Responsive, patient, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable are some of the positive descriptors I could use for Ana, and I'm struggling to think of any negative ones that I identified through working with her. I genuinely don't think my first home purchase could have gone any better. It wasn't without hiccups, but thanks to Ana I didn't personally have to deal with very many of them. She was always available for a tour, a question, or a concern, and she was never satisfied allowing me to settle for anything but the best. Concerning the homes we viewed, she was as picky if not more picky than I was, which is a wonderful change of pace in a world full of greedy commission-based salespeople that would pawn off anything to make a quick buck. Ana allowed me to drag her to many, many homes in the East Valley, and I truly believe the one I ended up with is the one I loved the most. And without Ana helping me draft a competitive offer and advocating for me at every step of the way, I don't think I would have ever ended up with this home, especially under such favorable terms. If you are, like me, a first-time homeowner desperate to take your next leap in life, but you have absolutely no idea how you should go about doing so, I couldn't recommend any better guide than Ana.

Positive experience: Pros: -Knowledgeable real estate agent. -Experienced agent. Has good connections that were helpful for the home buying process. -Ana was prompt with submitting offers and gave good insights on how much the homes were worth and what would be a competitive offer. -Respectful of our budget. -Flexible schedule. She picked up all of our calls even during weekends. Made time for any and all showings we were interested in. -Ana utilized specific strategies to help us get our home and be competitive buyers. -Good about prioritizing to-do items. - Above all, Ana was able to work with us remotely. This was the most important aspect in our house hunting process. Ana made it all work! We lived in Minnesota and we ourchased our home in Arizona. Cons: -Communication on Ana's end could improve significantly. Did not always circle back about offers that fell through and did not follow up on things she promised to get back to us about. Ana needs reminders about some of these items, but eventually gets the job done. -Occasionally changed agreed-upon times (e.g. house showings). More accurate times would be helpful since we were working full time during this process. Overall: Good experience as first time buyers working with YAY Realty in this tough market. Ana made our home purchase happen within the span of about 1.5 months. Thank you Ana for delivering!
