Fantastic experience: I had a realtor market my home with no success. After 4 months I switched to the Carol Royse team (CR) and connected with Eric Middlebrook as my agent. From the very beginning, he was up front and frank about how he would proceed. Negative experience: 2 years ago ,I hired a realtor from that company to list my property in Maricopa, the lady said she was going to list it for $470k, and said she will buy it if it doesn't sell. Than I decided to sell myself and in 2 weeks later, I got $570k, so of course she will buy your house for $100k less, anybody will. To respond to you, it closed in 60 days ,the offer came in right away, and yes we did not sign contracts, and I would never do because I was not willing to lose $100,000 .
