make and ensuring we found something. My family and i moved into our apartment on January 26th 2026 after getting approved 2 weeks prior and being in Arizona for 3 1/2 months. Fantastic experience: I had black mold in my old apartment and I needed to get out quickly. Shane scheduled us an appointment, he was available right when we came in. This was the third time and sometimes life comes at you and it makes things difficult to get a place to rent. I don't care your situation Ashley will find you a place. Fantastic experience: I've used Valley King Properties a long time ago and don't remember the service being this thorough and fast! I know everyone's situation is different but I will say I was most certainly on a time crunch and was in desperate need of finding a home for me and my children ASAP! The gentleman I worked with Larry I worked with made sure I was in a place just as I needed to be.... ASAP! He was very professional, understood my situation, funny, determined, thorough, and very transparent, he was even motivational with sharing some words of encouragement because of my situation. I didn't realize we'd be looking at a place that day! But he came with me and walked me through everything he even helped me save a lot by making sure the apartment associate provided me with the best deal to get into my home. I honestly couldn't have done this without him and without valley King! I was on the hunt for almost two months, down bad, financially drained and on a time crunch, no hope, nothing. Larry changed all of that. He is honestly one of the best human beings I've ever worked with and he does a dang good job at doing his job! Give him a raise! He made a miracle happen where I had lost hope and at the end of all of this made my faith even stronger throughout this journey! Fantastic experience: Valley Kings is amazing I went to see Agent Adrianne to help me find a apartment in Mesa within 20 minutes of talking and etc she found one in Mesa and one in Phoenix which I didn’t want to move to phoenix but I figured she might be on to something she called the one in phoenix spoke with Mountain Vista manager she told her to send me asap I got there spoke with the manager filled out paperwork since it was the weekend I had to wait until today which is Tuesday to see if I got approved and what would be my move in cost (I tell you what) my move in cost is $0 I just have to pay October rent in full I’m so thankful that I went to see The gorgeous Adrianne because she pointed me in the right direction. Fantastic experience: I was a walk-in Adrienne. She got to me within like 20 minutes. I was working the phones while getting my stuff situated. She was courteous, very professional easy on her eyes. We got straight to the apartment. Saw the complex talk to the property manager there. Adrianne got me everything that I was looking for and even worked her magic to find a place a little cheaper than what was the first option. Definitely would recommend checking her out if you need a quick solution straight honest into the point.

Fantastic experience: Melissa did an Amazing job with helping me find an apartment quickly since I was in need of housing and was sleeping in my car. She went with me to tour the apartment that she found for me which I really appreciated. I was luckily approved and feel very thankful for her guidance and assistance! Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Arizona from out of state and needed to find an apartment quickly which was really stressful, especially when you’re moving from a long distance. Thankfully, I found Valley King Properties, and they made the whole process so much easier. Melissa was the agent who helped me, and she was amazing from start to finish. She really listened to what I needed and worked hard to find places that matched my budget, location, and preferences. Negative experience: I had messaged Adrienne about a property she posted on tik tok I was interested in applying thru her services but requested the name of the property to research reviews and location however she refused until I met with her. I’ll be out of town for 2 weeks and my lease is up soon. She was going to get my business anyway but she wasn’t letting me do my own research on the property out of greed so when we hung up she blocked me
